It was fine before, with high-quality and unlimited downloads. then they limited it up to 15 downloads. it was okay as long as the quality was good. but that they had to ruin too. Though it was still watchable until they got too greedy and made you watch 1-2 adds for only 5 downloads??!?! It made me lose the content to watch. Especially when you're watching an anime with very long episodes. Please fix this, not until this is taken care of, I'll stop using the app for a while.

I really like the BiliBili App, but what I don’t like is the different video resolutions. Some are blurry, while others are clear. Also, the series aren’t compiled properly because different users upload the movies and series. I hope you can improve this in your app for a better experience, but I love the fact that there are only a few ads in the app.

this app is diabolical every time I watch a video, the video crashes out and freezes and I have to wait less than 3 minutes to unfreeze it. I know probably some of you would say restart the app and that's what I've been doing and it's always the same. I have another issue even if I had a strong connection it stills says video cannot be loaded

Been using this app for at least three years now and I have to say it's the best app for watching anime and series. But recently, I opened this app again so I can rewatch my fav anime and also the new season. But sadly it has so many ads now. Every episode has ads aside from the premium. And with all honesty, I'm really disappointed with Bilibili now because of the excessive ads. There's also time where I'll go to another app(chrome etc.) because of the ads. The exit button for ads is so small.

I really like this app. But there is something that annoys me a little. You know the premium thing? And you have to watch the ads so that you can watch it within 24 hours. The problem is the text for 3 minutes and 3 seconds is reversed. Like when it should be 3 mins, the text will show 3 seconds and when it almost to 3 minutes, the text alert will show 3 minutes fast. It should say 3 sec more left before the adds. Anyway, really great app btw✨✨. Tq.

I like the app btw, but I have some reason, that's why it's only three stars 1. The subtitles won't load if the EPISODE is downloaded, like when you're about to watch the next episode, the subtitles won't show please fix it. 2. The ad-lock feature on this app, such as JJK S2 and Black Clover, is you need to watch an ad and download it right? But the one that annoyed me is that, 1 day pass and you will see that, the 1, 2, are only available others say PREMIUM, I wish Bilibili fix this.

Bilibili is a great app. I just used it for weeks now, but my problem is when I opened it to search some animes, I couldn't find some animes. I noticed that it was an 'audio room' and if I search some animes just like Attack on Titan, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc. it says there's nothing found. And when I went to my profile, I couldn't see my downloads. I hope you'll fix the problem.

This app is amazing!! you can watch your favourite videos and you can also upload your own videos, you can also download a video to watch it offline later, However, searching for movie/ a sequel of a movie is problematic; results often show incomplete or blurry videos, or mostly it's a video that the contents are unrelated. Adding a complete movie sequel or correct search results would significantly improve it.

I like that I can easily access any animes under their catalogue and having the decent enough video options when watching them. Only complain I have is that I have to deal with full screen popup ad despite having a premium subscription even if said ads are about anime awards or seasonal events. Update(11/5/2025): I hate how I'm forced to wait for a full screen ads to finish in 5 secs when I have paid for premium.

As a user of Bilibili, I had a good experience using the app. It is easy to use, and it has many anime and other content that I can't find on other platforms. to many adds in 1 minute and then adds again usless . You cannot watch comfortably. To many adds . And lots of premium . its totally Too much . Many adds every one minute. And then again. The adds count 11 seconds or more. And when you skip the video like skip the scene the adds also pop up every time when you skip the scene of your movie choice or anime etch. need to fix it .

It's a good app. A good alternative to watching anime in Youtube. Subscription is cheap and the content creator space reminds me of Youtube before it got bought by Google so that was cool. Looking forward to its growth despite my wariness of it being a Chinese app.

Bilibili is an amazing app for anime, gaming, and creative content lovers. The video quality is excellent, and the interactive bullet comments (danmu) make watching so much more fun. The app is easy to navigate, with a wide variety of content to explore. I also love the offline download feature for watching on the go. Whether it’s binge-watching anime or catching gaming streams, Bilibili always delivers. But I want the high qualities videos for free please for better experience.

recent update is breaking the app. not listing any videos. even subscribed channels are not listing any videos. have to uninstall and install older version of the app to access videos. but after a day or two, app gets updated to the latest version and it's unusable. I see lots of people complaining about this and no response on this.

Have been using Bilibili apps for years and mostly quite satisfied with it but want to make some suggestion. 1. Please enable Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and split screen option so that we can still enjoy the video outside the apps while doing other things. 2. Please add more 1990's & 2000's Anime for more variety 🙏🏻. 3. Please make a system so that we can play random or shuffle episode in 'My List' and autoplay to next season or Anime without stopping until we opt for it.
