As a Bhutanese I am thrilled to have this new identity service, however as a developer I can provide two contructive feedback: 1 - the facial recognition system is too clunky and fails around 70% of the time, this is probably related to an API integration issue between the facial recognition system and the app interface. 2 - once the registration gets submitted, it fails. Perhaps your data is not passing a previous api authentication? I understand the system has just gone live

The face verification doesn't really work. I don't know from which photo is that face verification validating. If it's validating from the census data or the photo taken during biometric data collection then it wouldn't match. A more authentic verification would be fingerprint verification rather than a face verification. And also the UI looks very outdated compared to other wallets. The icons and flash page of the app are pixelated and are of low resolution.

Why the app is crashing and doesn't work well while using the G2C service? Developer kindly make it user friendly and easy to use. While the website redirect us to the app and after sharing information nothing happens. Sometimes feels like a useless app.

I had almost done 80 percent of registration but there's technical problem on setting up the pin. It would be better if it could be fix..

Facial recognition does not really work form my phone so I tried getting registered from my wife's phone and was successful. However here is no login option. So is there any possibilities of having login option as there is not certainty that our phone will be with us forever and getting registered everytime is a problem

worst app ever. I wonder why our government waste so much money on unnecessary apps which doesn't work At all. To open a G2C page, filling up details was not enough but one needs to scan as well. Everything looks digital on phone but to have one paper approved one needs to visit the office only. all same. custom, immigration, trade.. all same . Government is paying money for thrash. our tax money is going for such waste. I will report to News channels about this.

Recently i have lost my dad and there is a policies for Rular Life Insurance, where the deceased family shall be entitled to certain amount from RICBL. But the application has to be done via NDI app, its long que and lengthy process to do simple claim. Recently there was an update for this app and now it cannot done. I feel sorry for those weak family, who has to go through this kind of lengthy process amidst to the lost of their beloved one.

Very good and efficient initiative taken by our govt. But it's Not supporting all devices, this app has become compulsory and it's not supporting my phone, to use this app do I need to buy another phone?

Never works... And the sad part is most of the services we need has to go through this app! Called the customer service center for the app, but the people there are as clueless as this app!!

Had to use some services in G2C but had to log in with NDI app and scan but it wasn't working so I called the toll free number and damn that women was very rude. That's not how you talk to people! It's your work so please do your work and be polite!!

This app is a bit more complicated than most of the app i use since when we finished with the face scan and was approved it suddenly went back to the very start of the registration and this happened multiple times.The lighting was bright and the network was good to i just wonder what went wrong how can we use the app when the registration keeps on lacking. It would be a great help if you could solve this issue

Registration is difficult... need improvement.... I tried for a week now still couldn't register..useless programmer, and also I needed this app so I could get scholarship, Now I missed it because I couldn't even register thankss a lot.... making this app to verify everything but useless app doesn't even work....

The initiative taken to make these services available online is awesome, especially for those who are abroad. So thank you. The app is way better then most apps made availabe by rgob. However, as far as the usability of the app goes. It needs some work. The directions to use certain services, 'birth registration' for example, the step by step process needs an update because the tabs its asking us to click doesnt exist, which makes it confusing. I wasn't able to apply for a security clearance too

I have not been able to log in to G2c to register for a passport or do anything. If I scan the code, it shows invalid, and the same goes for opening the direct app. It shows the link is found. Somehow, additional work needs to be done and takes a lot of time to do a simple registration. I hope the you all do something about it.
