When checking out you are forced to log in. After logging in you end up in your profile instead of continuing checkout. Address input doesn't capitalize automatically. Street input opens some Google thing after a delay when you're already halfway typing the address. When returning to the app after payment I just see a json error. Absolute garbage app.

Worst app ever. I have to log in to my account anew every time I open the app, but every time I try to log in, they tell me my password is wrong, so I have to change my password EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I do that, but then it always takes half an hour for the email to arrive, and when it does and I try to set my password to same one I THOUGHT I had before, but it tells me I can't do the same password twice, but if I had that password before, why didn't it work??? Don't download this sht!

Bought two pairs of shoes to be delivered. Firstly the delivery was so badly organised, that I had to pick it up myself from spar after finally going there for the 3rd time. The packaging is totally unacceptable. The paper bag was torn when I picked it up and the shoes were absolutely discoloured. Very unhappy with the service and products overall.

ordered a product before christmas and paid extra more to get it in 2 days and it was scheduled to arrive in 2 days but now a month already and still havent recieved it and taking soo long to solve this problem

The thing is I love the app and the way it looks, and I am not going to delete it, BUT the only problem I have with it is the fact that I can not add items to my wish list anymore, the heart doesn't turn black( maybe it has a limit of 25 items???, I don't know....) And that is the only problem I have with the app. All in all, it's a great experience , and the products are of great quality. Congrats !! BUT PLEASE RESOLVE THE WISH LIST ISSUE!!!! Thank you!

save some clothes to buy them on sale. the app was blocked and when I was finally able to enter there were only two of the objects that I chose. When I wanted to pay for logistics reasons, he told me to divide the order, increasing shipping costs. When I had already divided them for shipping, they confirmed that the garments were finished.

Some items are displayed as on sale, but when you put them in your cart, they charge you the full price. They managed to trick me for 6 euros. I don't recommend you to purchase from them. Plus I ordered a bunch of same model clothes, but different colors - they use different materials for different colors so the clothes fit you differently although they are supposed to be same size and all.

The worst app I've ever used, not only the app itself was laggy as hell, but it did not even let me log in my own account. Every time I try to sign in, it tells me that the password/email is wrong, even though I've changed my password severly just before that. With that issue I can't even track my own order. And yes, finally, through the hard work and patience I ordered some new shoes, but just a few days after no news was told to me, whether my orded left the warehouse or not. I'm disappointed

Very poor app. Many basic features available on the web site are completely missing (categories, settings?), parts of the app are untranslated (scan menu) from the language they were originally written in. The developers were definitely underpaid and/or on a tight deadline with this one. There's absolutely no reason to use this app when the website is leagues above it.

the app is hot s**t. Tried to use it with the big sale today and the app cashed a few times. all my items were "out of stock" at the beginning of the sale but when I clicked on the original products page the product was fully stocked. the error I was having was because of a dress that was also in stock, after I removed it from my basket, I was able to place the order. the app is 👎 for sure. I cannot give you a 0, so I give you.... A ONE!

Whenever I order online, my order doesn't arrive at the delivery date, they don't even notify you about the delay. As at the time am writing this review i have an order they told me it's going to arrive between on the 08/01/2025 to 16/01/2025 but i haven't receive it up till this moment, I went to check my order it's still in preparation. This is the 4th time I am having my order delayed without a notification. They don't care about their customer. I don't recommend anyone ordering online.

I've restarted the app twice now but no matter how many times I change my preference of cloths to men it never changes, and I have to enter all my details just to change the gender? Which become even worse with my phone number mysteriously being " already used " even though I JUST used it 2 seconds ago to create my account.

You've removed the "in-store availability" option, which is super inconvenient... then you added the "add" one but there is literally no cart, so this option is meaningless since I can't track what I've added. it's like a magazine at this rate, u only see the items and the prices, and that's pretty much all u get. U guys are a quite big brand/company to be putting out half done apps like this

The app is slow, you can't add and pay with employee card, I tried on android, iOs, windows. It's giving many errors. I payed for one order, it registered and took money twice and now I will receive two times same product and I will have to stay again on a line in the store to return one of them :) super nice experience. In the end, is still better to go to buy in the store.

I've been troubling with the app for some time now... I can't log in even after a new registration. I can't see any letters in the app as if they are invisible to me. Tried to reinstal it, still a problem. The web site is also not allowing me to sign in after new registration. Please, fix this problem.

I ordered a coat and a pair of shoes, only for the shoes to arrive and not the coat. Because of this I've phoned up and communicated how I can get this sorted only to receive a late response to then be told I can't be refunded or resent the item? Considering I've lost nearly £80 I'm not the happiest.

I ordered online 3rd of January to receive it in-store but in the app it is just written a week ago that it was shipped and remained unchanged. The estimation time of arrival, the 16th of January has passed but no change. I could not find any other way in app to send the message. So, I had to send here. What should I do? Is app not working properly or my order has not yet arrived to the store?

App is slow, laggy and takes too much time to load. Shipping is so slow for such a big company in India. Took them 20 days to deliver clothes in a major city. If zara can deliver it in 2-3 days, how is it so hard for bershka to do the same

The only suggestion is that your company has to improve it's app for purchasing items. lt is too complicated and time consuming. I'm sure many of you customers get fed up with it and abrupt the ordering process.
