Doubtful Tunic

Terrible experience, at the NW Expressway location at least. The app doesnt let you cancel appointments very clearly, and isn't intuitive. The people are aggressive and rude often. I've brought 4 people in and they found a reason not to give me the bonus every time. I've done things correctly every time, but they find a way. One time I was actually told "I don't feel like dealing with this" and they left. They made sure it's advertising was on point though. Untrustworthy and unreliable.

Unable to just update app. Had to reinstall. Having issue making appointment! Unable to select children and can't get past this to allow appointments to show. Reinstalled app and same issue. In the past I lost my appointment when I arrived on a few occasions. Staff was always helpful and seemed to fix it with support. Recommend for those who have difficulty making appointments (older version)!

The app has always had some issues but typically closing and reopening it has fixed them. Today the app told me it didn't recognize my email address and password so I reset it through a browser. When I tried to log back into the app it wouldn't open log enough for me to do it. I have uninstalled and installed the app at least 3 times today. So it's been almost 2 weeks and this app is still crashing before opening fully up. I've uninstalled and installed more times than I care to count.

It wont let me sign in at all, so after 3 days of trying, I removed the app so I could try to reinstall it. Wellll...now it wont let me install the app. Never had a problem till a couple of months ago. This is almost a month later than my above post, and it still sucks! Since this new app version went into effect, it takes forever for the money to go on your balance. It used to be so quick and easy. I still like Biolife better than other centers, but they seem to be slidding backwards a bit.

At times, and when first installed, the app worked well enough. HOWEVER! Everytime I try to schedule an appointment, it gives me the spinning-wheel-of-doom and then gives a message of : Donor's Inquiry API Failed Nothing about how to fix it or what caused it, just that it failed. I have restarted my phone multiple times, I've un-installed/ re-installed the app numerous times and it continues to give the same message. And there's no one to contact on the app itself, so I'm here venting.

Massive step backwards. - You have to login every time instead of using biometrics or a pin - Appointments don't give you an option to delete from your personal calendar. - Promotion didn't apply properly - Appointment type selection button won't open if you tap the drop down. Got it now but why have parts of the button be unresponsive? - Those with vision problems will struggle with the tiny print everywhere. It sounds like this wasn't an improvement for the BioLife staff either.

Some areas of the app adds clunkier than the previous version. An option to stay logged in, remember a username or even better to allow password managers to fill in credentials (if they are good enough for my banking, should be good enough for this). The previous could automatically add appointments to my calendar of choice, at least first use makes this appear to be a manual step for each appointment.

Everytime I login with the updated app it says, "unsuccessful login attempt. Please check your login credentials and try again". I've reset my password 3 times. Each time, I am then able to get to the homescreen. But, when I try to login through the app, the same message appears. I can log in just fine when I go to the website. What a waste!

My first issue is that the app doesn't sync to the local centers, and will let you schedule appointments for hours after the center has closed. Second, I've been stuck at the "logging in" message for the last 20 minutes. This is on top of the app not recognizing the email I used, not recognizing my Facebook info, and me restarting the app several times, then my phone. So far, I've donated 8 times and scheduled 2 appointments, so the app seems redundant at best, when people set appts and ghost

Like almost every other review lately, the app worked decently at first. After a few days of not being able to log in at all, I can now log in but cannot check the promotions page. For a week I check every day and it says "retry" or "sign out". It gets stuck in a loop unless I exit the app or sign out. I have tried typical troubleshooting like clearing the cache, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and signing in and out. It is really frustrating.

The app is absolutley terrible. Would not open push notifications in app for well over 2 weeks. Got a coupon for $80 extra dollars for my birthday and could not see or open the notification until the day after the coupon expired. The center tried to add it but since it is expired it won't enable. Thanks for making me feel so important as an over 10 year donor. Work your bugs out before you go live. You push us to use the app, update it, then make it less user friendly than before. Congrats.....

It worked fine for me for years and now all of a sudden, it told me I can't sign in until I update the app. There was no update needed, I tried several times. I've uninstalled the app many times and it tells me my password is wrong when I try to log in.. I use the same password on the browser site and it works just fine. Unfortunately, your browser site is set to not work for mobile phones as well cuz you push for the app instead of the browser. Its a really big inconvenience!

Oftentimes, when loading the app without having signed out by hand before closing it, the login screen will start flashing. My roommate, who is prone to epileptic seizures, was in the room when this occurred. Thankfully, it did not trigger her, but she told me she was very worried it may have. Please investigate this issue promptly. This can turn into an issue.

Unusable. Can't even sign in. It takes at least a full minute to register when I select "Current Donor", and when I try to use my sign in credentials that work on the website, I'm told it's invalid. Not sure if it has to do with my account being associated with a different email than I had years ago since it keeps trying to auto-fill the old email.

Used to be fine, no issues. But the last two updates after they added rewards just made issues. Screen would look pixel but work now it just freezes. I've uninstalled an everything, but nada. Rewards haven't worked for almost 4 months and they send an email saying, we wont take away your unused points yet and we will extend by 2 months. Oh thanks for trying to make it look like a personal favor because THEY have everything screwed up. I've donated and haven't gotten the full payments also.

I got a notification asking me to update so I did. Then I had to enter verification number that was sent to my email. By the time I went to my email, scrolled to find the number, wrote it down, and went BACK to enter it, the time had expired. This happened 3 times and now my account is locked. You dont allow enough time to do all that! So now I have no way of signing in to check my balance, schedule appointment, or redeem rewards. This is freakin' ridiculous! It used to be easy! Now it sucks!

Attractive app, needs a couple of improvements: When logging in, every time the app flashes several times with lines across the screen. The fingerprint option only worked twice and I can't get it to let me use my fingerprint to log in anymore. Otherwise, this app is nice to look at and easily allows me to make and reschedule appointments, get info, and track payments. Thank you

The app is almost perfect; every time I open it, the app flashes quickly and brightly. It has triggered a migraine. This has been occurring for months; I tried deleting it and redownloading, and I tried updating it. The problem still persists. Beyond that, the app functions incredibly. I love the easy-to-use and easily understandable set up.

The app no longer sends me a multi-factor verification code to either my email or phone, so I can't get access to my account. I emailed Takeda and was told I do have access. No, I do not. I can make appointments on the website, but I can't see any promotions or enter coupon codes. Sent a message through the "Contact Us" option online and never got a response. So no one can fix this issue for me.

The new update that requires you to enter a pass code sent to your email when you log in every. Single. Time. It is the worst "feature" this app has ever had, it makes it take 3x as long to log in and the email doesn't send everytime, so then you have to refresh or have a new code sent, but then it send you the old code that doesn't work anymore. Seriously needs to be fixed, idk why this was added, it sucks.
