If leave a worse review I would. I have tried 3 times now to "backup" my wallet to drive , its claimed success 3 times now and there is still no backup in my drive. (Big Yikes that a surefire way to lose peoples money) I cant login from another account I cant see my keys at all!. And if you actually think you can trade on an app this slow and laggy I commend you. huge yikes moving to a new wallet ASAP.

A great app. It's been evolving consistently. However, now takes longer to load and sometimes inconvenient. Edit: The Binance app updated itself (auto update on Playstore is turned off) on 29th March 2024 and the new version doesn't show Futures Trading nor opened positions in futures or in the wallet. Edit: Clearing the cache and changing the language solved the problem.

Binance is beginning to fail greatly. Their systerm is no more efficient. The app crashes 30 after I launches it. The awful experience continued for days and I uninstall and installed it back and the worst happened. After adding my email address they would tell me that the email is not valid which is a lie. Even my phone keyboard has my email address that each time I need to put email address on anything, it would appear correctly. But balance why? What is wrong with you guys?

You didn't understand me. I want to choose stop loss price from the chart. But I can't because numpad is visible on top of the chart. When I close numpad, the stop loss field loses focus. I don't want to use the numpad. I want to choose from the CHART. I cleared the cache but no good. I will never update app again once this is corrected

A nightmare to use compared to any other crypto app. Both the lite and advanced interfaces are horrible in terms of UI/UX. You spend more time searching what you're looking for than using it, trying to remember on what microscopic meaningless icon you need to click to get what you want. You want to buy by fiat you end up in P2P, you want a transaction history it's nowhere to be found. Portfolio perrformance chats ? No way. And the crazy paranoid authentication is ridiculous.

The zoom on chart function only lets you zoom out to certain time, to zoom out further you have to switch timeframes (time intervals). Would be nice to be able to zoom and also to hide and save drawing layers, otherwise greatly improved since january 2024, back like it was.. more or less reliable banking

New to crypto and heard that Binance was a good exchange to use. Just downloaded the app so at recent version and the app fails to load properly. Clicking sign up or log in does not display any page but a cross. I have not been able to create an account. Trying to access the app via my very fast stable WiFi (900mbps), some pages load but with issues on them. I have uninstalled the app and intend not to use binance. I will also not be changing this review anymore. 1 star is where it will stay

Hi Binance Team, I could not verify my account I'm stuck at face recognition verification. The moment I wanted to do it the circle is just blank (Black) after then it will say verification error try again. For now I'm giving 2 stars after resolution I will come for a 5 star. Please you guys should do something about the face verification. Thank you.

I deposited 50usd until now it is not appearing on my account! Its more 1 month now, I keep checking on the support but all they can give is CONFIRMING DEPOSIT?! Come on its more than 1 month now until now confirming deposit?! If you don't trust the sender why not just refurn the amount to the sender?!!! Your 24/7 support doesnt help!!

Nothing I hate more than an app that bombards you with notifications and makes it difficult to disable them. I've recently started receiving Price Update notifications several times a day. I've tried everything to turn them off. Next step is to disable notifications at the OS level.

The app will first open then immediately takes me to different site but that site doesn't load despite having Internet connection .it's just white all through. And it keeps saying I need to complete verification but when I attempt to it goes blank and I can't even exit. I just remove the app in general.

The app is good, was easy to start everything up register, but after verification is done the app keeps logging me out and hasn't allowed me to log back in. Tried even the website and still in vain. The 2factor authentication doesn't work, and also it doesn't recognize the password that I created. Really sucks

I'm extremely fond of Binance and its intuitive interface, which makes trading a pleasure. Nevertheless, I'm experiencing a persistent issue where the app frequently stops working altogether, and I've exhausted all troubleshooting measures, including clearing the cache, restarting the app numerous times, and ensuring I'm running the latest version. Despite these efforts, the problem remains, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating.

(The reply to this review is to an old issue) Some improvement to the previous poor performance where the app would no longer update prices if you switched away and back to it again. Still repeat issues like inaccurate price alerts randomly coming in bulk several hours later. Also the fact that you can't go back from the buy/sell screen is annoying - pressing back twice to exit the app is useless, and if you have to press twice to exit anyway then why not allow pressing once to go back?

The app is so frustrating and irritating. I've been trying to sign in to my account, but the moment the app comes up I can't even do anything, it just keep crashing. Initially I thought the problem was just only me until I got in the reviews here and see people having similar issue. You guys need to fix it ASAP it's really a mess. I just need a minute in to move my coins out and you're in the trash can!

Bit of a learning curve as a beginner, but anyone with basic experience should be able to navigate and work it all out easily. Good tutorials if you need them, lots of info. Anything you could need or want in an app that deals with your financial life. As long as the security holds, they got it down. Now theyve also added the academy which sounds like a brilliant idea. Good app. Give it a go! It's definitely worth it!.
