Hi,I've downloaded app BirBank and after than I wanted to register that,but unfortunately gave error by system, "Service temporarily unable " And then after i went to bank and told them my problem, they would try to registered,but couldn't it. That's set.

Horrible UX and client support. I logged in to application with personal information (without credit card) but application didn't show up any information about by accounts, loans and etc. The funny part bank employees refused to help me with it despite the fact that i called multiple time for last 3 months. Hire better developers and customer clinent services. This is shame for your "reputation".

Generally it's ok, though server connection problems arise quite often. But today it has been impossible to access the app because it requires fingerprint login, and it does not recognise my fingerprint. I tries reinstalling the app but nothing changed. Now I have no access to the app.

Not a bank but a disaster!!! I made two transactions for 1800 dollars from foreign card to the kapital bank account and the transactions are actually not processed for a month!!!! I contacted the bank hundreds of times, all they say is that the request has been sent and everything is still in a frozen state !!!!

Annoying, especially last 3 days it is impossible to access ur account, doesnt recognise ur fingerprint. If you try to reach out to customers services thats much more worn out process, because firstly u have to wait nearly 10 minutes, then they switch it to busy line and all ur effort is meaningless. There are so much problems i can describe, but really it is not worth))

Not working, i can't even register, it says server doesn't respond. I changed rating from 1 star to 3 due to i can register with mobile internet. I need clarify wheter it is my wireless connection issue or Birbank software isdue, after that i will change rating accordingly. But anyway it's interface not ideal, ABB mobile has better interface and you can see every detail of your account and find something easily on demand

Haven't used my Birbank card because the app sends promotional ads with no way to disable, and because there is no Dark Mode for the app's interface on Android, iOS. Additionally, only a few functions ACTUALLY work, nothing else works as should. Horrendous servers, horrible customer support, and faulty app. 3D Secure almost never works. Birbank Cashback card cannot be activated. This app is borderline useless, and truly the worst banking app in Azerbaijan.

I've been using multiple bank apps and Birbank is by far the worst one out of them. It constantly crashes or gives errors. Sometimes doesn't even allow you to enter the app. After every update, the app's performance goes down even further.

Used to be fast and easy but updates made it painfully slow, laggy app. Random button makes load something that is loaded before. Operations are really slow. Chatbot doesn't work properly. I need to restart app each time to send message. Imagine how it feels sending wrong one. Fix these issue pack please:\

Terrible user experience. Inconsistent and laggy UI. You can easily get Server error by triggering api calls 5 to 10 times in a short time period. Resuming app after about 30 seconds gives you nice No connection error. App randomly jumps to pin enter screen which can be a security measure but showing Server error at that time is not the best idea. Almost all List views are laggy. It does not cache relativeIy static data. I have seen 3 different loading animation in the app.

You don't receive any notification when you deposit money into your account. It's not even shown on your cabinet immediately, only a day or two after. But you never get any notification. Sometimes app doesn't even run properly. Again, no visual about any incomes or expenses. Shame! Edit: Dear developer, I did contact with the operator before I wrote this review. And guess what? Nothing happened! I suppose no one does their job properly.

Worst experience with banking apps in my life. It seems that they don't have QA at all. The application constantly shows errors, and in the online queue the list is repeated three times. Do you check it before deploying? Also, they always respond with copy-paste response, so user reviews don't bother them.

It's been almost a month that every single time I enter the application, it says server does not respond. It has become extremely slow, entirely disfunctional and tiring for use. After the last update about a week ago, it even became worse. If this pattern continues, I will probably delete the application and stop my account subscription to your bank later on.

Nice interface, but zero reliability. quick action templates gone for a month now, the bank hasn't done anything but feed me bs about how they're on it. Recent activity is always 'oops temporarily unavailable'. many services don't respond more often than not. overall, disappointing as the app is actually well-designed, at least for me.

I'm going back to 1 star. The app constantly freezing. Sometimes locking screen and opening with password, while the app remains open in the background, does work. But most of the time nothing works. I uninstalled the app twice. Apparently, I can slide to see the menu. And menu works too. But the main screen, such as menu button or input field for a card number in transfer page does not respond.

The app is not supported for the vast majority of devices. I've managed to install an old version of the app and still I am experiencing connection issues and the app itself slow or seems unresponsive at all. I got phoned couple of times to informed about the existence of this barely usable app. Why don't you fix the issue before doing any promotions campaigns?

Where did you get your server? It usually doesn't work. I'm tired of seeing the error messages. The app have wide range error messages. At the moment preventive works are being carried out.. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS IN THE MORNING? The server doesn't respond.. Unexpected error occurred.. Sometimes the app closes suddenly when I try to login. Generally it works very slowly. You always change the design but you never try to increase the performance despite many user's dissatisfaction. WELL DONE

After the new update, my payments do not appear in my payment history, I have to send the old version from my other phone via bloetooth and deal with it. I notified customer service about this problem but they did nothing.

Money transfer (send and receive) not working, the app / server/ service frequently not working / freezing You can't link other cards! The transfer to international cards doesn't work after working hours! So frequently their server is down. It's frustrating! Way below expectations for a big bank.
