Great time kill game, but after switching phones Android to Android, I can't restore my purchases. Even after reaching out to "customer support" including pictures of my old phones unlocked screen. I still can't access my unlocked packs. I can't recommend this game to new players with the knowledge that if you buy content, you won't be able to re-download it on a new device.

I have been playing this game continuously for 4 years...Four years in, and the game is still fun with new updates and challenges... if I had any suggestions to provided.. I wish there was a way to migrate across the United States. To be born in New York and able to move to California. If this feature was available, it would make it easier to do challenges with the same character.

Hopefully this message reaches a dev in some way, I just thought it would be a simple and realistic update to make it so when you own a museum you can choose to hold an auction for your display pieces since museums do that in real life and there's already an established auctioning mechanic through the auction houses. I feel the museum addition isn't getting much attention due to the lack of new interactions it brings to the game. If you took the time to read through all this you're appreciated.

Went from an enjoyable game to an unbearable adscape. I just don't understand why they had to jack the advertising to such a high rate. You can barely do anything without getting invasive adds that make you click them multiple times. If the ads were maybe just at the bottom and occasional for making progress that would be fine. But they are literally everywhere and randomly pop up like they are on a timer. Annoying as hell and ruined a previously stress relieving game.

Game is fun overall. Rating 2 stars because support sucks. I had to get a new phone & as a result I lost my OG Bitizenship. When I reached out to support, they gave me some troubleshooting to do that didn't work. So I reach out again with screenshots showing proof of purchases, etc and I never got a response. I've been a loyal Bitlifer since the game's inception & I now would have to repurchase every single pack, expansion, etc I previously had access to. This is bullsh*t!

I used to have this app and full bitizenship/god mode. For some reason, even though I'm on the same account it made me repurchase those. Along with that, I was completely unaware they changed it to where you have to buy careers in individual packs now. I paid almost $16 just to get like a quarter of the game unlocked. That's ridiculous and I want a refund, but this app won't let me get one.

It's a fun game you can do all sorts of decisions for example have a baby, own properties, get jobs, I mean the list really does go on. It's a different game from the ones I've seen, but it restricts you from going further on to make better decisions because it has in-store purchases. For example, if you get the chance to go pro in the NBA it makes you decline the offer because you have to pay for it and it just defeats the whole purpose of "trying to have a good life" in the game.

The game is great but the free version ads have gotten crazy, I'm starting to get two ads that play at the same time. Or the ad itself trying to hide the exit button so you watch the whole thing and then you have to wait after the video finishes for sometimes longer than ad itself to finally exit. Very explicit ads show up too, has the mobile game ads gone into the dark age or something?

Like other top reviews say, this game is great except for the constant forced ads. It makes the game almost unplayable. For every instrument lesson, martial arts, etc you have to watch an ad. Besides that you just randomly get ads while playing. Not just once in awhile. Often. It would be okay to watch ads for bonuses or multipliers like many games do but the amount of forced ads in this is ridiculous. And there are so many careers and aspects of this game that are behind a pay wall.

I love this game, and I've spent hours playing it throughout the years. I've bought multiple bitlife essentials packs as well as some miscellaneous packs. I wouldn't mind paying for new content, but to put gameplay that you used to have access to, behind a paywall; is all it's going to take for me to never spend another dollar and find a new game. It's really disappointing.

I have played this game pretty much since it has come out and always loved it. But i recently had to factory reset my phone, and when i went to play it again, i lost so much that i jad purchased, even after hitting the restore purchase button. I had everything that that had released to buy, but now all my job packs and expansions are gone. Total loss and now waste of money. So sadly, this went from one of my favorite ways to pass time to now being un-installed and probably won't play again.

Overall good game. My only criticism is the release of boss mode and expansion packs. Which are both essentially just making you pay for updates. It gets frustrating that you have to pay for any major changes to the game. I understand needing to keep the lights on but I've already payed for bitizenship and God mode yet they still ask for more microtransactions to get the full game.

This game could be great, but there are SO MANY ADS, ALL THE TIME, and they're ALL LONG ADS. I spend way more time waiting for ads to end than i do actually playing. I had this game years ago and uninstalled it when it randomly deleted all my work, so i thought I'd give it a chance again, hoping they'd fixed the issue, but the constant ads and half the gane being behind a paywall, make it unplayable. It's really ridiculous. Don't waste your time with it.

I had a lot of the expansion packs and job packs plus I also lost my god mode and the no ads feature I bought a long time ago. It was more then 4 years at this point. . I lost a lot of stuff that I had paid for then sent in a service ticket. I never heard back and it is very upsetting to me . Very bad customer service for such a great game. I'll miss the game but they have lost me as a customer and game player. I won't be recommending this game anymore to friends or family...

This game used to be really fun, and the only micro transaction let you change your appearance and some other minor things. Now, unfortunately, a bunch of the original occupations are locked behind a $5 paywall (just for 1 job) and the "marketplace" is about two pages full of more micro transactions. What ever happened to charging once for a game and just letting people play the damn thing? In total it's $25 for "expansions" that were previously free and a whopping $45 for jobs that were free.

I've sincerely enjoyed playing this game and I've been playing it since 2016-2017. But recently everything is locked behind a pay wall, and if you care enough you'll pay it, but it's lame that not everyone gets to enjoy these new features that they've been enjoying and using for a cool minute. Not to mention the excessive ads, it makes the game unbearable, and I bought bitizenship years ago, and it won't let me switch over onto my new device, so that sucks. I just hope things turn up

Really fun game. It makes a lot of sense how factors affect things. Very realistic. But I've restored my purchases around 6 times now, but I have NO access to the perks I own Bitizen + god mode, challenge vault, the black market expansion, and golden pacifier. Which is starting to get frustrating. I was quite excited to try the golden pacifier. Really annoying and I've seen other reviews with marketplace issues, if this doesn't change I'm uninstalling this.
