Pretty easy process, fees are ridiculous. Nowhere did I read it would cost that much. Out of $200 I ended up with $152 in my wallet, and 4 hours later it still says pending. I hope things go well when I try to spend it.

Recovery method is garbage. I moved account to new device no problem. Left it idle for a couple months, new device cannot log in through recovery method. Original device says same thing. Both devices must wait 1 week until auto log in initiates. Some kind of two factor issue blocks both. When I added my 1st $50 I only received almost $33. Reading the other reviews the app just screams trash. When I get access to my account I'm moving all the Satoshi to my other wallet that has better recovery.

Nice and convenient got my coins in under an hour, what's lacking is clear communication of transaction fees and a $50 minimum requirement to purchase coins. For example I needed to purchase $100 of btc I received 99.20 instead so I was forced to spend in total $150 to purchase the required amount of btc. Highly aggravating

Why isn't Google PlayStore flagging this app that's scamming people, you use this app but can't transfer your coin, it doesn't show at all... I've been waiting, I don't understand this, you create an app to steal from people? What's even going on, I contacted your support already, and I'm not even getting any reasonable answer. I transferred from your app to my binance and there's no sign of my money . PLEASE RESOLVE

I hadn't used the app yet, but I did use a BTM a few weeks back. Although it was quite easy to use, the mark-up on BTC is astronomical. The price of Bitcoin that day, on Crypto(.)com was just above 34k. The BTM price was 10k higher. I guess if ya factor in the convenience fee, it's a little easier to swallow that pill, but it is still a bit steep. Let me be clear though, I have no complaints about my user experience...

This wallet is a pain, my btc wallet never syncs so I have a real hard time sending bitcoin about 3/4 of the time. Total bummer and.... I never got my free $15 of btc so that sux as well. So if your advertising this as a sign up bonus you should give it, but they don't. Not happy and going to find a different wallet. I wouldn't try this one!

Total scam and zero transparency! Just lost over $250. Fees are 20+% mine was 23% and then another 11% on that when you use the bitcoin online. Multiple calls to customer support and not one person would tell me how to negate the 11% usage fee! For those in this position if you transfer wallet to wallet you bypass the 11% and just loose a few dollars on the transaction. And guarantee if they do respond to this it will NOT contain a road map of fee's you will incur!

I bought Bitcoin and went to a machine I put 700 dollars and they charged 200 for fees. As a result I recieved 500. I sent Bitcoin to a friend she told me she no longer needed the money so she refunded back to me. I have not received the money back in my Bitcoin wallet it's been over 10 business days excluding weekends. I don't know why it would take this long to get my money back from a friend who was sending it back to me

I've tried to download the app 5 times. It get to 76 to 98 % then it just stops. Seems to me the new update or whatever they claim to have fixed is still broke. This app is a joke. Edit.... after it downloaded. I went to the store and paid for say $600. After it was sent to my wallet is $160 less. Then when I sent to a family member it took another $130. This is a scam. They don't tell you about the fees being so much. It does say a $3 fee. These jokers are robbing you blind.

I think for the high fees it's worth it . Think about it coinbase is going to hold your deposit for minimum of 3 days but usually 5 to 10 days . 3rd party dapps will get you the best deal but if you want to use cash this is the call ? Be careful people it's a scandalous world . I use this app it's expensive but worth the money transactions $$.

Scam!!! Hidden 28% service charge! No one would use this if that was plainly states. So I called customer service and I'm told that no refunds for fees will be given, so I ask to speak to a supervisor and she tells me there is no supervisor available for me to speak with. I asked what time is one available then, she wouldn't tell me. Then she said she will pass along my request but there's no guarantee that I would be called back. I deposited $50 and received $30! FRAUD !!! I WANT A RETURN!!!

Okay I believe that they're charging too much when you buy like I bought 2,500 worth a couple days ago and they charged me $700 today I bought $150 worth I was charged 42 tell me if I'm wrong. I personally believe you're charging way too much so check the fees people before you use their their stuff

Hidden service fees and they can't tell you how much to deposit to buy the correct amount. Was excited but very disappointed. Find another way of sending money

They charge a 30% fee without telling the customer. I paid $104 but only got $70 worth of bitcoin. If that's not a scam then I don't know what is. Do not use this app. Buy bitcoin elsewhere.

This company charged me over 25% to exchange currency. Funny that the service fee they show is less than 3%. I exchanged $1,020 US Dollars and, in return, was given $748 dollars worth of bitcoin. What a scam. I will never use this service again. I DO NOT recommend anyone pay those kinds of service fees. I don't know how they sleep at night. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves.

Do not download this app !!! Do not use the Bitcoin Depot ATM !!! It is a ripoff !!! Although they disclosed a service fee of $3, they added on a markup of an additional 30% to their service fees, which was never disclosed on the screen or on the printed receipt !!! When I complained, they sent an email stating their additional fee could range from 17.3% to 50% of the transaction. The total fees amounted to ~35% !!! And, it took 2 hrs to post the transaction. This is a crazy ripoff !!!

Although the ATM transaction itself did work, the way they list the price is misleading and their actual markup is very high. But what's worse is that the promo code they advertised here could not be redeemed because of an error in the form on their web page. I contacted them initially about this over a month ago, including full details and a screenshot and they've been "looking into" it ever since. No further communication. Additional emails to them ignored. Can't recommend.

This used to be a decent app, until 3weeks ago . Now l can't seem to get purchases verified thru the app on my cell phone, even though all information was verified when setting it up , and using the same bank debit card gor every purchase . Simplex can't get it done thru their Onfido company . I've tried email ,online chats,and notifying customer service . No thing has been fixed and l can't do anything with this app . I would rate them a (-minus 1000) if l could
