Nice looking app with lots of support for other networks and web3 features. Hopefully, this one will replace the other Bitget app, so we only have to use ONE instead of both. 👍🏻

I cant remember my pin cause i use finger print. But your app isnt showing the finger print UI same with my phone. And its not detecting any on the screen. Please fix the bug ao i will change the rating.

The word "Shagai" only a Nigerian man will understand it as it is not in an English dictionary. 1. The transaction fees of this wallet is close to 100 times compared to other wallets 2. The support team are a group of scammers. You can comfirm this for yourself from the support telegram group. 3. To navigate the wallet seems very easy but do not attempt to make mistake or else all your assets will be gone. Adverse: Use other wallets instead of Bitget wallet. A word is a enough for the wise

I really like many of the capabilities of this wallet. Excellent job. Only improvement would be for the wallet to automatically discover all valid tokens. I had to manually add a few.

This app is a really great app with smooth user interface, but i face the issue of (Abnormal Network check your internet connection) more frequently, it's really denying me from using most of the features, I would love if the developers look into this

Very frustrating app. My usdt almost hanged in there. I can't even swap USDT(TON) to other coins. I have perfect connection and they always tell me abnormal network issues. The old version of the app is way better

I'll keep my review negative until the issue is fixed.... It works like a magnet one of your transactions will fall in this magnet, it says ""token authentication is required for first time swap"' when you see this don't do swap because it will give a suprise of heartattack taking $35-$70 one time transaction fee, and this note comes too frequently to Robe you..... Disappointed with this and salute to bitget for making a new way to steal your money 💰

This app is a very good one with a beautiful interface which is user friendly but they really need to work on making other mainnet to work. For instance, like ripple or xrp, this hasn't been working since I downloaded the app. So please the management should find something to do about it.

Like the website. Wallet insists on running in the background & won't work unless you sync your device time to the servers. None of the other wallets or exchanges except trust wallet enforce that. Really annoying.

Had a bad experience with bitget wallet. After import 7+ sui network wallet its got laggy. When make transaction it's not show notification instant and even don't upgrade the assets instant. After refreshing 5+ time then it's upgrade asset . Takes around 3-5 minutes. Occasionally don't even send sui token to my other wallet shows failed tx but whenever I used trust wallet using same phrase it's okay and I can transfer instant

I am extremely frustrated with the Bitget wallet as I was unable to restore my wallet after changing my phone. Despite following all the instructions provided, my funds were inaccessible and I was unable to recover them. The lack of proper support and guidance from the app developers made the whole process even more exasperating. This lack of functionality and reliability has left me with a sense of distrust towards the Bitget wallet and I would caution others against using it for storing their

Sincerely speaking Bitget is a wonderful wallet that is almost the highest crypto wallet if not the highest already. The app Bitget is so so unique because of many things but one of it's most uniqueness is the easiest transactions means, user-friendly interface, easy purchase means among other special giveaways and the rest. I sincerely recommend it for anyone worldwide looking for a reliable crypto wallet.

What the heck, I've completed the level 1 and two verifications it came verified but still showed complete the verification to make transactions. The next day I checked it totally came as unverified in both levels and I can't even verify anymore as it's coming as verification failed already signed up and verified in other accounts when I didn't do that

WARNING!!!! ⚠️ SCAM WALLET. Avoid at all costs. This wallet in no way functions, except for receiving funds. It's Hotel California... Once you check in, you can never leave. I have tried sending funds off with USDT, Solana, and ETH... All failed. I try to swap to BTC and get "Token unavailable." I've left ample extra funds to pay for gas fees. Nothing is working!!

This is by far my most favorite wallet. It does everything. My MetaMask wallet has been nothing but problems. I imported that account into this wallet and I'm so much better off for it. This wallet is an absolute banger and I've only just touched the surface of what this wallet is capable of. Hasn't been buggy or caused any issues. It's been a really smooth experience and transition into my new wallet.

Customer service is terrible. I have a future withdrawal request that has been stuck in processing for over 2 months. Every email I sent out for assistance, they say they will look into it and don't get back to me or fix the issue. I would avoid this app it since if you use futures, you're at risk of losing your funds, and no one from the support team will assist you!

Bitget is a pretty cool app for trading cryptocurrencies, with a user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate. It's got a bunch of features for both beginners and experienced traders, like copy trading and advanced charting tools. The customer support is decent, but sometimes the app can be a bit slow during peak times.

Lots of bad reviews from people who are mostly making small mistakes. However I don't have anything bad to say about this wallet. I love it, and the ease of use and simplistic design on the interface. The only thing I would like to see added is more translations to English and language support for other countries. Other than that, great wallet, and one that rivals all the rest.

I have used quite a number of wallet from Zerion to Frontier but this tops it all. I like the sleek user interface, the flexibility, the very updated dApps and DeFi. I like mostly the option to create cloud wallet. The assimilation of the support into the sleek interface isn't to be ignored either. It's a well thought out and designed app. I mean, I am lost for words on how good this wallet is. Trust wallet will have to miss me for a while.
