This app is frustrating. I click on a show to watch it and it states that it's unavailable. Then I click on another is states the same thing. It's been happening alot more often. I would have to uninstall the app and then install it again. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

This is the worst app ever. I understand that this app is free, too many commercials, and it's hard to enjoy all of the great programming...with this faulty app. You watch 5 minutes of the episode then there's 3 minutes of commercials. I get no enjoyment watching my favorite shows on this app. FIX IT PLEASE.

This app is horrible. Constantly buffering and getting messages saying "sometimes technical stuff can be difficult. Like now. We'll be right back." Also, its not my internet cause I don't have this issue streaming on other tv apps. Desperately needs an update.

There is no logic to this app's layout, there is no search function it's difficult to find what you are looking for unless it's something the app wants to promote. It is 2019 and we have had good streaming apps for years, just copy what Netflix is doing.

The videos don't play half the time. Half the videos say "video not found or no longer available due to date or rights restrictions" and the videos are in the middle of a series. Why?????? Fix it!!! The next video after works just fine!!

This app is SOOO BAD! Videos don't play, constant "searching" on the rare occasion that they do play. TOO MANY COMMERCIALS!! I've uninstalled and installed this app numerous times. I'm deleting it and getting rid of my BET subscription until they fix these issues. IF they fix them. Smh Ridiculous!!

I am receiving an error message that says I am not subscribed to this channel with my cable subscription. I am. I signed in to SuddenLink and can watch the channel on my television but not on the app on my android or Roku. (Just live tv) I had been watching it on my phone, now I'm not authorized. Somewhere between SuddenLink and this app . . .it's not working. Bummer.

It's not worth the download or the cost you have to have bet through your TV provider for this to work so there's really no purpose of you having this app on your phone when you can just watch your television. Most of the movies and shows are locked down it might be one or two that you can actually watch for the free trial.

Same thing on the other BET app. I'll copy and paste this review because it's the same. I'm running this app on the latest Android and one of the latest iPhones. Crashes several times. Also operating on a very good high speed internet service provider here in Atlanta Georgia. Clashes or either says that the program is not available in the region and I know for a fact it is because I've watched it before. No way to update and there are no updates available in Play store. Works fine on my laptop.

Enjoying the app to binge watch Tyler Perry's Sistas, but I gotta say that it's weird that the episodes are listed backwards. It starts with the latest one instead of the first one. Which also means, in your app, say if you finish episode 2, it automatically flips to play the next episode which is great, but it flips backwards. After episode 2, it will automatically play episode 1 instead of episode 3. 🙃

This is the worst tv app EVEEEERRRR! Every time you click on the video you want to watch, it is never available. And the Ad's?? Too much!! Please, update to a better version. The worst thing is that everyone has been saying the same thing about this App for a long time and no one is fixing this issue. BET needs a new App manager that cares about the company and their consumer. This problem doesn't happen with TLC, OWN or LIFETIME.

If I could show y'all screenshots of all the error messages that pop up every 2-5 minutes while live streaming. "We're taking a break", or "sometimes technical stuff can be difficult, be right back". Makes no sense. Oh! Another just popped up while I'm typing this.😩🙄

2/18/2024-I just downloaded the app and signed in using my service provider. It ends up back to the screen for me to select my service provider but it's frozen. Definitely not a good first impression. Deleting the app.

I wish I can give this app zero stars. Always technical difficulties and keep freezing this app is horrible and I'm going to delete it from my phone and iPad cause it's taking up storage on my devices. Please fix it. I downloaded app again 10/21 still acting up the only thing that plays without freezing are the commercials. Don't waste your time downloading this app

It says above that the app is compatible with all device!? Well I beg to differ because it's acting otherwise. My device is fine and acting fine but from reading other dissatisfied customers, the app has issues that needs to be fixed. It'd be nice to be able to watch the shows when away from the tv and computer. Please fix the problems.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Not only does it keep skipping quite often but it keeps on kicking me out of the app and when I try to log back on it won't let me. Now it won't even let me back on it at all. Deleting app and restarting phone then reinstalling app doesn't work either. Thats what Viacom keeps telling me to do. Now they are telling me to do the same thing with a compatible device which I do have. This app has way too many glitches. This app needs to be fixed!

BET doesn't have the best shows, and after over a decade you finally have something ppl want to watch (The encore) and now you can't cast to your TV. Im pretty sure BET doesn't care abt it's base. We dealt with the commercials now we can't even use the app! I thought I could go back to supporting BET, EVEN WITH its very diverse commercial selections. And you still fail! Uuuggghhhh

this is app works, doesnt crash but plays way too many commercials. there is a commerical every 4 minutes and the commercials last 6 minutes. there should also be an option for multiple users to store profiles. and also an option to play the most recent conent. there should be definitely less commercials especially when you have to sign in with a provider I can understand if it were non-sign in content.

This app can be frustrating. I can watch one episode and when its time to watch the next one, it will either say that I need to login again or that the video is unavailable. When I click sign in from the video page, all it does is reroute me back to the main page. When I check my login status, it shows that I am signed in. The only way I have been able to watch the next episode is if I uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times just for the issue to happen all over again.

THIS APP SUCKS!! It freezes. It disconnects from my service provider. It has way to many errors and something is always wrong! I thought it was just my tablet but I started using this app a few days ago on my tablet and fire stick and they both have the same issue. Too many issues for my liking. I usually don't rate apps but this is a little frustrating. Them when I read some of the reviews... this has been ongoing for at least two years... C'mon BET get it together!
