Their service has become pathetic and unethical. If I have to return or exchange any item, they cancel that request citing operational issue and don't issue refund. When I contact and ask they how could they just say operational issue and cancel th request without my knowledge they do t care about it. they say they will arrange pickup for another slot but never do.. and this process repeats until I give up..

BB is very trustworthy, Everytime the order comes on time. rates are feasible. after using it for a few years, I have seen how they have grown and included many products & features. best of luck!

Delayed order, useless customer care. I had placed a bbnow order at 9:55 pm with a delivery eta of 11 pm. The order slowly got delayed to the point where its been more than an hour. I contacted the customer care to ask for some form of compensation for the delay (a delay of an more than hour certainly justifies some compensation), but their customer agents are literally useless. They wont andwer any questions on their own, but instead will keep repeating the same automated messages. 0/10 bbnow.

Very very bad service these days....used to be good but they have become arrogant due to lack of suitable alternative in the market. Deliveries are either delayed or not delivered at all.its better tonhave other apps helping with daily deliveries.

I had ordered through the bb app and had set the delivery time was 45 minutes. While on call with customer care I was connected to the store manager who was very unsure of when the delivery would happen and blabbered some random time of delivery. When he heard the issue to be escalated he told the truth that there 15 out of 30 orders only had been cleared from the bin. I had to cancel the order in frustration as the delivery was delayed more than an hour. Not happy with your service.

I didn't get my order delivered on time for the second time. Even the customer service agents don't work professionally. They don't have any solution except saying "We assure that this will not happen next time" but this happens repeatedly. Delivery slot was 5 pm but they didn't deliver it till 9 pm. Thinking not to use this app again. Not reliable anymore. Didn't expect this from such a company like TATA.

Horrible Delivery Experience I had an awful experience with Big Basket. My order was delayed by over 1.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the delivery person ended up at the wrong location and called me, further delaying my order. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This kind of service is extremely disappointing, and I’m seriously reconsidering using Big Basket in future.

Earlier, the app & services were good. But now, both have deteriorated (1)For any scheduled order for a specific time slot, the option to change time slot (to a later one) is not avlbl. (2)There are hardly any discount coupons avlbl. (3)On cancelling order or returning products, refund amt. by default is credited to BB wallet,not the source account (4)Even after an order is delivered late,a mail is sent by BB saying the order was delivered on time! (5)Free sample products are not provided now.

Pathetic service - Order wasn't even delivered and was marked as delivered. The reason delivery guy gave me is he forgot to pick up the right order but will get it in sometime (10 mins). Raised it to the support and the service is bad. No call back in 30 mins which they mentioned and no revert from the delivery guy either. It's not the first instance, but encountered this multiple times. Please do introduce an option for cash on delivery for "BBNow feature".

Always come to get best delivered at fair prices inspite of growing competition!! Keep it up! Above-mentioned was my previous review, which is not true anymore. Quality of BB service, products and delivery has been dropped drastically recently. And the customer service is also pathetic.. won't recommend now.

I ordered in morning mainly for milk carton of 20 .That was moved out of order and refunded to wallet. When I used bbmoney refund to buy again it was not adjusted. Full amount was deducted. Recently service has become bad, they move out items without informing if want rest of the order or we want cancellation of whole order. They decide on customer's behalf and do shady stuff

I am extremely disappointed with BigBasket's recent service. I placed an order yesterday and had to cancel and reschedule it multiple times due to inconsistent delivery times. Even after this, the prices of the items kept changing. To date, I have not received my order. This is unacceptable. The lack of reliability and transparency in the delivery process is frustrating. I would not recommend BigBasket to anyone looking for a reliable online grocery shopping experience.

I shop from bigbasket every month and yet the issues don't end. I place an order with a different number for shipping,delivery person does not have access to number. I cannot call delivery person (pathetic given that all e-retail deliveyhas option to contact delivery person). I needed my items today and the person called and I was busy. I called back within 2 minutes but the number is invalid because there is no concept of contacting delivery person and they cancelled my order eventually.

Third class ...pathetic app. From past 5 Minutes I am trying to add products into the cart and overtime i go for checkout I see items from the cart being removed and something went wrong message. My money is also in wallet which I cannot use... You should shut down your app as this is not the first time ...such episodes have happened many times in past as well...

Actually all over big basket shopping is good but they are not providing us a polythene bag when you do shopping from there place... I ordered two times and my product was almost 7-8 but they just hand over those stuffes to me.. Also one more thing never try parsuma momos Or any packet foods which are frozen... Literally they are the worst in taste and at the same place much costly than street foods! And that's two disgusting things I noticed about the app and the product

I've had a frustrating experience with this app. Every time I place an order and make the online payment, I receive a message about 10 minutes later saying that additional payment is required for various reasons. If prices are subject to change, the app should clearly state that prices may vary depending on certain conditions. Please be cautious when placing an order on this app.

Fix your online payment system! The payment never goes through and there's even a message before payment saying it might not go through. How is that okay? I tried 3 times and still the payment won't go through and it automatically converted it to cash on delivery. Happens everytime. This is the only reason I avoid shopping on big basket, which is a shame because it has such a great range of products and otherwise good service

It's really worst app ever. I ordered something for the next day and they gave notification about the delay in order. When I asked they said end of the day at 12 pm and when I complained about it they disconnected me while saying it's already escalated. But nobody helped with my order. And unfortunately on third day I have to cancel my order from my side. If they don't have that product they won't inform you they will hang u in mid and ignore. You can try else app but don't ever try big basket.

Used to be really good. Been using for years. But now either they don't have the items available or it's super delayed! They don't even inform you if an item has been canceled. They simply add the money to the wallet. We keep waiting and get to know only after an incomplete delivery is made. Can't be relaxed after placing an order.
