Be carefull about delivery address. For some reason if you have more addresses in address list, it remembers last used although you select different one diring check out. Writing to customer service useless, they are not able to change it and only option is to cancle order in app and buy again... BUT there is NO cancel option in app so you need to write to cs again to cancle it.

One of the worst shopping experiences i ever had - my order wasnt delivered and just stood "prepared" for two weeks with my support emails ignored. After i called they said they had technical issues, returned my money and asked me to order again. I ordered again, at higher prices, and it was not delivered again. One month of constant irritation, never again

This review is about Best Secret and specifically of the App. The delivery time takes ages as if the order is coming from China to Europe! Non-responsive customer service. For instance, one order was pending for more than 1 month, zero response from the company. I don't recommend it if you have a time-sensitive order (last minute gifts etc.).

There is no size chart only gives you model size, you have to guess and hope. Would be nice to have reviews shown as purchased some low quality items.

Whenever I order sneakers from this stupid store, they come 2 sizes too small. Very rarely do they fit me, and I always order the size I am. And on top of that, there have been cases where the sneakers come out fake, the soles look like they were cut with a paring knife. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with BestSecret.As a long-time Diamond Lv3 customer, I received a wrong and scratched item. The warehouse confirmed receipt but refused to accept it, even though I had already reported the condition. Later, they said it would be accepted, yet also claimed it was “sent back” — with no tracking and never received. After over 2 months, I still have no refund or resolution. Most of the time server can not be reached. it logged me out and I can't login again. It's a long time that I see they have an issue with the post and delivery, and they don't solve it. Products mostly have an issue and I had to send them back.

Absolutely do not recommend this shop. No costumer service, no answer after 4 emails... First reply was from an AI, after that, total silence ... Very first order I received the wrong colors. Now a few months later, I ordered ten days ago and still not shipped. Buy somewhere else, you'll get wayyyy less headaches than with them. There are plenty of shops with the same diacounts. Absolutely horrible experience.

I have been a customer for years. Most of the times everything was fine. My orders done on the 20 November I bought 8 items. Only ONE arrived and all 8 items show as delivered. I am trying to contact Customer Support to help me and noone is replying to me. I have sent more than 10 mails, NOTHING. Dear Best Secret ... you are a great company. But if noone is answering my mails and there is noone to help with my orders lost then my only option is to reverse the purchases I made through the bank.

Horrible sizing features. As an athletic man, it is impossible to find a jacket by only seeing length without width. Also, there are no size guidelines with dimensions in general. You just get the "the model is wearing L" note on a specific product, but when you go to choose the size, you can't choose M/L sizes, but numbers like 48/50! This is completely useless, since you basically never know the dimensions of the product you're trying to buy. Take some notes from AboutYou, please.
