this is not a financial company. this is a credit consolidation company. made false claims they have a lot of hidden fees not clear and accurate, in disclosing information. I default on all my creditor account waiting for them to give me a loan. this is a scam. you are better off using your creditors counseling program.

Beyond Finance is a scam, the amount of money they save you negotiating your debt is what they will charge for services and fees so you will end up paying about the same in the end but with more hassle and headache. Your payments are also subject to change as they negotiate offers so what they quote you isn't necessarily what you will pay each month. Edit - This is 100% true in my case, my review is based on personal experience, not the experiences of others.

don't bother, just negotiate with the lenders yourself. after 3 months of Beyond refusing to contact any of them even though I called them multiple times requesting them to contact the lenders and a drop of 300 points to my credit score, I ended up having to call the companies myself to negotiate payment plans myself. Dreadful service; I think their entire support team is AI

worked with beyond for 3 years now. all was well until I made a deposit to pay off my last account in full with a lump sum that I was quoted for on a recorded line and was told the pay off was 3850 all together and I would no longer need to make any payments and it would be payed in full. long story short, they took 1700 for them selves which was never stated on our phone call on a recorded line. talked to multiple employees saying they confirmed the pay off and don't understand why. fraud.

The app itself is very easy and straight forward and shows you what information you need to see and easy to get to details as well. it also allows you to see what payments are being made and what still needs negotiating. it gives you a direct phone number to call as well. This is one of the better well organized and easy to navigate apps I have seen.

Exceeded my expectations in every conceivable way! Every encounter was met with care and competence. i was a little worried about what the biggest cc company would want from me. but the additional money they needed to accept that offer was added to my regular deposits. They stopped the interest accrual during the process and paid or are paying all of them on schedule, and without collection calls or hassle.

The staff at Beyond were great! Any time I had a question or a concern there was a real person to talk to and get the answers I needed... what I thought might never get resolved was handled and resolved in an even shorter time period than they suggested! My credit score also to this point has barely been affected! I am glad I answered the ad when I did, for sure!

They do what they say! As long as you stick with the program, can withstand the inevitable credit score dip and stay diligent, this program is a fantastic way to settle your debt. Customer service is absolutely fantastic and the 24/7 live chat support is such a blessing. If you're starting this program, STICK WITH IT. Yes, your credit score will tumble but it WILL start to bounce back as you make payments. Absolutely worth it.

This is a great program. I was initially hesitant to sign up because I wanted to maintain my semi great credit score. I did some reflection and moved forward. I am kept up to with offers, payments and account status. I can also say their customer service is stellar! They truly are available 24/7. They are super helpful and friendly.

I was a little unsure about this program based on some of the reviews I found online, but the debt settlements have been coming through on a regular basis and I have now resolved 3 out of 8 enrolled accounts. the customer service is amazing and very informative about the whole process and have made the transition very comfortable and stress free.

I just started a debt program and I understand there are fees taken out of the dedicated account for this service. However, its largely unacceptable that the fees are not itemized the same as the deposits in the "dedicated account" page in app. Seems very non-transparent to me and I hope this changes in an update very soon. This would greatly increase my confidence in the program.

Very easy company to work with for debt consolidation. They saved me over $600 a month, and helped me pay debts I thought I wouldn't get to for YEARS! Easy onboarding, affordable payments compared to what the creditors charge. In my case, the bi-weekly payment for several accounts is LESS than what just one creditor was demanding! Your results may vary.

Beyond has helped me take a load off my shoulders. Having debt through different entities isn't easy. They set up my monthly payments, they took control of consolidating my debts. Everything was paid off within the year. My credit score is slowly but surely going up. Thank you Beyond. If it weren't for your help. My next step was to declare bankruptcy. Thanks again. P.s. the app is awesome, clear and easy to use.

So far, so good. I'm working to pay off one debt now and a second was just negotiated. I like that they send you a text and email with the negotiation offer. My reason for 4 stars is only due to an app issue. I can't accept a negotiation in the app. It tells me something has failed and to try again. Instead, I have to use the link in the text or email and open it in the browser. Other than that issue, everything is great. I will update when the issue is resolved.

Beyond getting 1 star here why! they have a great service and they willing to work with you except theire Supervisor incharge overrided it. I Called them 2 days ago that I lost my job, without me asking the rep said, I can lower the payment down by $44 biweekly and keep the contract term the same. I was so happy and everything was confirmed and when I called back spoke with a different agent and supervise they said they can't honor that. Am frustrated and they also want me to pay $95 fee!!!!!

After months of going back and forth, they finally got a settlement (which was nice) . However I was told that Beyonds fee is %25 of the initial debt. The offer from the bank was higher, but not by that much. I basically just dumped $5k down the drain. Definitely will NOT be recommending. I love the staff and they were very helpful, but this fee is absurd. Nor did it show up anywhere in the app.

Since my original phone call to get information, then to signing up, to now, they have been nothing but pleasant. The enrollment process was easy, he walked me thru every step and answered all my questions. This IS NOT a quick fix to get rid of your debt or to quickly improve your credit score. It does take time in the beginning to get your creditors on board but the company deals with them and takes care of everything. You just make your payments and slowly but surely your accounts are paid off
