Great app for investment, it is easy to use. However, there is this annoying notification that keep popping up like news or promo that can't be turned off. Please add a setting to turn that off, because if I wanted to see news or promo, I would just open the app.

Nice UI. Need to improve on notifications and dark mode though. Too many promo notifications and it annoyed users like me. Maybe some update on notification settings which let users to turn off notifications only for promo purposes. Like give users ability to manually toggle dark mode. Also, some background and text colors didn't change when the app is on dark mode which cause readability issues.

worst app, worst customer service and very poor information. their support operators are very lacking in everything. They never provided the right information, and they never provided a solution to my problem either. they just keep asking to try and make a payment transaction without knowing what problem the customer is having. the information they provide is always half-assed so it's very confusing.

Overall experience is good and the design is clean. It's also the only one among its competitors that has a gift card feature. However, I feel really uncomfortable that the app asks for phone call log access permission. Access to such private data and finance application is never a good mixture.

It's been a while since the app stuck in the loading/splash screen. And some changes related with the account such as adding another bank account can only be changed via app. Definitely going to rate 5 if the app can be used, but this is the experience that I am having right now. I need to move all of my assets to another platform unfortunately.

I just hope the customer service or help feature is improved. I have problem with the pin, and after contact the customer service, there is no follow up and solution. I've done the manual and old verification through their instructions, but there is no improvement. The customer service is just really complicated and useless.

Bibit has an easy-to-understand interface for beginners who are just learning, and there are various options in it .. One of the problems that I always worry about is that when cashing out, the tracking system stops after completing a sell order even though the funds I spend have not yet entered my bank account. untraceable 💰 is one of the minuses that needs to be fixed

It start perfectly for a while, but once i spend several million rupiah creating my portofolio, now the apps did not allow me to see my dashboard. The apps keep stuck on the splash screen. Already try force close the apps, clear the cache nothing works. Now I'm wondering what happen with the already spended cash on this apps...

This application is the worst in terms of time loading. It takes more times to load compared to others application that I have in my device. It is NOT about connection because my others applications are working well, only Bibit is taking too much times to load. More than 6 months I have contacted Bibit support teams for this issue but until now no improvement at all..! I am fed up & I am done with the support team..! I plan to move my investment to other if in the next few months no improvement.

Excellent UI and easy to navigate. Though the previous version was better with a feature called "Lihat Performa Portfolio" which allowed users to view the realized and theoretical gain/loss from multiple options of timeframe. In the latest version it was removed. Wish the developer would re-introduce it back. Edited: 3 days after I posted my comment about the "Lihat Performa Portofolio" feature, Bibit actually introduced it back in its latest update. Check it out! Great job, Bibit team. 💯

Thanks. Now i can connect jago bank to my bibit account.. But little advice, can you guys add pin as required too while doing payment with jago bank? So there are two different layer of security.. password & pin..

Doesn't accept foreigners to verify... They first claimed they did but because they are powered by stockbit and stockbit doesn't accept foreigners it turned out they cant also but first they had to waste a lot of my time to find that out ... Let me know if that changes until then enjoy the 1 star review in accordance with the experience I received
