It's easy to navigate but the transaction fees are very high and unexpected when they charge you. I lost about $50 in transaction fees for bitcoin in the short time I used this app, right now that would be worth a lot more.

I was the most unfortunate guy, to install it on a new device and my finances were all gone and support hasn't helped. If you are purchasing a new device, withdraw funds to a different wallet before installing the app to the new device, unless you want to learn the hard way. I liked the app when I first used it, but now I am not sure. I imagine that if I trusted the app with all of my finances, I would come to regret it. I'm disappointed 😥

SCAMMERS !!! If you buy crypto for $100 USD - you will receive $84.5. If you will sell crypto $84.5 - you will receive $70 USD. Exchange rate up to 15%. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you are not a scammers, explain me where my 10% of money received gone as they are not showing up on the transactions breakdown summary?

Ok how the heck is a transaction fee over $200! Never in my life I've ever seen such a thing. You'd say it's due to network being congested but why is this only the app recommending that ridiculously high fee. And please make Trc20 and Erc20 available on USDT Edit: Fees are outrageous because of bitcoin halving event. It's gradually going back to what's considered normal

I successfully moved money 2 times with this app. There are fees for each transaction which eats up the money I had planned to send on. I signed up once and deleted and then again just today. There have been updates to the app, I'm general it felt more user friendly, with also waiting time stipulated as it takes a long time to verify the payments and your ID . I felt grossly uncomfortable with the now new face identification. I'd appreciate if the data sharing policy was more readily explained

I am trying to buy crypto with my credit card and it is saying "checking your card number indicates your transaction is likely to fail", please what's the problem fix this please it is so annoying 😒😒😒

I bought 670. 00 worth of bitcoin but only received 567. I'm trying to figure this out but it seems really complicated. I just lost over 100.00 in the purchase of bitcoin.

My experience with the app really sucks i sent out some coins from my wallet to my friends wallet now i have three transactions on pending for the past few days i hasn't been sent it did the same yesterday it really sucks if you people are doing this

Verify identity bs. I don't drive and haven't renewed my DL. I thought crypto was supposed to be private so very tired of all these apps wanting all this personal information. It's annoying, unnecessary and a headache. Just let me link my PayPal or debit card, crypto is not a damn bank account.

I like the reviews of this app. But it has not been fair to me. For months now I have not been able to use 40 (eth) I received as payment into the wallet the first time I was paid in crypto. Till date it's just there. I can't swap to any other crypto, and I can't transfer elsewhere. I feel frustrated.

That's sham and scam. Totally fraud and deception, I deposited 200$ into it and when I wanted to withdraw from wallet, it is totally denied and message popped up that u have insufficient fund to cover the fee and shockingly my full amount was transferred to unknown address to which I never proceed. His support agent showed helplessness to return the amount what is literally confiscated by wallet itself. What a shocking experience I came across.

It basically steals any money you put in it. Just to send money to your wallet, it takes 2/3 of it and theres no informationabout it, you just find out AFTER you sent money. Then, it charges you an absurd to make any transaction inside the app, so the money you sent stays there doing nothing as you will lose it anyway if you try to do anything.

It's a CON! SCAM ALERT! Do not download!! This app should be Removed from Google Play unless they are in on the CON. From the moment you deposit your money it is stolen by the app. This is achieved by hitting you with extortionate fee for EVERY transaction. Clearly the FSA in the UK would not approve of this, which is why they do not back it. Again, please do not download, use PayPal or eToro. I will ask for Google to REMOVE this app.

Very misleading! I bought $250 worth of bitcoin, before the transaction it showed me $5 process fee, $4 network fee, $241 will be deposited to your wallet. I thought it was reasonable, but after making the payment, it showed an additional processing fee of $18, and in the end, $217 worth of bitcoin was actually deposited in the wallet. No obvious settings for selecting fees. Very disappointed. I transferred my bitcoin to another wallet, deleted the account and never used this application again!

While reading about transaction fees, (first purchase) I come back to the selection of fees screen, and it's checked for "custom" the highest fee with a warning only experienced users should use. I could not de-select it to choose the lowest transaction fee. It's as if someone came into my phone and took over the app. I removed the app and likely won't get involved with Bitcoin.

Functionality of the app is great. My main reservation is the fees imposed by Simplex. Although there are a couple of areas where the fees are displayed in tiny ass font, this could have easily been more overt. For those who are new to crypto, it's like exchanging money at the airport which is generally your worst option. Fees for miners is acceptable but it's not just that. I would recommend using another app that is more transparent and can handle other forms of crypto.

AWFUL. Not even a little bit user friendly. I I downloaded and installed it off of a link I found on a merchant site that I use, who only accepts BTC and figured this would be a smooth portal of purchase. I soon discovered after 2+ hrs and far too much frustration, that you pretty much have to be a programmer to figure it out. I can't even get it to open. It just takes me to either a blank page or back to Google play where it shows that its installed on my phone but I cannot open it. Ridiculous! I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. I have finally given up. Ill find another wallet that I can actually use and ill be removing this one directly upon finishing this review.

One of the least user friendly wallets I've tried. No support to be reached. Funds tied up for weeks often. And purchases that don't show in balance even after they take your money. It would be best to find a more reputable option. You've been warned. Not to mention the fact that for almost a year I have funds in different crypto that they swapped without any problem at all from Bitcoin to the others types of coins. But they are all but impossible to swap back all the sudden of course.

Had a transaction address associated with my wallet. The funds are still not showing in my wallet. Confirmed the address and found transaction, but I still don't have access. I have deleted and restored and scanned for missing transactions several times. The help is responsive but has not been able to fix the issue. They finally resolved the issue. Updating to 3 stars because they fixed it but it took a month.

By far, the best crypto wallet I've ever used. And I like how the app is still updated regularly with new features and improvements. One thing I noticed though is that shareable links don't seem to work when trying to send BCH. Instead, the screen just hangs for a second before returning to the wallets page.
