On the Motorola Moto G7, the screen gets cut off at the right, preventing me from accessing the settings, which I use to mute the music. I'll keep playing the game on the Samsung Galaxy S7, but it would be appreciated if you would fix this.

just deleted the game after several years. For the past week all I got was" Bingo has stopped". I tried to contact them 3-4 times. They sent message asking what operating system I was using, after almost 4 years of playing. I answered back, they still haven't replied. So one of my favorites is now gone.

Much better with the blackout rooms...only issue i have is that i usually get the first 6-7 collection items quickly, but some how i can open, literally now, 483 chests and still not get the last collection item. All-in-all still a great game though!

I have been playing this game for a couple years. I recently got a new phone, and now when I play 4 cards, they all show on one screen instead of dividing them up between 2 screens. I do not like this at all. Please tell me how to fix this in my settings.

Use to play this but the game became unplayable when they push you to buy everything. But today I installed it again to see if they came to their senses but now its even worse. They kie about games still in progress that never end and if you leave you lose everything. Garbage! This game is garbage 100% avoid it.

Love this app, great graphics and cute characters. HOWEVER, keep getting bad wifi on my end, but my wifi is fine. Did uninstall/reinstall, now gives me ERROR when I try to log back in with Facebook. HELP PLEASE.

(2020 update: still love it and enjoy playing. I wish they would combine the pool of available bingos for winning across multiple "rooms" because sometimes you'll buy 4 cards to play one game and then when the game starts, there is only 1 available bingo.) I like this bingo most out of all the other bingo apps. I got it on my phone and Kindle.

Love the game...BUT....1-Having issues connecting to Facebook on my android and tablet. 2-Difficult time getting Bingo. Seems I'm never winning. 3-On a higher note, love the graphics and voice and its cute. lol Any chance these things can be fixed? Will give it a 5 star if they were! Thanks!!!

Constant crashing, sometimes the balls stop for several seconds and resume pushing numbers out faster than can be checked, finally, I purchased 2 coins packages for $19.99 each, totaling $42.42 on 6/8/2020 and never received the coins. The $42.42 came out of my bank account today.

Wonderful bingo game! Needs more ways to earn powerups and keys, and a way to get keys from the store. Maybe some daily achievements? Outside that, its taken over a year just to earn the last item in a set before and wrestling with barely many keys or powerups didn't help! Fantastic game though!

3 stars because of the actual gameplay. But some BIG points to the game....most of the rooms are almost empty. No one is playing. And those who do hurry to get bingo even though the point is to collect chests to complete the levels. Strange game. Not especially fun because of these problems

Alisa Bigo greatest game by far been playing for years and loves it and always will keep it up Alissa. Keep up the awesome work. Keep up the great job. Why is it sometimes I'll be playing and then when I go into collect I have to restart in guest mode all over brand new and lose everything

I really like this game & have played it for many years. I posted a concern recently about my not being able to access games to play on this app. I have experienced this problem for several weeks...always getting the "wait" command for any game I request. This command continues for 5+ minutes. I have updated this app regularly but am concerned that if I uninstall & then reinstall I might lose the Bingo points I have accumulated. Can you offer some suggestions for solving this problem?

I have been playing this game for quite a while now and I have been trying unsuccessfully to complete most of the collections. I have 7 of the 8 collectables in 4 collections. Despite playing for over 2 years and spending a fair bit of money, l am not able to get the final ones. Reading reviews, it appears to be an issue other players have too. I dont like having to wait 23hours for daily tickets. Reset at midnight or tickets at set intervals.

For years i loved this app i would get my daily coins & boosts for months but suddenly last week it kept saying there was an error & then log me out. I tried restarting my phone, still nothing so i tried to uninstall & reinstall the app. It wiped EVERYTHING took over 900 boosts, 880 keys & 700 coins & 3000 blue tickets. I lost all the rooms I had unlocked & all the progress I had made. Now I have 2 start all over I'm livid! Unsure if I will start again when this has happened before.

Hard to get collections and tickets, been playing for years still haven't gotten very far as far as completing collections, boosters are random, have to pay to get anywhere as # of tickets per round is obnoxiously high, game challenges haven't been updated since I started and they are minimal at best but the graphics and game play is the best so I pray for more people to comment for some change to be able to enjoy and play longer than a half hour at the most after collecting tickets for weeks!

Fantastic! But for as many years that I have played some awards should be a little more! It would keep people wanting to play more! My game crashed awhile back and I lost all my progress! Including the fact that I had completed every room and lost millions of coins and power ups!

I really like the game but there isn't enough players playing . Most of the time there's only 1 through 4 wins per round so it's impossible to win back what you bet or use to play .Plus the game ends almost 20 seconds after playing because there's not enough wins per round and it's ashame because I'm the type of person who likes to purchase items.

I see I'm not the only one where the game is not fitting on the phone screen correctly. Can you solve this Alisa Bingo? You stated back in June 2019 you would fix it. Unable to collect prizes and cannot adjust settings since they are cut off from the screen. Would appreciate help on this issue. I love this game and have played for quite a long time but this is extremely frustrating. 11/20 Thanks Alisa for fixing the issue! 👍😊

One of the better bingo games available on playstore--especially for free game play. There are typically links for free items on their FB page daily which is great, but their other social media platforms haven't been updated in years. I took one star off for occasional connectivity issues, and the cost of in-game items which is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. The in-game energy should be a fraction of the coin price, and the price to buy with real money is just unreasonable. Reasonable prices=more players
