I really enjoy this Bingo game but there are way too many crashes, robbing of double points in tournaments, lame prizes, goal items (such as frames, ect) are impossible to win unless you want to pay lots of money buying power ups and tokens, and you have to be VERY observant when purchasing ANYTHING because you will pay for it and sometimes not get it and then getting the problem fixed is a nightmare (that is IF they fix it at all). Don't waist your time.

Until recently, it used to be the best bingo game, in my opinion. But recently, it has been force closing sooo much!!! And if you have clicked into joining a bingo game which cost a ton of credits, it doesn't credit you back what you lost by it force closing!! I've lost over 1,000 credits bc of this issue!!! It's almost not even worth trying to play anymore. Updated 2/8/23 I had hoped they'd figured out some of the issues causing all the app crashes but still nothing is better it's been months.

Definitely Declining. When I first got this game it was amazing. So many ways to win and collect things. Now you almost HAVE to pay to play. They got rid of free games, increased the token prices of games, and the prizes are repetitive, making much needed ones impossible to get. Customer service could care less about the player and responds in a dismissive manner. Updates are a joke and the game freezes constantly.

This game is fun if you are willing to pay to play. Otherwise you are stuck playing low level games and won't earn the good rewards, be able to continue the story, complete puzzles etc. Hopefully they fix the issues and I can enjoy playing again. Edited to respond to the "classic game" is still free. While this is true, it also means it is near impossible to complete the other challenges or help your club in a meaningful way

I'm trying so hard to enjoy the game. The idea of the bingo game is great. But,only if you get to play. It CONSTANTLY KICKS ME OFF. glitching, extremely long pauses. It closes app all the time. I just can't deal with that. You lose your token to play all the time,and only once or twice it was automatically reimbursed. When you open the app your able to contact support,they do nothing. Also why should we have to contact support. Shouldn't the ppl who respond to these comments contact clipwire?

In order to play the game you have to dismiss the pop-up for in app purchases of power-ups several times. Game play is basic but they have this scale of add-ons but some how that inventory becomes full, not sure what that's about. And you can't daub the last one when the game ends. Also, using more the two cards requires you to switch between screens and means you end up missing numbers because you lose time in the switching of the screens.

I've played this game forever and it was my favorite. Now, it crashes constantly, no more free games, everything costs more. Can't even watch the ads to get more spins, double money etc without it crashing. It literaly crashes after every game. So, so disappointing. Many updates and still not fixed. Super bummed and will look elsewhere for another game until they fix it.

This is a great, fun app!! The ONLY 2 things I don't like: 1.) when you get a Bingo, the graphics are wonderful, but they cover the card(s), and there is just not enough time to wait to see if the next number called is on that card. Could you change the opacity on those? 2.) I get penalized when at the end of the number calling, the screen freezes---and I cannot click on the last number called on my cards! Then, I don't get credit for "perfect daubing" even though I keep clicking on the squares!

I really like this game. My only complaint is when i try to wstch the ad/video for double points, power ups, etc; it doesnt allow me to. It gets pretty annoying especially when you get a lot of points/xp and it doesnt work to double them. Doesnt happen every single time but its pretty often. Edited: the game has been working great. I love the new things added, especially the winter bingo games

Now it's asking for an update but it's not updating and I hit play and nothing is happening. It used to wonderful. Not it crashes constantly. Free goes are gone. It gives you the same prices over and over again so it takes forever to finish a area. Upgrade does not upgrade goes straight to play and outs you in a loop. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!!!

I've been playing this game for a while now. It was GREAT when I started...but then there was the "Price Is Right" garbage and it's gone downhill since. They removed many rewards and the ability to purchase powerups - club balls - etc using the pink "dollars". The app FREQUENTLY crashes, watching ads for "double stars" often causes you to lose all your stars...and now the app is GLITCHY as F! Not to mention if you actually purchase something...you frequently don't get it.

Doesn't give you enough coins to play more than a couple of rounds. Have to wait DAYS to build up enough to play. Says "okay for free" on one of the boards, but you still have to use your coins to play, so that's pointless and misleading. Also, every time it puts an ad on before a game, if you accidentally touch the video, or miss the 'x' by even a hair, it opens up the link and when you go back to the game, the entire game resets to the loading page you see upon opening the app. Irritating!

I gave this game a year. I thought I will play...I will even buy tokens, and I will give it a year. Maybe they will start to give out more free tokens and make this game all worth it. But I am up to level 98 and I am still only earning 40 tokens a day. The puzzle pieces are so hard to get which makes completing puzzles extremely hard. And let's not even talk about how extremely HARD it is to get items to build the things in the designs. I have never once finished anything in this game before they end each design category. When you do manage to win tokens to play it's hardly ever more than 4 or 8 and to get items to build you have to use at least 64 tokens per game. It's not worth your time and absolutely not worth the money I have spent to keep playing!

I love my club, I win non stop!! But...there are constant crashes, lost tokens and rewards never replaced. Also, they say you can collect puzzle pieces even if you've finished current puzzle. That is also not working. I'll never forgive when I was such a high level, they restarted game and we all had to start back at 0. I've emailed support, crashes continue, no fixes.

I would choose a 0 star if it was an option. This game used to be a fun and wonderful game, however, the free game options are gone, more tokens to play and less reward yielded. Events are so hard to complete now. And support is a joke, if they respond it's a generic message for suck it up we don't care. Some of the top teams and players are having to find other options for bingo or alter their team requirements just to have players. Don't waste time or money here!

The last few months have been horrible. I love this game, in the beginning it was great. Now, you almost ha e to spend money to play. If you ask or question customer service all you get is an automated response that's literally sent to everyone regardless of the issue. Nothing changes. You can spend 320 tokens and MIGHT get 4 bingos, that's if you're lucky.

This used to be super fun! Fast paced, great interaction with other players, fun competitions, really a great game ... Until stupid unneeded, unnecessary changes were made. Now you're lucky to get just 5 bingos when playing 4 cards. And the rewards used to be comparable to play, but now they are so few & far between, it's like "why bother?" If play goes back to its own fun self, I will rethink & edit my review, but until then, I'm going to rethink even playing ever again. Such a disappointment!

I agree with friend Amy, it used to be fun! I don't expect to win and get the highest amount of prizes each game but when you plY 4 cards, spent 80, 160, or 320, have a lot of single and double plus hit 4 chest and only get less then 10 then how do you advance. Game changes should make a game more fun and better...not worse and discouraging. I know it's a free game but why make it worse so Players quit...I am almost there.

Quit changing the game! Every change makes game worse! Started playing this game 2 years ago! It started out fun and had a free game to help you build balls and gifts to advance. That took that away! Now you have to spend a lot of money if you want to advance very far in the game! Most games add to the games to make it better! Not worse! Don't waste your time or money!! If the game is not working right, getting what you lost back is impossible!! They do not care!! All they want is your money!!

I have been enjoying and playing this game for a few years. But lately it has become too expensive. I realize that I could play for free with my 20 tokens every hour but that's boring. The treasure chest power ups use to be filled with different amounts of tokens, but now I get one or two tokens per chest. And for awhile you could buy special groupings for $4.99 and $1.99. Now it's $9.99 and up. Please make it worth playing for 2 - 3 hours again. Thank you 😊
