I paid for parking through the app and upon leaving the amount on the screen was $6.60 less than what I paid. The attendant had to assist me because the device wouldn't scan the bar code within the app to let me out. I initially used this app thinking parking would be higher because of the event that I was going to. But didn't think that I would have such a big difference between the app and the facilities.

I recently had a terrible experience. The app wasn't in sync with the lot hours of operation. Best parking acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund. Instead of a refund they cancelled my reservation while i was parked at the lot resulting in a substantial charge from the lot. Their customer service has yet to credit me the amount. I'm going to try a different app.

It saved me easy more that $100 on my last vacation UPDATE: 8/31/2019 The application changed completely and doesn't work like before. Now you can find parking's in the area but no information about the rate and location. Now is focused on parking lots that they have agreements to reserve in advance and will not provide information about the parking if you cannot reserve. uninstalling since now is not very good. I understand they need to make money but there must be another way to monetize the app without sacrificing what made the original app the best (find cheap parking)

The app worked well at first. However, I have had about 6 instances where I have been turned away AFTER I make a reservation because the parking garage was full. And since I usually arrive at or a little past my reservation time, I am no longer able to cancel through the app and have to contact Best Parking to get a refund or a credit, not to mention now I have to pull over somewhere and scramble to find another parking garage. It's become a big hassle.

I was mislead by this app to pay full price when it showed a discounted rate. After confirming and paying I was charged $20 over the rate that was advertised on the app. After a few emails back in forth they offered me a $5 credit next time I use the app. I drive and park regularly in NYC. There are a few more apps just as comparable. I do not suggest this app as they obviously have problems to fix and will not do the right thing to fix said mistakes. Beyond disappointed.

This app is a godsend for parking in the city. You're pretty much always guaranteed a parking spot with in reasonable distance, and it's always with a solid discount. The customer service is also incredibly accessable and super convenient. The support team is absolutely lovely and works with you to solve your problems. Biggest tip is to double check that you're looking at the correct day before booking your spot. It can be a little easy to skip over the date if you're not paying attention.

One of the biggest hassles in NY is parking, especially when you are trying to make a show. This app not only shows me what prices the lots in the area are, but I can choose the one I want, pay, and reserve a spot before I go, and the app will give you directions. And, if the plans cancel, you can cancel the spot with the press of a button

Hit or miss. I've used this app for a while and always had great experiences. However, this past weekend I paid for parking at two different locations (near an event I was going to) and got turned away by the garage attendants both times saying that they were full (even though I already paid). Very frustrating and I ended up finding parking not using the app.

This used to be a great app, but I'm uninstalling now. I used it many times in New York City, when arriving at my destination. the App would show me options with prices and for some lots, would issue a coupon by email for discounted rate. I could make a decision in 30 seconds while stopped at a red light and my coupon was ready and actually did save me money. they took a great thing and ruined it. Now it treats parking as if you want to buy Broadway show tickets. Go back to the original.

This used to be the best parking app for NYC. You could choose to reserve a spot or just show up and show them a coupon code for the discounted rate. Now it's almost exclusively reservations which must be paid in advance through the app. Since the switch, on Thanksgiving the app had payment issues and I had to call customer support while my family waited for me (they were quick and helpful). I just switched phones and had to reset my password and got a reset email with a dead link. Switching apps

Just terrible. Apparently "Weird, that didn't work... try again." is the error message the app provides when an extension isn't available. Confirmed on the phone. This is after the app explicitly told me that I could extend the time, showed me the time options, let me select one, and had me choose a payment method. Ended up having to run to the parking lot to avoid getting overcharged. Parking lot also charged me $10 for a folded up bike rack on the back of my compact sedan. Avoid. Avoid.

This app has worked fine for me in the past, but my last two experiences were beyond terrible. The first time, I reserved a space at a 24-hour garage after midnight. Upon arrival, the gate was closed, and the attendant told me the garage was full, and that the app "fooled" me by giving me a reservation. The second time, the app incorrectly identified the location that I entered in the search bar, pinning it at a completely different street number that was nearly a mile from my intended destination. Upon my arrival, I realized I'd been misguided by the app, and contacted a customer service rep, who refused to allow cancellation of the reservation and would not offer a refund. I parked at a closer spot, and continued the conversation with another rep the following day who still refused a refund despite the app's error. I am uninstalling, and will never use this app again, due to its inaccuracy, undependable reservations, and awful customer service.

App is Great... except when it shows a discount of 100% at a parking location that can't be secured or booked because it's an obvious error that the app-system doesn't immediately recognize. It's a cruel trick that has displayed for several options within a single search request that unfortunately, when clicked, cycles through with unavailable booking results proving it was too good to be true!

Genuinely one of the best apps in my phone. They have great customer service. Always super helpful. The app has saved me more times than I can count. Being able to reserve parking in NYC the night before has saved me hours of time, miles of driving looking for a spot, and blocks and blocks of walking. It even saves me money, preventing tickets, and I can choose to walk a few extra blocks and save cash. This app is the only reason driving into nyc has become affordable and convenient. Thank you!!

Used the app to find parking in Seattle. Got into the garage with minimal issues (QR code took a try or two to scan). Going to leave the garage was a different story. QR code wouldn't scan. Ended up having to purchase a "lost ticket" to leave. Asked to be reimbursed for the ticket; but, was ultimately reimbursed for the original parking ticket purchased through the app and credited for the remainder of the difference of the "lost ticket." I'm not impressed.

Edit (12/7/18): Does not show street parking anymore, though the button is still there. This has been the case for at least a few days. Not sure if it's an intentional change or just broken, but it makes the app useless to me as this was the reason I used it. If the function doesn't return, I'll be uninstalling soon. Old review: Does exactly what it says. Use this app regularly. Occasionally it has trouble connecting to the Internet through my data connection, but it's not enough to take off a star. Love the app.

Paid for a parking spot and went to the lot but they turned me away as they were already full. Ended up paying for a somewhere else that wasn't on the app. Tried to get refund, but customer service took over a week to initially respond and over a month to fully remedy only to receive less than half the total amount in app credits. As someone who doesn't own a car and just needed for one off instance, was a tough experience.

When I put my vehicle info, the app should automatically show the correct rate with oversized vehicle rate. Since it doesn't do that automatically, I have to try every single one on the map. What an inconvenience!! Additionally, it takes way too long to show street parking! I almost thought that Street parking is not showing at all.(Street parking tap itself won't show up for 20 seconds after everything else shows up). Is this the way to make people go to parking garages PAYING for parking?

It used to be a helpful app, now it's almost unusable. The in-app map shows several $0 parking locations with the info "There's a 100% discount at this location." These can't be booked as it's an error. It's very disappointing and it makes it not possible to use the app for these locations, which are often the closest to where I want to go, at all. It shows a page with incorrect times (consistently 7pm to 7pm) and no options appearing.

Have been using the app for the past couple of years with a great success. Booked the first time for a garage in thr city. When i got there, i parked in a wrong garage right next door by mistake. Spoke with a customer service and they gave me a credit. I was able to use it for the next trip. So far i used this app in different cities with positive results.
