Great App not any more 3 days trying to log in no joy also seen a lot more people havinf same problems it needs to be sorted ive only given 4 stars because when you level up you get no bonus and it could take you weeks do it get that sorted then you get 5 stars

I loved the old version, Best Video Slots. I don't like the split screen version. The game does give a large amount of free coins.

Every time I'm playing spinning away the reels and when point's go down to say 5 or 600 left suddenly comes up saying timed out and takes away what I had left in point's what's that all about that's what I want to know ?no point in playing when taking my point's off for nothing is there jesus

Since the lat upgrade any wins ar small. I would no longer pay a penny to play. When my money is gone I'll delete the game. Now I can no longer bet less than 20,000. I only have 90,000. You've now lost another customer. This game sucks!

It took some argument with a VIP manager and customer service, but they finally did the right thing and replaced my coins. I still have some issues with opening the app and it glitching out while I'm playing.

I can't say good things about this game right now because I'm having so much trouble with it for some reason..it's moving slow and you can't click on the game, it keeps going back to the main menu when you try to click on the game you want to play..its been doing this b.s. for the past two days I'm not a fan right now

What the heck? Why does it change my bet when I reach a high total? You need to fix this. I am so mad about this. I love this games but this is really disgusting how you steal my points. Used to enjoy playing until it changed: upped everything & f@#$%& it all up; all of the time wasted as my game progress got lost and jackpot goals ruined. So not happy 😠 Was a relaxing way to chill out, now just frustrating. Uninstalling.

It was great until..... Every time I want to make an in-app purchase, it comes up as an error, even before seeing the special deal. Fix this at least for me, and the rating would be 5 *****

The new game is too busy. I liked the old Best Casino Slots much better. It had cleaner lines, better games. Hope you bring the old one back. I've played and enjoyed it for years. Will be uninstalling this version of your game. I'm not interested in playing it.

The new game design is the worst, just fades in like the rest of them on here, common and boring at best, if they weren't so greedy on the old design they would of kept people playing, people started UNINSTALLING not because of game design but because they wouldn't let people win.

it was a great game...now it is not so great. The machines keep timing you out especially during tournament and you can't get back in. Very annoying and they can't seem to be able to fix it. 😬😡

Better off playing the real slot machines. A half good win is rarer than hens teeth. Bigger raught too. iE: The machine pay rate for playing the comps (one comp is to get a games scattered symbol to pay.) You must do this on a total of 5 slots to gain the coin reward. Minimum bet is $1000 coin on one line. The reward.. the reward. For successfully completing the comp.. is a maximum of $20,000 in game coin which is determined by the bet amount you played. I've never received more than $13,000.

My game kept getting blocked then the whole row of games from the first Best Casino apps went away, so I started playing a different game to play down the points I paid for because I was gonna uninstall both apps, went back on to finish playing and all my freakin points were gone! I'm done! it was my favorite game, the only one I always kept and the only one I put money on!! Goodbye Best Casino. Sincerely, a very loyal former Customer!!

The game is great!! But since it's been updated, u need to raise the daily bonus from 2000 up to 5000 each game start at 10.000 And up. Plz think bout it.now it spins longer.. whats really going on. every time it gets updated something is screwed up plz slow down the spin cycle. thanks. hurry and fix it im ready to play.I thought yall would have fixxxxxeeeedddd this problem by now. well i guess i wont be playing until the problem is fixed. Never had an issue until recently with this app, keeps closing on me and does not pay the daily rewards and the amount of my purchase. This app has always been my favorite until the last 2 weeks and has continued to get worse each day. I hope issues can be resolved as I was cheated out if a purchase last night during the 5 day deal.

I love it. The variety of slots is great. Wish the bonus was more frequent 😉 Every 4 hours is a bit long when other slots apps are every 30mins or a hour 2 hours max. I still love this app THE BEST😊 Play every day I can as I'm ill with Lupus & I sleep a lot. 5 stars from me ☺👑The variety of slots are no longer the same & the best games got took off. The new casino set up isn't as appealing or fun as the original Best Casino. NOT for me no longer 👎😠

Bad this app always have problems. Freezing up and not paying off, but always popups to buy. No my rating of your game doesn't change, because I haven't found any fun in it. Even playing on the PC payouts bad. Then all the pop-up to buy coins. I don't buy coins to play a game that is designed for you to loose and if you want to play you have to buy coins .

This was written years ago, for the old version: Fun, great graphics, good payouts. Speed of spins, music,, and clarity great. I do not like the new social version. The social aspect limits the graphics and quality. I want to go back to the old version, please. Uninstalling and discontinuing purchases.
