Axis Bank has just given up on this app. It's terrible. There has been no updates since May despite of the problems being faced. It's like, people are anyways using third party apps. What's the use of updating. In some transactions, at first it shows the payment has failed, but later when I see the transaction status, it shows successful. This creates a lot of confusion. This needs to be taken care of.

When the app works it's great but quarterly once I face issue regularly. The app will automatically unregister itself and I need to re register and while doing so I face issue mentioning you don't have internet connection but I'm able to access internet (using mobile data). Im fed up of this issue. Sometimes scan and pay won't recognise then I need to type the UPI I'd manually or use QR scanner to fetch UPI I'd.

This app is giving trouble in opening. It is not working. Only the white screen is showing. No options are appearing. If I uninstall and do the reinstall, then restart, it works for the first time. But once I close the app then again same issue. What to do @technicalteamaxisbank. Give me a solution please.

Doesn't open due to keyboard issue. This means I can't use Samsung phone if I want to use axis bank upi. Useless. i dont see a way to delete Samsung keyboard. Why is Axis Mobile app still working properly with these keyboards? Ridiculous. Govt Bhim UPI app is also working - so they don't see the issue/threat. Get your act together and resolve consumer issues.

Hopeless app. Asks to enter a mobile number without letting know where to enter. App requires significant changes. It's just not user-friendly. Thereby creates fear that the security could also have been compromised.

Unable to even Open the app... It shows the message that Third party keyboard is not allowed and instantly gets closed on its own. I haven't changed my mobile and I've been using the app since past few months. Then, why the sudden error??

The "Share" button at the top left corner of a successful transaction screen has suddenly stopped working, so after remitting money, the sender is unable to share the screenshot with the recipient. Developer is requested to fix this issue ASAP. Update on 20.04.2024 - are the developers still sleeping or not savvy enough to correct this fault ??? They respond to 5* posts only. Huge number of unsatisfied posts are simply ignored.

Earlier the app was working fine. After migrating to new phone, it is redirecting me to registration page everytime I open the app after successfully registered. Even not able to see account balance. Refresh icon just keeps rotating. App support is waste of time. 0 star for the experience of a financial/bank application.

I recently migrated to a new phone and unfortunately, I encountered issues with this app not working properly. Despite multiple attempts at fresh installations, I am unable to send money as the app consistently redirects me to the registration page instead of the expected password page upon startup. This has been a very frustrating experience. Even more disappointing is the lack of support from customer care. I have reached out to them for assistance, but they also not given any solution..

After the recent update on Sept 2022, the app is very buggy. Experiencing app freeze frequently. Most of the time, the app fails to recognize my finger print or pin. When i reinstall the app, it works fine for sometime and the problem repeats again later. I have to click on the pay/decline option multiple times. It still doesn't work.

Revised review: One of the more reliable apps for UPI transfers. Significant improvement over the initial version. So my comments on the first version are not relevant anymore. Good job Axis!! 👍🏻 Launched for the sake of launching, to please RBI, top mgmt! Even the bank knows it is not ready and full of bugs!! Tried on two different mobiles, doesn't send registration sms from either!

I had been using the app for so many years without any glitch. Off late there is something wrong with the app especially in the notifications screen. I have to click on the Pay / decline button a hundred times to get it working. It is very irritating and sometimes it wont work at all. I have updated the app to the latest version but still it has the same problem. Basically the application is now pretty useless for me.

There is a demand for app update but there is no update option in Google Play Store and the app is not being updated. ..I have to face a lot of problems....axis bank team plz resolve this problem

Completely stopped working since last update! It keeps saying that the newer version must be updated via Google Play even after updating.

Earlier APP was working very nicely , properly & seamlessly. But now a days it is asking for register again from play store due to upgrades. After registration it is NOT WORKING & asking for registration from play store. So it harrash users now a days so it is required to use another BHIM APP since problem is from last few days & we can't wait further more since time is money for us.

There been some issues, that u cannot use the app . It asks me to update the app, there is no options to update. Even I deleted and reinstalled it says same - update the new app. Payment apps should not have these issues. Even before I have another issues with settingup . Else it is been a good app to use.

This app was working fine till yesterday. Today when I tried to login, it shows a popup message asking to upgrade to a new version from the app store. When I checked, there is no pending update in the App Store. Even when I re-installed this app,, the problem persists. So I'm unable to use this app now. Please rectify the problem .
