Awful, awful app. Have to reset password every time you log in, won't recognize the password I made 10 minutes prior. Have to log in frequently just navigating the app. I just want to get the $100 I put in back, I can't even use it as I don't live in 1 of 4 states it's allowed in. Why am I able to deposit money out of state but can't play out of state??

The app freezes and kicks you out and then rests the progressive slots. you put hundreds of dollars in and it resets! The payout is super horrible. I put thousands into it and win nothing...like I just want enough to play, but at this point I am done. I should be getting hundreds back for the promotion, but I cannot figure it out and I am quite sure it won't come because the app makes it hard to do promos. They drained me. I use cesears as my main app and I love it.

I used to love this app and I have won a fair amount of cash on it, but not as much as I've deposited & now I'm not always getting my bonuses. The Redwings scored 4 pts @ home 3 days ago & I never received the bonus! It's time to stop spending my money on all these apps. They're all the same, lure you in with the bonuses, free spins, etc....LET you win some money the 1st couple times you go on, then just take. I get it, it's a casino, but funny how you can spin & win at 1st but not after!

Too many Geolocation issues that eventually make you have to send pictures of your ID to the support team. I understand the updates but they are way too frequent. There is no way to actually get in contact with anyone when you have an issue other than to send a picture which really doesn't allow you to explain the issue in detail. For example I have been waiting about a week for a withdrawal to process but it never did and there was nothing to do other than screenshot. They need better support.

It was a great App. It was paying out great, nothing too crazy big but still paying out. Yet our of nowhere I had to bet higher and more to win and then lose money fast. Pretty disappointing, will Uninstall bc that's taking advantage of your clients. Edit- I deleted this app a while back but decided to give it another try and that was literally a mistake. The ratio of winnings vs loses is completely off. Tried to communicate with someone on chat and that didn't help either. Never again

By far the worst out of any casino app. Bonus structures are subpar compared to other apps. Almost every bonus you need to bet 10x-20x the amount in order to actually pull it out. Also the lag when operating the app is abhorrent. How badly optimized does your app have to be for it to run slow/crash on a modern day smartphone? There's many other apps out there, use them

I won the $2400 in casino credit on the Spin the Wheel promotion and was only awarded $2. It took 1 month and numerous emails and chats only to be told I was a part of a group of affected users that were awarded incorrectly and given a $25 credit. Which by the way, still had a playthrough. I provided a screenshot, which I'm glad I took, but they gave no explanation of what happened. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and have VIP status but all that means nothing.

Dumped over $400 and didn't see anything worth my while, no special features in game activated. My account got disabled the next day (I'm assuming because I was playing from a friend's house) and it took 3 service reps to finally tell me I needed to show ID and that it wasn't just an app error that prevented me. The games are buggy sometimes, the promotions aren't really accurate (it will say free spins in such and such, but when you go to that game the spins aren't there and are on another).

What a rip off. Deposited $25. I made 1 bet of $1.25 won $3 and had $1.25 left. After looking at the history there are multiple bets in different denominations, milliseconds between each other completely draining everything I had. This is the first and last time I will use this app. Don't bother sending an email to their support. Mine came back undeliverable.

I set up an account and was never actually able to do anything on the app. It wanted me to set up a Nickname but nothing I entered would work. The app would continually cycle back to the home screen then to the nickname screen. Additionally I can't get through to anyone via live chat or by calling in. All I get is "currently assisting a high volume of customers" every day at all times of the day.

I get that this is strictly a luck of the spin, but in the past 3 or 4 weeks of playing this app, it seems that the winnings have dwindled. Before, it was a fair trade-off. Win a little loose a little. Now I burn through my deposits with 0 return. The only time I see anything is when I use a deposit promo, and I need to spend $1250 to get any winnings back. So u end up losing what you won. Definitely controlled. I ended up deleting the app just takes your money with hardly any return.

This app is one of the worst casino apps i have played. Rarely pays, and their free offers are a joke. You will never see them. By the time you hit the limit, they ensure you lose it all. Slow loading, screen jumps, and a bit confusing. Only positives are they had my quick hits game and a search option. Other than that, waste of time. At least on Draft Kings you can play a bit before losing. Time to delete.

I think something underhanded is going on!!! For some reason playing jackpot slots to many times when playing for no reason I get dropped saying it was technical difficulties and once back to play someone miraculously hits!! Been playing with site for so time even before having to download it from Google play store!! I've noticed a lot of weird things starting to happen a lot!!!

Slow loading, makes it hard to see games and bet amounts. I can be in full bars and it still takes 20 mins to just open 1 or 2 games The app is not finding my location apparently. At least thats hiw it seems to act. I will have full bars standing next to wifi. I close it open another casino app it works fine. I have cleared the cache out also. It use to be the best app to play on and lately its been the worst. Somedays it will work okay but most of the time its just froze.

Clearly the most poorly designed app on the web. This app will take you every place that you don't care to go. Make a deposit while playing a slot and your taken to a sports betting site. Gives meaningless notices of amounts wagered (usually 0) and time of login (usually incorrect). Finally still to slow. If your going to take someones money one would think a casino would make it a pleasant experience. All I get is frustration and you still take my money. Thanks for the vent.

My #1 favorite. WAY BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER CASINO APPS. Simple enough so that it's user friendly while also providing thorough details in the areas in which one would need a more detailed breakdown. So many great games to choose from with betting options from the low low to the high high. You will have a fantastic experience with this Casino App and the multitude of options to choose from and so many different promotions to keep you in the game. It is by far my favorite by a longer shot!!!

Not sure what you guys did with this new look, but im struggling to even log in or stay logged in. Every time I do get in, load a game, back out of that game to try another, I get punted from the app and have to log back in. Or it takes forever just to load anything. I've even had to log in 4 or 5 times in a row before it actually logged me in. It's rather annoying.
