Messaging interface is slow. Sometimes messages sent are delivered after three days. There should be a search option. New observation: when you are no more a premiere member, you will receive a connection request. You won't be able to see the picture. Because it will be deliberately blurred. So you will tempted to pay for the premium service. However, when you accept the connection request and send a message, they never reply. Because it is a fake profile. Sent list vanishes automatically.

This app is clearly a gimmick! You cannot see the requests you recieve unless you pay - red flag number one. After reading the reviews of other paid users, its clear that even if I purchase a premium subscription, the other person that I am interested in would require a premium subscription to see my request in the first place. The probability of both the parties having a premium subscription and having interest in each other is quite low since there is no option to select an area of preference

this app is at a very nascent stage, not a great experience using this product. i am ok with the little bit of slowness, as its bearable and manageable as well, but its not worth 1399/- at all (atleast not yet). Revisiting the product and look at it from a "product" point of view would be a great idea. In short: Engineering wise it's a decent job, but from product and design perspective not at all, and as a result its poor UX.

Needs a lot of improvements. Have been exploring the app and here's some of the issues I found. 1: A bombardment of notifications right when you open the app. 2: You can either decline, send sparkle or connect. No option to skip or save for later. 3: Setting up preference is fruitless. The majority of the profiles shown are outside of the set preferences. 4: The pictures of the received profiles cannot be seen without paying 1399₹(costly). Let alone the decision to contact/accept or reject it.

Totally disappointed. Paid subscription makes absolutely no sense. Unlike other matrimony platforms, here both sides need to be a paid member to get connected. The profiles shown to you do not match the preferences set no matter how many times you set it. You will get connect requests before you become a paid member. Once you pay, you won't see anything. Would not recommend this one at all. App bugs: That's a different story altogether. There are some and very annoying sometimes.

Third, very limiting tendency of only few matches per day. Except for good interface, the app falls short on all other aspects. Need to fix the strategy to become a worthy alternative! (keeping the condition of paid membership means the receiver of the request has to be a paid member without which no connection or communication can occur)

Extremely slow and sluggish user experience. The claim that it's AI driven seems to be false as it doesn't to learn my preferences with time. Until everyone the platform goes for a paid plan, the application is of no use to you. As the other person will not be able to view your connect request until he/she pays. So, even if you go for an upgraded plan it doesn't serve your purpose.

Featureless app, don't waste your money!! You cannot go back and accept if you have mistakenly declined. Also, there is a Big bug... Sometimes when you are clicking Connect, it declines automatically and vice versa. It's been more than an year that I am a paid member however there is no improvement in features. Additionally, they will keep showing you same profile again and again.

The app has a problematic lag. It is difficult to even type a feedback/suggestion in their support tab without a lag. It can get a lot easier to maneuver through the received connection requests if there's an option to filter the requests based on my preferences. Currently it considers my preferences only while showing recommendations. Also, the UI of the app sometimes scales out of proportion on app launch, the chat tab also often goes unresponsive.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. This matrimonial app is one of the worst I've encountered. It's plagued with fake profiles, and before you subscribe, they bombard you with fake requests to lure you in. However, once you purchase a subscription, the functionality collapses. Moreover, the app uses outdated, basic functions that are ill-suited for a matrimonial service. It lacks proper filters, making it one of the least desirable options available.

This is a bad app. I purchased a pack for 3 months. But that is only applicable for AI matchmaking which does not work properly at all. You will be shown profiles which you will like or dislike. But your connect request will not be seen (forget about getting a response, it won't even get seen) by anyone in the list of people you've sent it to. Another issue is I keep getting mail that a request is received but the app shows nothing! WORST APP! Not recommended at all.

First off, it's not worth the time since there are so few profiles, and It's only a money making app and in fact, it's quite expensive. The primary reasons for my ratings are as follows: 1. You cannot access the individuals who made you requests unless you are a premium member. 2. Only a small number of matches—up to 10 matches—can be made in a single day; 3. Only the reject and accept buttons are available; 4. Even after purchasing a membership, it is not worthwhile.

This app gives you good suggestions for sure because it was made for it. But.. does that mean anything if the users are facing processing issues when using the app? I open the app, and it starts hanging over and over. It was smoothly working in the beginning, but just after the day I made an account on it, I got irritated literally.... also, when someone sent a message, it doesn't show any notification related to that. I regret that I wasted my money on it.

GUI is not good at all! One can't see to whom match requests have been sent. Access or preview to own profile is not good. Also setting up matching criteria is very much limited. There is no option to keep any profile on hold in recommendation. Either you have to decline or accept. No option for just skipping. Very much limited features for an app. Needs a lots of improvements.

*Bigg Scam Alert* It is a very significant scam. After installing the app and setting up my profile, I received three connections on the first day. I felt it was useful and took a one-year subscription. However, after that, I received only two requests in the entire year. Now that my subscription has expired, I am suddenly getting multiple requests. However, when I try to view those profiles, it asks me to subscribe again.

After using BetterHalf App's premium service for 6 months, I must express my disappointment. Firstly, the app is plagued with an alarming number of fake profiles, making it difficult to trust anyone on the app. Secondly, the so-called "free services" advertised are highly misleading, you won't be able to connect with anyone without subscription. Moreover, the lack of diverse profile choices severely limits the potential matches, leaving users with limited options. Don't waste your money & time.

I suspect that this app developers are doing deceptive practices... Whenever I am on a free plan, I get lots of connection requests from apparently fake profiles. But when I pay for a subscription to see those profiles, most of them appear to be fake AND I completely stop receiving any more new requests... I uninstalled the app back then, but reinstalled it lately. And once again that same loop continues to happen. I think it is a scam trap. My money got wasted. Be careful, people.

I believe this is not full fledged application for find so called better half for life. Most of the profile are fake with selfie verified. Also app shows totally irrelevant matches which is not at all matching with your preference. Once you signed in and before taking the membership you will receive number of requests but those will be hidden (and Fake). It just sentiments app is using to make to buy the membership. My experience is worst.
