The app suddenly decided that any user with a digital certificate installed is compromised. It doesn't allow to even consent to ignore the warning. Straight up blocks the app usage. I use the digital certificate for my work access. This is not security. This is just harassing me for using my device

I tried using this app and was very happy with it, would have given 5 stars but suddenly a few days back app update ruined it for me. Now I have choice but to shift to some other UPI app like GPay etc. The app refuses to open on my phone showing "Invalid Certificate Detected" I installed a security certificate on my device since ages and it absolutely not invalid. I installed it and I need it for my core phone functions. I can't remove the certificate just to use BHIM.

The app was working well and good, but all of a sudden now it won't open. Keeps showing "invalid certificate installed", and even when I did everything under the rainbow to fix it, it doesn't budge. I've been facing this issue for the past 2 days and haven't been able to make any payments. so damn frustrating.

Well the application was providing good cashback but as the day gradually passes on the company cashback are constantly decreasing also with minor glitches in the application. I somehow missed to update the application so the application wasn't getting connected to the server and every time I was trying to use the application it was saying no connection, where the application should ask me to update and reuse, which I find not much helpful for the novice users.

They recently blocked access because I had teamviewer installed (which I use for my Office work). No option to override or tick somewhere to allow access. The dev team should understand that there is a possibility that people use screen sharing apps for business use as well and should not permanently block access to apps due to that. Add a disclaimer or checkmark that user understands risks and wants to continue accessing the app.

This app pretty good to use but I lost my money of 500rs while doing the mobile recharge. Amount is deducted from my account but recharge failed. I raised the ticket but unable view that and raised query via mail also but delivery not happened. They mentioned as that amount will be credited to account within 3-5 working days but more than a week passed but still not processed. How I can get my money back and please resolve all the bugs to give the better user experience.

Extremely cumbersome to visually go through thousands of photos in my photo gallery to select QR codes used regularly for regular payments. There is a reason why photo files have a file name feature. There is a reason file manager app can select files (oh...even QR code files). There is a reason why all smart devices have file apps. Some smartpot in the BHIM dev team has disabled file manager access for QR codes. Please notify me once this access is restored. Till then BHIM -> cold storage.

I really love it! Compared to PhonePe, it’s much easier to find the QR code, and the interface is both beautiful and user-friendly. That said, it would be great if you could add more features—especially a chat option. I often like to send a quick message about the payment I’ve made, so having an integrated chat feature feels like a must-have.

Broken when it comes to rewards. whenever I make a payment where there is a Reward promised, the app simply goes back to it's launch screen instead of holding and delivering the rewards. has happened so often and for such a long time now that I think this is a deliberate attempt to not pass on the promised rewards. Might end up uninstalling the app as there are more honest alternatives out there.

Need to improve the Qr code scanner, it scans quick but fetching upi data takes like 5-10 seconds even on high speed internet. While other apps fetch it like in milliseconds. It's the drawback i found in it. Please improve it as soon as possible! And the transaction speed is also slow, no matter how fast your internet speed is. Overall the app is good but lacks in speed of transaction and Qr code fetching! Please look into it 🙏

The app is a bit laggy, the interface is good and the upi circle feature is great. The problem is my payments have failed many times while using bhim upi circle and it does not even show whether the payment is failed or successful. it just shows pending for 10 min straight. i have to wait for 10 min on the shop just to make another payment. and recently when i tried to make payment on a shop, the app crashed after biometric authentication. it didn't let me login into the app and make payment.

The only UPI app I use and trust. If there's some feedback to be given, I'd say it takes a lot of time to open. And what's with the 2 times authentication? One when you open the app(like, okay ....I understand but it's still unnecessary. If there's an option to turn it off, I would). The other one while you're making payments, checking balance,etc(This one's necessary and valid).

After installing I received the OTP in just 2-3 seconds. However, I noticed that while the app seems to have OTP auto-read functionality enabled, it's not detecting the incoming OTP message. Additionally, I'm unable to manually enter the OTP because the keyboard doesn't appear when I tap on the input field. Since this is a critical first step to experience the app, I hope you can look into it and resolve the issue soon. It's really a privacy issue.

After I changed my phone to One Plus 15, I am getting an "Unable to onboard at this time" error, I emailed the team and they are saying they were resolving the issue, but it's been more than a week, The issue has not been resolved yet. I tried all the way from my end by Google the issue, but no use. Waiting for the solution from the BHIM app team.

I believe a recalibration is in order for the new Android 16 update. Was working fine, but as soon as the OS update was complete, it was not working at all So, did a factory reset on my phone. However, this time, the app won't keep open. It's crashing at the login screen when entering the phone number, and directing towards the help URL. Even if I do not enter anything to see if the OTP request is triggering such issues, it seems the crashing is happening even when in idle mode.

The app is so fabulous. I love this app! I’ve been using a few things after changing phones and reinstalling this app. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it’s syncing because it’d really stop responding until it’s done. After activating it, you get bombarded by ads again. This is a good app way too much many times, and even if a user logs in from another device, the data is synced. Thanks!

I'm really dissatisfied with this app. First, it doesn't show the keyboard to type the OTP which means we have to rely on the app itself to enter OTP for us. Second, when I tried to deactivate my account permanently, it didn't read the OTP for 'some reasons' and I'm stuck with this app. Also the AI of this app is too unhelpful, but that doesn't matter much. Now I am even unable to delete my bank account details. HELP!
