Been playing for about a month. 1st $25 withdrawl went OK. A few days later I put in for another one. It took several days and I finally reached out to CS and somehow it came out of pending and I finally got it. I tried 3 new games and met all the criteria for payment but I got nothing. You have to contact CS, screen shot everything, send it to them just for them to come back telling you have to download some tracking app which I refused. I don't want that on my phone. Moving on

It takes a long time to get to the minimum $25 withdrawal amount. All options take 5 to 7 days at the least, which in the age of instant transfers that's ridiculous. I signed up for a gift card, it is pending but I can't get to it. So hopefully it shows up in 5 or 7 days. With all the apps out there that can transfer the meager amounts that take days or weeks to earn its poor customer service. I don't recommend this app. Will delete after my gift card shows up, or in a week if my card disappears

Everything was working well, but then suddenly, the app kicked me out and didn't let me log in again. I literally was about to withdraw my money and they did this to me. I'm disappointed, and the support email didn't respond anymore. Edit: They solved my login issue. I'm really thankful for that, it was more quickly than I expected and also I didn't lose my daily streak. This app is recommended for making extra money. It's the only app that worked for me very well!!!

You have to have $25 to cash out. It stopped tracking my gameplay at $17 and all of a sudden there were no more games to play or choose from. They just all of a sudden were gone and unavailable. I contacted support about the lost compensation and they emailed me a check that I literally can't do anything with. Since you need $25 to cash out, a check in my email inbox is worthless. This game is a scam and waste of time. DONT BOTHER!

Started great and then rewards just stopped. First time I contacted support and it was taken care of. Now I've exceeded the requirements for two different games and nothing again. Tried reporting it and nothing but automated responses then those even stopped. Need $1 to cash out for the 2nd time and then deleting the app and account. Not worth the time and effort.

First off it is a legit app. Not super fast, but it is legit. I had an issue with one of my cash rewards, got in contact with a customer service agent, happy to help resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. Not hours. And did not auto close the chat and dismiss the issue, while I was trying to get a resolution during my personal time at work.

Benjamin could be a decent money-making/cash-back rewards app if the time and effort users put into it would be rewarded. Seems like all that was done was waste time. The game selection was very poor, CLICK & EARN was never working, and the linking of credit/debit cards was a nightmare to figure out. The INVITE FRIENDS section offers the option to invite a merchant which is an incredible idea! I'm sure with time they will be an awesome app but for now I would not recommend it.

This is a great game, however, as I have said before, the Developers need to do these two things: one, there needs to be free things everyday! If there isn't, people get the idea that pay for play! And, two, there needs to be a simple faq for how to play the game! It is easy for people to become bored, if it is too repetitive! With the faq built in, actually within the tutorial mode, people will enjoy it more, and pay more, if they understand what the game is leading to!

The games barely track if at all!! I have completed several goals and not got credit for any of them! You might be able to cashout in a couple of months by watching 1 cent ads and collecting the daily bonus. Not worth it for me! Finally cashed out and it takes 5-7 days to get your money no matter which option you choose...it said instant payout! Also no PayPal option....Hope this helps others!

After reading the other reviews I was seriously worried when I had to contact support. However instead of it being the experience everyone was mentioning I was very very pleasantly surprised. Could tell the person on the other end was a real person,and not only that but someone who knows their job well.Tried everything to help me and Within hours of making a ticket my issue was resolved. Actually great customer service

Decent I was able to get the first payout of 25 minimum.. its easy to get the first withdrawl... if you do a withdrawal they don't send you the whole 25 they send u a dollar or 2 less because of transaction fee or something like that. After the first payout the second one was a lot harder to get. No matter how many games I downloaded I was never getting the payout for them no matter how long and how far I got in the game. I will keep it for a bit longer to see if it will change.

The app is very clunky and has a very old school lay out. There are ads in places that lead you to believe they are a part of the app. I played 1 game, got my first reward, then didn't receive the next one. I contacted support, and it was a very long and drawn out, for them to inevitably not resolve the issue. Of the apps I've used like this, this one ranked bottom tier for me.

My favorite app, not only can you earn rewards for playing games, but you can earn cash back on your transactions when you link your bank account, anywhere from.01% to 10% on the BASIC tier, and you move up quickly. Never had a problem cashing out, and if you happen to be missing a reward, they've been having tracking issues, but are working on them, they are very quick to rectify it and send you the missing reward. Customer service is courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this app!!!

Wanted to wait until I was able to complete a withdrawal before reviewing. I think this is a great app to earn some money doing what most do anyway, playing games on your phone. They have a good selection of games, I was able to make the minimum withdrawal amount of $25 fairly quick and they DO pay!! The first time I tried to withdrawal I failed the id verification for some reason so they take .99 cents from your money earned to do the 2nd one which I passed. Took 4 days to get money deposited!!

Edit: Reached out to support they immediately responded and addressed the issue. Very attentive! I have Reached the 1st payout which takes a bit for processing. I was disappointed that the rewards changed when I was playing the game. I had just looked at the next reward and achieved it when I went back, everything changed. The higher payouts were gone. Make sure to screenshot everything. Payout screen and rewards screen. That being overall really like the app, good game selection nice layout..

This is great I was a little skeptical because of the fact you have to make $25 for first pay out. But when you recommend a friend you get $6 when they earn $6 and that is true they pay. I give it four stars because for an instant pay out it cost a fee (understandable) but unfortunately after trying four different banks all of them telling me they were not eligible for instant pay out so i went with a transfer for it and it still charged me the fee. Other than that I liked it.

(EDIT: Tracking IS enabled.) Love the concept. But honestly, it's utterly HORRIBLE at tracking game play time. And yes, I've restarted both the app AND my phone. I've also uninstalled & reinstalled the app. I'm having NO network issues. Furthermore, there are no longer any VPNs installed on the phone I'm using. This app simply stinks at tracking game play time, which is rather frustrating when I spend time on games expecting to receive credit for doing so.

Great app 😃 !!! Took 36 days for me to reach my first $25 withdrawal, but I wasn't playing games much. Just did my first withdrawal with $0.99 fee and didn't have any issues with verification. The $24 instantly was deposited into my bank account 🤑. I love the new Benji goal in the App which motivated me to get to my $25. Hopefully it will take less than a month the second time to reach $25 for withdrawal 🤞. This is definitely a great and legit app to make side money 💰. I highly recommend ✅.

It's been a month since I tried to withdraw about $49, and I understand there are some glitches with the gift cards for some reason per other reviews. However, I've reached out to customer service twice in the past month about it and both requests for help still say they'll get around to taking up the ticket... This is frustrating. I've got another $20-something accrued as of right now, but I don't even wanna keep using it if there's no point obviously...

Have had an open ticket for over a week. I chose PayPal as my payout option as per their selection. I passed the verification process, and when I went to withdraw and the paypal option disappeared. Have to keep relinking the card and credentials. If PayPal is no longer an option, why list it? Only opt is to link your bank information, including passwords, or choose gift cards. Game rewards not tracking. Games change the reward to lower amounts. Screenshots galore and canned responses.
