I've used Bitdefender Premium for years - excellent product 5 stars but securepass is the opposite end of the scale. Everytime I need it to fill in a username or password I have to log in to Bitdefender central, then use my master password to get into securepass THEN use my fingerprint THEN search for the login details I need Very secure but makes the app completely unusable and pointless as I now have to remember 2 passwords just to get 1 out.

after using bitdefender for a few years and using password manager going to securepass was a huge downgrade and do not recommend anyone using. it hardly ever works and they went from being 10/10 to 1/10, resulted with me having to get a different password manager such as bitwarden just to be able to use it. bring back the original password manager and get rid of this trash of securepass

app never stays signed in or works with fingerprint sign ins. half the time recently I get to the point to put in the master password, (the app now has 2 passwords everytime you sign in), and suddenly get 'you have a bad internet connection try again later' --whether I'm on wifi or tower. the pc app has a similar issue with staying logged in.

Excellent price at $1.67/month. Standard AES-256 encryption, basic UI, essential password functions. Missing advanced security audits, breach monitoring, granular sharing controls, and travel mode features. Reliable sync across platforms. Solid choice for budget users not needing premium security analysis.

Tried, didn't liked it, went back to Bitdefender Password Manager. Stop making new apps that are worse than the previous ones. Just add new features to Password Manager. That app is very good

UPDATE: Happy to say that after fully switching over I rarely get prompted to do a full login and the fingerprint works fine. My main issue now is just the fact it seems unable to run for more than 5 minutes without crashing, which results in some annoying popups and means I usually have to manually open the app to retrieve passwords and have to manually enter all new accounts. I still have no use for the new password sharing features, and it is still a downgrade from Password Manager.

Unusable. You make a change, you save it, and the app doesn't propagate it. Whenever you try to export a password it gives you an error. The UX from a tablet is horrible at best.

the app doesn't work nearly as well as the previous password manager from Bitdefender. It doesn't consistently recognize when a saved password site is being recognized despite the fact that it's my default vault. I'm going to give up on trying to fix it.

Secure did not work when installed. They advised that secure Pass was new and not working correctly yet so I deleted the whole thing. I appreciate the honesty but why advertise it if it does not work. Disappointing. To be fair they were helpful getting to this point

What a hot mess of a password manager. Usually doesn't work for apps. Doesn't have a 'keep me logged in for xx days' option. I can't tell it to ignore a form field or website, it keeps popping up again and again or autofilling a field it shouldn't. It's missing so many common features and lacks polish and maturity. Avoid unless you receive it for free with you Bitdefender subscription. But even then....

So confusing!!! I hvae installed but for me to access further, it ask me to allow access to all my files and I select 'Export Files' and it led me to Json and csv. I find it so complicated compared what I have done before years ago. Still I can't get it set up properly. I want my refund and cancel this order. I will try contact them and purchase other anti virus from different company. What a waste of my time!

worst password management experience I have ever had. I had to enter all my passwords manually into the database even with the import function that did not work. My passwords are never available because there is always a connection issue even while on a 1gig connection. there is no local database its all online I have to sign in 10000 times because it never remembers my devices and there is no biometrics option for authentication. Throughly disappointed...

The original Password Manager was easy to use and interact with. This app won't modify or delete old entries that were imported from Bitdefender's password manager. So far this new "forced" version is an embarrassment to the programmers and Bitdefender should have worked all of this out before imposing it with a deadline.

Double login is pointless, let us access our vault with one email and vault unlock password. Force a vault password reset if you have to, this is an egregious flaw in the user experience. Asking a user to occasionally re-login with two passwords will send them on the search for a new password manager. Occasionally, there will be times where all the app will do is spit back "Connection issues detected" on an infinite loop, locking me out of my passwords. That should never happen.

This is the worst password management app. On web it's not working, each day it will requre to login to Bitdefender. On sites it will not bring the password, autofill not working. Each time when you bring the password manually I will require to register the account again as a new one. You will end with the same account saved many times. I paid one more year, old problems are still here. You create an account on a new site and pass was not saved. Why? Because SecurePass need to reload the site.

Having awful issues with logging into BitDefender SecurePass on my Pixel 7. I know with certainty that the credentials I am manually entering are correct and it still will not allow me access. Better success on my laptop — but this is such a disappointment. I would never recommend this product because I've been caught without access to something I need a number of times now and have had to wait to get to my laptop to complete a transaction or pay a bill. Huge frustration level.

Ok, the UI of SecurePass is significantly better than the older Password Manager app. So an extra star for that. I might even like it better than Kaspersky's and Bitwarden's. Login is still iffy though. You have to log into your Bitdefender account and then into your SecurePass account again. I just want to be able to login via my fingerprint. If I "Trust" the device, it just logs me in without any passwords, 2FA or fingerprint. Not safe by any means. Update: 4 months later and still the same.

It's easy to install and import passwords from other apps but that's where the positives end. This app doesn't automatically lock when no longer using the app. You have to manually lock your passwords every time. Also, to unlock the app, you cannot use biometrics or a fingerprint. You can only unlock by typing in your password every single time. The settings menu has hardly anything there, nearly useless. Kaspersky Password Manager was so much better. Unfortunately, it was banned in the USA.
