Signed up got my bonus. Played my bonus through. Tried to withdraw any winnings and it just kept saying my card wasn't working I tried numerous cards it would not let me withdraw anything. Uninstalled... not worth my time.

Avid nj online casino player, and this has been my favorite since about 2018! The app has an aesthetically pleasing display, with all the features you need for account, and banking, promos, etc They have a decent selection of games and a very unique bunch of games I haven't seen anywhere else, and they're all pretty fun. All.that considered, my absolute favorite part of bet365 casino, is their outstanding live agent support staff, available 24/7 via live chat or phone! Highly recommend!!

Terrible app!! ( I have been trying for a minute nth to verify my identity but the app keeps freezing! So if this is what it does with my money I'll never play here! I signed up , and got distracted on a call. When I tried to log in I couldn't, I kept getting an error message. I contacted support and was told my account was permanently deleted by management and can not be reenacted. Do not deposit any money with them , they couldn't tell me anything as to why my account was deleted. I've never played on this app before.

Decent app works good and is easy to load games and deposit/withdraw, however the odds and payouts are wildly unbalanced and regardless the deposit amount or bonuses you'll be lucky to even get back your wagering amount let alone a decent win.

Legitimately not sure why this app keeps thinking I'm in New Jersey. Lived in Pennsylvania my whole life. The regular Bet365 sportsbook app knows where I am so why does the casino app not?

Hit a bonus on Santa fortune got kicked back to the homescreen and when I went back into the game my bonus was gone. Never got any info besides there looking into it.

Definitely my least favorite casino app for sure. Not only did I not get my deposit bonus but every slot was loss after loss. even when paying the extra for a better chance. When I payed the extra per play for a better chance, I literally lost 36 times in a row lmao. I've never went on one of these app and lost immediately. I know it's a gamble (literally) but it's like the games are rigged. Didn't even try to let a little win go. Draft kings, Fan Duel,Poker star are great. Should try them first

App is a little glitchy. I had to log onto the website to upload driver's license for verification. Another thing, I was not able to play all the games I wanted to. When I clicked on certain games they would not open...a little frustrating. They did honor the new player promo and once I met the betting requirements, which were a little high, I was able to cash out. My withdrawal was in my account within the 2hrs.
