undoubtedly the worst customer support I've seen in my life.... bought a product, faced fitting issues, opted for exchange, original product got picked up and now after 61 hours after pickup they couldn't even ship my exchange product, wow...tried to reach customer support for like 10 times, no। solution was provided...maybe I'll never get my product or get my money back

Very bad experience. Not able to make any Returns. Customer support is nothing and just an chat bot. Even emails are automated. Not at all resolving any customer issues with proper customer support. I've raised ticket 5 time from the app, mailed 3 times but getting irrelevant response from the automated bots. Here in the app section they are asking for the order id or ticket id. But when mailed the details again in customer care a bot again replied with same order status.

I had the worst experience ever! I ordered a jogger but due to fitting issues I returned it. It has been a week since I returned it, still now I haven't got my refund. I called their customer care but they didn't help. Again another order of mine was delayed by almost a week, I had put that for exchange and guess what? I got a message that it will be delayed again! I mean what is wrong with this entire team. So irresponsible and nerve wrecking! Grow up maybe? It is the worst!

Worst app.. Do not use it.. I was not able to use the money that was in my wallet. There is no access. There is no customer number to ask about the issue just email them. The mail is also automated so you get no helpful response to your problem. Worst customer service ever..

My recent experience with the app is terrible. The support chatbot is useless and there is no way to reach the support team over call and hence basically support for any issue doesn't seem to be existing. There are always huge delays in product delivery nowadays, which are mostly ending with products being not delivered.

This is the worst shopping app because I booked something and the size didn't fit. When I returned it again, it was a wallet transfer money. But the wallet amount I can't able to use Now, if I want to book something, not even a single rupee is useful. It doesn't show the wallet tops. No response after requesting customer care many times.

Worst app ever., They gave me wrong order, and after emailing them my problem, they had the audacity to cancel the return of their own wrong order. I urge everyone to never ever buy from this awful app. If I could give them negative stars, I would have chosen that. I have given them multiple mail requests regarding my order ID, this app is just to con people.

I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered a track pant ( order id 71557053) and it said to be delivered on 30th October, but still not delivered. I can understand if it is a one to two day delay. But the chat bot keeps saying it is notified to logistics. If you are not able to deliver atleast refund the amount. That's the bare minimum you can do....

I have been ordering from this app regularly. I ordered 6 items few days back. Out of those 6 items, 2 went missing and even though I have sent written complaint with pictures and even had telephonic conversations with customer care, still there has been no reply or response. Also, one more item is showing delayed ( now delayed for more than 3 days). Be careful while placing too many orders online with this app. Edit: As expected they say items are delivered . I am made 'Bewakoof". Deleting app.

I had purchased a track pant from them, but since I didn’t like it, I initiated a return. However, just two hours after the return pickup, I received a message stating that the return was rejected due to a “quality check failure,” even though all the tags were completely untouched. Later, when I tried to raise a new return request, I noticed that the original payment refund option had been removed, seemingly forcing me to make another purchase from their website against my will.

I’ve noticed that most of the product pictures on the Bewakoof app look AI-generated and not like real people wearing the clothes. The images don’t always show how the product actually fits or looks in real life. It would be much better if Bewakoof used real models or customer photos instead of AI images — it would help shoppers trust the quality and size more. The designs are nice, but the presentation feels misleading.

I recently had a mixed experience with Bewakoof. On the one hand, their clothing app offers a wide range of trendy and comfortable outfits that I'd highly recommend. The quality of their products is great, and I've received many compliments on the clothes I've purchased. Service Issues However, the service aspect fell short. Delivery was slow, and communication with the customer support team was unresponsive.

One of the worst shopping app ever. You can not use the wallet credit. They will automatically cancel the order and you will get the refund. Update as of now after writing an email to support: Their customer service is more pathetic than the app's auto-cancellation mechanism for wallet credit. They don't read the email and just copy and paste the same cancellation policy that you see on the app.

They can't assert themselves to their third-party delivery agents and have a truly sad customer support. I had to return 2 shirts; but the pickup failed because they supplied incorrect product details to the agent. They ended up keeping my products & the money I paid them for it. The customer support is email only, with ai generated replies that keep resetting. They'll keep you running in circles for days, then likely deny your request. [Reply] Nope. I am past my last. You guys can now keep it.

I am facing this issue from past 10 days. I have a wallet balance of 3,053, but I am not able to use it while placing orders. Additionally, my orders are getting cancelled repeatedly from your side without any clear reason. 1. Why my wallet balance cannot be used, and 2. Why my orders are being cancelled automatically. I truly love the brand as I had been to the Shop in Bangalore but this App is so disappointing, I had ordered for 4 items and the amount was debited but it took at least an hour to confirm that order has been placed. 1 of the order was delivered early, no complain regarding the product. But all the 3 other orders were delayed from which 1 I received today and 2 other has been delayed for 4 days now and I am still actively checking with them, I regret choosing this app it is so stressful :(

I've been using this brand for a long time now, but recent experience has been horrible, a package showed two items with same AWB but I never received the second item, horrible experience with the customer support, it was of no help, had been using this brand for 7+ years but not anymore, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

No customer contact number. The cancellation can be done within one hour of order, but there is no scope of cancellation within one hour or later too. Requested a call back, sent various emails, there was no response. The payment was already made, so had to take the product. And after all this, the customer service responded to the call back email saying issue is sorted. For a company who has no contact number nor call back the customer even after a call back request, it's pure scam.

I can't even get past the sign up page. I click to sign up through Google, the screen flashes but goes right back to the same screen. Tried putting my cell number in, same thing. But seeing some of the reviews, maybe it's a sign not to spend my money with them. I will probably uninstall the app, don't have time or patience to mess with and "fight" with an app just to sign up.

Pathetic customer service. I do not understand why you have an option to ship to the US when you don't actually plan to fulfill the order? It's almost like fraud. I ordered 3 items and can't get a response except promises to escalate and automated responses. Then, apparently, my items weren't available, so I was given an app credit? Basically, they have my money, and I can't even trust them for a response or place an order because they won't have the items. PERSONIFICATION OF PATHETIC.
