This game is rigged. I uninstalled after about 30 minutes of play.. Blackjack and slots. Blackjack always won, even in the far-fetched possibilities. Win rate of 4%. Slots is better... But a 9% win ratio. I'm not going to submit a ticket, bc my one instance/complaimt won't matter.

Scam! I used up all of my coins and ended up getting a big win, but for whatever reason, the game didn't award the coins and after contacting support they're lying and saying the win didn't happen. I could see how much I won with my own eyes, either their logging system is broken or they're flat out lying.

The most annoying, intrusive notifications I've ever seen. Maybe I could've turned them off, but when my message notification is strobing to try to get me to open the game back up I immediately lose all faith that the dev is legit. What a trashy way to run your game.

My experience was so bad I barely have words to describe it. Don't waste your time with this amazingly crappy app. "Best Bet" my butt. "Worst Bet" is the better description. And no, I am not one bit interested in "reaching out" to "Best" Bet. It is what it is. Make a better app so that a person's first experience is better. THAT is how you fix this issue. Good luck.

This app was fun to play but if you ever have the need to contact customer service...it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE. I had my phone in my pocket and realized while it was in my pocket a purchase of $49.99 was made and charged to my verizon account....and no one from customer service will get back to me.

Takes too long to load games, payouts are few & far between. On Buffalo Moon I spun more than 60 times & never got free spins. It's hardly any fun. Sorry programming! Now your lates gimmick is in Keno. I supposedly won free games but the game wouldn't respond until I got out & reloaded the game. Then it gave me one spin out of 9 & would not respond again. You needn't bother with your computer-standard response. You don't really care or you would fix all the problems everyone complains about.

Playing Ruby casino apps for 5 years... Mystic and Lucky North give 500k monthly in email. Last 2 months, also been given 20mil from each at the end of the month. That's roughly 41mil+ in gameplay... All the others that are similar only give a fraction of that! Why doesn't Best Bet, A-Play, Choctaw or Fox Play do this to retain players? They get it back anyway. Plus, I'm more likely to buy coins knowing they match; pretty much. Will keep Mystic and Lucky for these reasons.

It runs out of coins fast so you have to buy them to play, I have had connection issues all of a sudden right when I win big prize and it won't go back and give you the winnings. After trying a few other casino apps, this is app is horrible. I don't know why they make it so difficult to win , it's not like it's real money but I guess they don't want you to win even fake money.

Like the actual casino the games just take take take always lose real money at pechanga and lose with free money crazy. Follow up, made purchases in app don't regret my decision some times the games on here are tight tight but ive won millions of coins and even won 1st place in tournament so I do believe you can win but when it's tight it's TIGHT. Changing my rating to 4 because it is fun to play nonetheless.

Better off losing money at the actual casino. Been playing for a while and sadly spent quite a lot of hard earned money. The win rate changed, I found it getting harder to win something. They say it replicates real life casino, but what's the point? You're better off going to one of you want to lose money. At least you'll get somewhat something in return and different environment. Should at least encourage people to go to actual casino...

Charges you for things you did not request. WARNING. BE CAREFUL. The App kept charging my card $4.99 then $49.99. There isnt a way to dispute throught the app and the app continues even if you push the back button to exit.

Feels hopeless playing the tournament every time it runs and getting nothing at all. Tournament is frustrating to say the least. It should like maybe at least give a participation prize. Rewards for 25-11, 10-6, 5, 4, Top 3? The daily tasks are sometimes daunting. It's pretty repetitive and it asks us to play 20k on the worst games. Keep 20k > Spend 20k on not at all fun slot to finish weekly quests that never get completed anyway 😒

This was a big let down . Everything is great except the payouts aren't like they used to be. Run out of coins too fast. I played most of RS apps for several years . Took a break for about a year .. I was very surprised the apps low payouts and actually running out of coins much too quickly . These were my go to apps for a long time but sadly, I'm uninstalling and won't return unless the Studio goes back to it's high quality essence. I dislike the avenue corporate took- stingy , low class...

Having fun. Lots of choices. Pays well & very entertaining. The games freeze. Having to delete. Please fix. In this day of technology should not be having this constant issue. Your app constantly freezes and cheats me out of my coins. I would never buy any coins so you can totally cheat me out of them. I try to be loyal to Pechanga and you are giving them a bad rep.

I want to know how to get your money back when you purchase the wrong package, there is no way I would purchase $50 package at one time the most I have ever purchased was $20, any other time you have to tap twice before it allows you to purchase, it didn't this time. Considering this game only gives you points with little payouts or free games, who actually pays for $50 packages at one time. You really should put a cancelation button in where people can correct their purchase.
