How can I add a PDF bill with a QR code without printing the document or using two devices? An image and PDF import would be very much appreciated.

You have to be lucky for the app to work even remotely, worst user experoence in a while. A real embarassment fo such a huge firm. Most of the time you cant log in or information is not loaded

Account balance takes days to update after paying with twint or even the debit card. This didn't use to be like this. Really annoying because you can't actually see your currently available account balance!!!

So annoying app. Always errors and super slow service. When I have to scan 4 QRs in a row to pay a bills, always stops working. Really disappointing experience.

Why exactly is it *always* Banks with the terrible mobile Apps? Money shouldn't be the problem, right? Yet still, I can't even use the app. Two Months after opening my Account I still get "An error has occurred" whenever I try to log in. And no one seems to know what's not working. Also, as if prohibiting screenshots wasn't dumb enough, someone though it'd be a good idea to log you out when switching between apps?! Do the developers know that you can just use the website on your smartphone?

Incredible how many bugs and crashes i have every time i use the app with my android Samsung phone! To log in sometimes i have to close the app more than 10x and also when i do scan or try to make a new payment the app crashes and i have to start all over again! Would be a great app but it would be nice to see some fixes for these issues.
