Pretty good shipping experience over all. Had to go back and forth a few times since I had recieved a coupon code in an email that I had to write down and enter. I wasn't aware that it wasn't an online offer. I ended up saving a ton of money, so it was worth it! I think $20 for 4 stemless wine glasses, a pitcher, and a patriotic chip set was a great deal :)

Everything I loved about this app has been ruined. 1. The barcodes are so spread out that now, the scanners at the registers don't pick it up at all. 2. The price scanner freezes and have to close the app to start all over again to go back to it. 3. Won't let you go back to Home or Shop page once it scans an item. 4. It glitches and closes everytime you try to search, add to bag, etc. This has been the WORST update this app has received. They say, "If it ain't broken, don't try to fix it."

Wonderful Belk App! Easy to use, easy to leave ratings for merchandise as well! I've always shopping at Belk & have for years! They have a wide variety of clothing for men women and children, housewares, bedding, cosmetics, perfume, shoes etc. I'd say the quality of their merchandise is exceptional too & I've never had a problem returning any item that didn't fit or I just didn't like it after I got it home. I highly recommend Belk app & Belk for your shopping needs!

Inventory is frequently incorrect which leads to canceled orders after confirmation. The rewards certificate function is also frustrating as the app gives little detail when something is applied to the account but expired. You only receive a generic error code when trying to confirm the order. You're left to trouble shoot on your own. I've given up many times. I LOVE the store but this app leaves much to be desired. I hope some effort is put in if Belk hopes to stay competitive.

The Belk app is the most confusing app that I have ever used. I'm using a Belk credit card and when you update it, the old stays on the payment screen with the new one just to confuse you more. You cannot see your final prices until you complete every screen and hunt down your coupons and Belk rewards and email discounts. Just put the best price up front and let me buy something. You can take a lesson from Amazon and even Walmart. I like Belk stores and what you sell but we moved out of state.

The app is one of the worst I have ever used for online clothes shopping. It's as if the people who designed it do not actually ever use it. Constant errors when editing the shopping bag and there are nowhere near enough FILTERS!!! When you get more than 4,000 results how can you possibly scroll through all that????????? There is no sidebar to indicate how far along you are either.

What is the problem!!!! Been having issues for months. When doing a search, frequently the item/ items won't load, just buffers. Or i get a message saying there is nothing in that category. There have been times when i was lucky enough to get to an item, it would only buffer when i chose a size to add to my cart, or wanted more product info. Have clicked on ads, the products are not loading. Same results when typing the web address vs using the app. 🤔😫😡

There's always an error pop up. You can hardly edit the cart with there being an error. I had to actually check out 4 different times to actually check out - there better not end up being 4 charges to my bank. 🙄 The app does not sync with your online account. The whole thing is just a mess and makes you want to say it's not worth shopping there anymore....

Updated 9/12/19... email branding issue fixed. Thank you! Other noticeable improvements have been made as well that make it easier to use, save, spend, and pay, all from the app. Huge kudos to the design team! (Original) It was VERY frustrating to receive emails with deals, look like you have a log in but then have to create a separate log in for online shopping vs your credit account when they LOOK alike. I understand now that they aren't; so differentiate the branding between store and credit!

Using this app is very difficult to use. The app main page freezes all the time. Screen very seldom go to the shop page. When it goes to shop page, the search bar is the only thing on the screen. When I type item I'm searching. Page not loading pictures. I have an item in my cart and wanted to add more items to purchase but app will not open my cart. This is very frustrating especially when you can go to your competitors and their app work fine. Please fix your app!

This app crashes more than any other one I have, the filters to sort are limited, the Belk "marketplace" is a lot of junk that can be found on Amazon, and the store selection (at least what I have available online now that I don't live near a brick n mortar location) turns out to be quite disappointing. Too many things purchased are not up to par and end up returned, which they now charge for.

Can't get through a single session without the app closing. If 2 filters are selected, it closes as soon as the second filter is chosen. Searching through large clearances, the items stop loading a portion of the way through and then it closes. Impossible to look through anything that is even remotely large if it closes and makes you start over at the top. Awful app.

The deals are great and there's always a sale going on. The only problem I have with the app is that it constantly crashes whenever I'm going through my favorites. The whole point is to make note of what I like and be able to come back and find it again easily without having to scour every category to find what I'm specifically looking for. The constant crashing of the app is really off putting for me

It is a nightmare to navigate, lots of bugs. It should not take an hour to make an order. Won't take rewards or coupons. They need to quit advertising merchandise that is out of stock. Too much back and forth to cart when trying to check out. Need a program to trace their inventory better. Waste to much time looking for what they advertise, you just get there and it is out of stock. Took a while to figure this out. Looking for bath towels they advertised, get there, none there. No live person!!!

The app is easy to navigate and makes shopping convenient. However, since the update I cannot delete items out of my shopping cart. I click edit, click the x on the item and it says it is removed, click done, and it spins and spins and then tells me that there is an error and the maximum number of items has been added. Then the cart is frozen in edit mode and i have to close out of the shopping cart completely, and try again. So now I cannot even purchase the items I want...

After reading other reviews, I see I wasn't alone in my basket contents going to zero! Very frustrating. Started over and it did the same thing! Last time I just put in a few of the items and checked out! Not happy!! 1/31/20 Ordered online again. Everything in my basket was coming back sold out after I put it in the bag. My poor daughter thought we had list everything we picked out. Now I'll wait and see what I get. I was using the Belk app on my phone.

I enjoy the app as it generally works very well. My only complaint is that of the integration between the shopping and the rewards card management. The shopping side can tell me how many reward dollars I have and that they are expiring soon, however there is not a way to apply them to the order without keying in the 15 digit number(s). The other thing is, you can't copy and paste the numbers to the clipboard. That is inefficient, especially when you have several codes.

The app always freezes and then a message pops up that it has stopped. Then, when editing the cart, it freezes and a little round circle spins. It did it AGAIN today. I got curious as to how long the page would get stuck and that circle was going to spin after trying to delete stuff. Well, it spun for 1 hr. I ended up deleting the app and installing it again. I get tired of doing that! I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app about 10X's in 6 weeks. Unacceptable!

For some reason, when making a pmnt. On line, sometimes it won't complete the transactions and there's no way of seeing if it's updated. It still shows a payment from the day before as( slow connection maybe), but neither confirms nor denies the transactio. This has happened on the website a few other times, but was in the process of an order, then showed the same above problem, then didn't confirm or deny again.

Belk could improve its customer service. Their products appear to be overpriced compared to other retailers. They offer credit, but even with consistent on-time payments exceeding the minimum, they reduce the credit limit. Additionally, after paying off the balance in full, they close the account. I have deleted the app as I primarily used it for the credit card. I rarely shopped on their website and had not heard of them before receiving the card offer.
