How long does it take to load? Anything over 30seconds is too long,do not play this game,I'm still waiting to play.you also stole 40 of my chips

Not to happy with the game, I just started playing this game less than a week I think and you can't buy ANYTHING, I can't purchase the special for 4.99 for new players nor can I just buy the bucks for 4.99. What's up, I won't be playing or telling anyone about this game till what's broke is fixed. Thank you
