Constantly signs me out and even when I put my info on it tells my my credentials are wrong multiple times before signing me in. Will also just sign me out in the middle of using the app, lost a few auctions because of this. Another thing that happens is I click to bid on something and it doesn't bid. I have to keep doing it untill it actually bids, also lost a few auctions this way. I've got alot to say about this app but not enough space here. I'll just keep using the website instead of app

The website has always been very poor in terms of the user experience. Even before they redesigned the site a few years back, it's almost as if they just added a new UI and left so many other issues untouched. I just tried the app for the first time and most of the same issues exist here. However, they want you to pay a monthly fee just to search in the app! Asking users to pay for such a basic feature is ridiculous, especially when navigating through the site/app is difficult enough as-is.

Appwise it's extremely slow. As far as being a rip off bid site....welllll..just beware. There's no returns, very little in the way of accurate descriptions. Vaque at best. A lot of times good condition or as is condition can often be misleading and leave you with a product that shows in pics to be in decent shape. However upon inspectionafter buying, you'll find it's trashed.

Very buggy and frustrating. Constantly tells me I have to login after minimizing and reopening the app. Autofill doesn't even work properly so I have to manually login which is very time consuming when you're trying to win a bid on something before it ends. Live updating is a joke. It'll say you're winning something but in reality you actually got outbid and will lose your auction in the process. The people they hire at these locations are always understaffed and not able to help when needed

Really wanted to get into this after hearing so many good reviews, unfortunately you cannot trust any of the product descriptions. Several items listed in good condition did not work, they say you need to check it out before you leave but how are you supposed to test a countertop fryer or a scale with no batteries? Got home plugged it in and nothing works, put batteries in the scale and it's stuck on error. No use trying to talk to customer service, oh and most of the stuff is from temu.

I have a been a long-time customer of BIDFTA. They recently adjusted the classifications for the conditions of the items. Saying they do the best they can to describe an item, but do not guarantee the condition. I purchased an AS-IS item, A grill. I tried to view it prior to bidding, Item was further damaged after the picture was taken. No description was given.

The only good thing about this app is the search and even with that it glitches and switches back to your previous search. it freezes constantly. you would think with all the money this company makes it could create a better app, not to mention, they want to charge you for it. after my free trial, I'm cancelling until they fix it.

The app has become unusable. I had issues before with pages not loading correctly, but found a work around. Today however I get a recurring pop-up which says I've been signed out for no reason, which disappears then reappears a few seconds later. If I re login, I can't get to the bottom of the first page of an auction before it starts again. It interferes with scrolling, and selecting items to view. And to boot the old issues I had with pages lot loading is still there, 3 months later.

Interface is terribly slow. Constantly shows the previous page when you click on the next page. Often times the "buttons" are unresponsive. There are many times when the spinning symbol just spins and spins. And let's not forget the everloving white screen of death. This app is simply awful. Glad I can use my laptop instead. One star only because there is no onion to give zero stars. Although I would give negative stars if possible.

Now Fast Track wants to take away the functionality of the app I already PAID for so they can give me this new "free" app BUT charge me $2.99 per month just for the option to search? Bad business model. No one wants to pay $2.99 per month to search for items when we already pay you 17% bidder premium plus the new $1 fee. If its harder for us to search for free, its harder to find the items we want, so we won't buy much. Can you imagine if Amazon charged to search for items? Me either.

Terrible after the update! The app logs me out multiple times a day. My notifications are turned on but they NEVER come through. VERY, VERY frustrating. I keep missing items to bid on because the notifications aren't coming through. I've uninstalled and reinstalled no no avail. When I contact customer service they send me a link to the apple store to "re update" I have an android so that does me no good. The Google Play store doesn't give me an option to update a second time. I'm about to stop

I was just forced to update the app, and now it won't keep me logged in. I log in, and before I can do anything, I am logged back out. I have gone back to the standard website for now. I even restarted my phone. There's definitely an issue with the app now. I haven't had issues in the past, and I hope you get it fixed soon. I have been blessed with many great products at discounted rates.

After recent update, I've been logged out while using the app many times. Sometimes right before an auction ends and I want to place a bid. Pretty irritating. This does not happen when I am logged in at the computer. As for how the business operates auctions, it is sketchy and misleading because pictures don't usually show extent of damage. Auctions are basically gambling.

App stopped sending notifications, including outbid notifications and aution endings. Have to sign back in after minimizing the app or letting the screen lock. Google and this app don't work together to save your password either, so you have to remember whatever secure password you created. App used to work fine. How does an app get worse with time? There's also no direct contact info through the app, so there's no way to make the company aware.

It keeps signing me put and deleting my card info. I have to sign in all day. My notifications are set, and I never get any. The new pick-up helper doesn't work at all. The qr code is shaky. Let me set my locations once. Need to make the item location easier to find on the page, or bigger. Some of the item descriptions are just the name of the item. Some items do not have stock photos. Not Knowing what they are without googling it is very annoying. This could be great if fixed.Stop deleting info

Update 5/27/24: Just awful now. I'm constantly being signed out. If I have the app up and switch to another app I have to sign in again when I come back to bidfta. Also, I'm not receiving any notifications any longer. What a mess. --------------------- Very slow, loads the wrong page when viewing auctions. Will suddenly skip back to a previous page. I'm a plus member, much of the time the search screen won't load.

8/29 UPDATE: Don't know if they read these reviews but they've actually addressed a couple of my bugs... Keep going guys! 1. MOST IMPORTANT: App 101 *STILL* no GPS feature in the app. It doesn't save your auction sites from session to session. You have to manually select your auction sites every time. It's so tedious. 2. Share Button *FIXED* 3. Add to Watchlist button *FIXED* 4. There's no way to filter MyBids for previous bids 5. Placing a bid should AUTOMATICALLY add the item to your Watchlist

I like the app BUT...am very unhappy that I've paid for "members+" for months now and still have yet to find a "members+only" auction? It just keeps failing or taking me to random areas after showing me a glimpse of the "new saved searches" / "members+ only auctions" screen. I'm giving another week and then I'll stop paying for zero benefits.

The deals are good, but the app is just not good and the latest update made it even worse. It didn't fix anything. Navigating it is such a hassle. This app strongly needs to prioritize keeping log in and warehouse information saved. Entering every time was already a bit annoying but now it's a constant scroll through a huge list trying to find your warehouse. The auction listings never load properly either. Probably going to steer away from using this app for a while. It's not worth the hassle.

Bidfta is great, just this app is infuriating! It randomly logs you out minutes after you log in. Then you have to go back and find where you were. Then on top of it, randomly when I'm scrolling through the different pages, all of the items revert back to the previous pages items. Once they get these issues fixed, it will be much better.
