Worst gaming app I've ever experienced. Slow, unresponsive, absolutely ridiculous. Monkeys could have done a better job designing the app. I'm so disgusted with it's lack of functionality that I'm literally shaking my head in disbelief. And I want to mention the little time that I was able to play, I won. So this isn't someone just spouting off because they are angry with their losses. The worst app completely. I play on several others with no problems what so ever. The worst no comparison.

I don't recommend using Ocean. They gave me such a hard time with my $200 withdrawal over one little document( a picture of my debit card) it's funny because they didn't want the picture of my debit card before they took my deposit though. After going back and forth, I finally got my money after 2 WEEKS! I wish I could make this review longer than 500 characters but since I can't, just do yourself a favor and use anyone else but Ocean. Their minimum deposit is $20 which alone is ridiculous

Absolutely horrible! Waste all my money in minutes and I dont even bet that much! I put in $30, bet the least and get NOTHING! They take it so fast..never any bonuses at all! I'm uninstallung this app! I win better in Atlantic City! I should have never listened to my friend to say to go online and bet. I never wanted to so I tried it and I have two apps and never win anything. Don't waste your time.

This is singularly the worst online casino I've ever played, and I dare to say that I have played most. You don't get your "sign up bonus. You win the first day you play, jump through the obligatory difficulties of cashing out, and by the time you've jumped thru, said hoops, you've lost all your winnings and never win again. Well, you occasionally hit a lucky streak, but then you are thrown out repeatedly, mid spin documented, and never win again. 2 wks 30k, nothing but losses, NO thanks.

Been playing on this app everyday for past three weeks. Now it won't load, I keep getting message to enable location. It is enabled and I'm using the same device I have been using. I tried uninstalling and re installing the app. Still doesn't work. Plus the video poker games are rigged to only give you the hands that return your bet. You only get two pair or a high pair. Played three hours and never got any other hand. Never again. The worst app ever!!

Ok so I turned a 5$ free bonus into 500$ and still will never use this app again. They purposely make it as difficult as possible to withdraw since even if you choose to pickup from the casino itself, it apparently takes over 3 days?? But you can deposit anyway you can think of. There is no reason to need me to take a picture of my debit card with 6 numbers redacted and my license when I try and withdraw from play plus.. why would you need that? You don't even let people withdraw to their card.

app is garbage. I tried for months to take out my winnings says I have no eligible bank on file but I can use that bank to deposit money just not take it out. I had no choice but to use the money. well after a while they got it all back. still cant withdraw money but can deposit. its BS and it won't let me play the games at all it takes me from the app and puts me into a web page. I got caught into a bonus any game that I got an error message. Over a month later nobody fixed it nobody addressed it. A couple of times they pretended they were but they never did. I literally cannot even get into the game and not one customer service rep help not won over a month month-and-a-half. Worst customer support ever. Not only can I not get in the game even if I want it to play at this point. For fun i tried to get into the game still same error message. Pathetic

I have tried this app several times. I tried it for the last time last night. first, it kept crashing. I had to restart atleast 4 times during my 1hr session. I was ready to make a withdrawal and was unable to. I decided to open a ticket and it took them forever to reply. in the meantime, I played a little bit more and of course as I could have almost guaranteed, I lost the entire bankroll. it is absolutely unfair that they take the deposits so immediately but a withdrawal is impossible.

not a good choice for casino apps. most casino apps have a play through on bonus, not here! you'll win, and your money gets housed. I accept a bonus that said deposit a certain amount, and you'll get 50 free spins on 2 games. I played through the spins and won. the money you won know becomes the bonus money with no withdraw chance. it's just for show and tell. I continued to hit, but I still couldn't withdraw, let alone I couldn't play any other game.

Really thought it would be good just because I stayed there a few times. The app kept freezing up. An when I did get on a game. It was so hard to get another game up. So I find myself getting pissed off because I tried to get support. Did everything they told me to do. Still having trouble. They say it's my phone. Really I just got done playing Bally's app. No problem there. Borgata no problem there either. It's upsetting to. Never got a phone call email nothing that says it all. It's sad

Just started using Ocean 4 days ago. I never had to go through so many hoops to get my money on other apps. Easy to deposit & pain in the a$$ to withdraw. I had to talk to support multiple times. I had trouble setting withdrawal up. I finally figured it out only to see an email two days later. I had to send a bank statement, pic of my card redacting 6 numbers and showing Last 4, other side, my drivers license, plus another pic holding it, Still might have to wait another 3-5 days! I'm not happy!

I've tried different apps but this one is the absolute worst. I like to play but at least get something I've invested into this app and if I ever got 100$ call me a lier their "bonuses" is just a way to keep your money on lock and keep you playing. And don't get me started on the technical difficulty issues. I had one person tell me that the jackpot is just for visual it'll give when it wants to give like what? SMH I can just count this game as a loss of money. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

I wish I had read through reviews before I downloaded this app. I won $200, and the withdrawal process is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had to give this much information, including a selfie with my debit card to withdraw funds! Now, they are asking for a letter from my bank! All other apps I've used, you can cash out quickly. They have no problem taking your money, but you have to jump through hoops to collect your winnings. I will never gamble on this casino app again.

Unbelievable! I've experienced several "mishaps" while using this app. But the last one was ridiculous! I clearly believe the game is rigged now. I have been logged out automatically, not accidentally, while on a winning streak. I have had the game freeze and stop working while on bonus features. I have won bonus features and did not get the prize. Each time I contacted customer support and was always told "there is nothing wrong with the game" or that just "didn't happen". Screenshots!
