Your network is getting better now 🙂 edit: after 3 and ooredoo united the network is very bad. the ping is not stable and much lag. so disappointed ☹️ edit: no lag appear again, but need stability enhanced. the cs so good 👍🏼 edit: please make your interface with simple color. your color palette SO BRIGHT that NOT ENJOY to use it. overall app function good. Latest: Love the new design app 😍

The app is good and very attractive, but don't have many deals, including the good internet and call package deals, entertainment subscriptions deals (like Netflix, disney+, amazon prime etc), and more. Wish it was have a lot of to offer. Edit : I cannot login

Can't use search fiture. It just keeps loading. Contact the CS, got 2 different answers. Bad CS, no support at all. I've done all the CS said and still nothing. There's no more AlwaysOn 12 Months package. Such the worst provider ever. Even IM3 has a way to extend the active period

As far as I understand Bima app is the best Telecom app available in market. It provides smooth and quick operation. It is hard to see laggy while operating it. Many menus available that suites people choices. For me, the important thing is the affordable package that this app offers. Hope this lasting forever which would make people automatically loyal to 3 provider. Thank you

I don't know why other people give positive comments when in fact the more often you buy data packages here the price will always go up but with a decreasing usage period. Come on, maybe you also know that 3 is the worst provider before gamers use it, but with the frequent changes that happen here I'm sure it won't be long before you go back to the previous provider. Think about it!! Edit : there are no tips and tricks there's only way how they dig a money from you

DO NOT UPDATE! YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT!! Can't even pass login prompt... Followed through the login step and SMS verification, the app just casually mention "verification complete" without logging in my account and the accouny status keep showinh Login/register... What a letdown... I REPEAT! DO NOT UPDATE, YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT

It sucks.. Real bad💀 I can't even open any app or even updating this app itself even when I already bought more quota data. Pathetic FIX IT. I bought 100k worth of pulsa and it said "failed" when my money is already taken by the app. My pulsa is still not filled, yet the money is already taken. Stop scamming please

App refusing to open from the first time. No cache, tried restarting, airplane mode, reinstall at least 4x, and still won't open / always crash. tldr; it sucks, zero expectation

Always lag and stuck in the game when i play games online such MLBB, HOK, PUBG, and become normal again when i open others application. I do refresh and clean my device, networks full but it's still stuck. Please repair your servers

Do not use this mobile service!! Got sim card downloaded bima + app ,keeps crashing so no way to check data /credit ,load pulsa etc,Lots of people having the same problem, DO NOT USE THIS MOBILE PROVIDER 3 ...GET TELKOMSEL OR XL ....APP WORKS NO PROBLEM. DO NOT JOIN WHATSAPP WHEN YOU GET A DEVELOPER MESSAGE IT JUST IS AN AI PROGRAM TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE ETC WHICH YOU CAN USE A USSD CODE FOR .THE DEVELOPER IS NOT FIXING THIS APP EVEN AFTER ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAIN DO NOT USE 3 APP IS BROKEN

Very good connection and almost affordable prices, but i need to restart my phone everytime i buy quota and sometimes the connection isn't stabel. I hope this app has a bright future.

Can't open app in any devices or other smartphone, already try to uninstall, clear cache, clear data, restart devices, and all of that still not working. (8/8/24) 3 days after I make review 10/8/24 already try everything, but the app still won't open, I can't login nor buy kuota from this app

I had been using Bima 3 application for more than 3 years. Suddenly, it told me to update the application. After that, it says that my tablet is not compatible with this Bima+ application, so I can only check my internet package manually through *888# Please make Bima+ application compatible for my tablet again.

Update : Somehow in this new version of bima+ no internet quota mean no access to bima+? U guys should make it also accessible even when there's no internet quota left just like the old version of bima+ has. Now this version is so much better and responsive (no lag), good job team! App performance is so bad and unresponsive and lagging despite phone having a good specification.

Since I updated to the latest version my usual package is gone. Edit: after trying the contact agent, there is no real solution. Just telling me to keep doing transactions. Bad, real bad. Used to be my best provider for internet. Now keep declining and sucks.

Too many ads. Upon opening the app, there's this ads that takes up the whole screen and cannot be skipped. Then when you click on the menu 'Package', there is another ads. Not to mention ads that pop up even without clicking on any menu. This is so annoying.

I never had a bad experience before with this app, but today I really disappointed because I purchased internet data through this app and I paid it using virtual account. The status on the app is failed but when I checked my bank account, it's already charged. I've tried to contact the customer service more than twice through email, but they don't even bother to respond me!
