Totally lost confidence with this worthless App. The customer service support is very slow on response and only knows to reply by copy paste the standard answer. Will report to BNM if it does not refund me the uncredited Duit Now transfer (with proof of payment) within the short period.

Tharani! Thank u so much. I haven't use this app for years and wanted to use it again for some of my future purchases but my acc was blocked because of my passport & visa had expired. Tried it to reopen with the help of Tharani through Bigpay Support. It was very quick like she just ask me to take picture of my latest ID.

One serious flaw in your app. A top-up amount or refund from merchants should be clearly indicated by a definitive + sign in front of the amount credited and every expenditure from the account should be indicated by a - sign in front of the amount spent. Also the app should be able to give a clear and easily accessible summary of monthly expenditure and top-up/refund from merchant. That summary should be exportable and printable in pdf format. I will monitor to see if your company is serious
