This used to be a decent game, nice graphics and visuals, challenge ramped up and wasn't unexpectedly difficult. Now the game is nearly unplayable, due to 5 second ads before a level, after a level, checking a menu, making a powerup. It used to be something that would pop up occasionally, now it's every time you do something in the game and you can't skip them

It still freezes up some and always says I have no network connection but I do. It usually says this until you sign in with Facebook but I'm starting over for better scores,I hope, lol. I have played this game for years but it's so much more fun on PC, which I don't have right now, so this will do just fine for my entertainment in the down times. I love this game and hope you can fix the glitches some day. Didn't have this on PC, the graphics are awesome. Thanks EA Sports!

I once enjoyed the game, but as it continues becoming more difficult to level up without getting very lucky or using many special powers, I might uninstall. The last thing that put me over the edge -I was close to winning a level I was stuck on. So I used special powers as well as purchased 5 moves. I won the level! However, the game froze, shut down, but when I started it up, it was as if I hadn't won the level! But everything I used to win the level was gone (specials and coins)! Agrivating!

After the update, it completely started me over. And I was on level 1400+. To say I was mad, is an understatement. Also, there wasn't an ad after every level. An ad only popped up, if you chose to watch a video. Now they pop up all the time. Take those ads away and we'll be good. Update: This game crashes constantly. I've been playing this game for years. It used to be no ads. And it never crashed. Why try and "fix" something that isn't broken?? Y'all have completely ruined this game for me.

I just downloaded the update less than a week ago and now I'm having to do another one?... Frustrating. In addition the game play freezes at random. I had my device looked at. It's the app. I love the game and the levels are pretty cool but the disruptions are frustrating and annoying. Currently on level 99. It'd be nice if there was a way to access how the boosters work without having to Google search or look it up on YouTube. So far, I've been discovering their powers through playing.

Loved it till it suddenly stopped working. It either loads and closes or tries to load and starts making a buzzing noise. I have enough storage and memory in my phone. Don't want to uninstall so I don't lose my progress. Unlike other review I don't think the difficulty is too hard. It's a puzzle game...the game is great but now for it just to die? Not impressed.

This was one of my favorite games for a long time. I love the levels and the daily challenges. Its not the mist challenging game on the regular kevels but the weekly challenges are quite fun to play. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to play it because the app is constantly crashing, if it happens to load at all without freezing. I even tried to delete and re-download the app and it dis nothing to fix the issue. I hope yall fix it soon so I can continue to enjoy the game.

This is a Fun game, but you have to get lucky with the CONSTANT crashing. It takes a few attempts just to open the game. And the only way I can claim a created item is if I open it while playing a puzzle, otherwise it crashes. Playing on a S21+. Uninstalled after about 15 hours of play time and 100+ crashes. It's so bad that even Samsungs battery monitor has warned me of the constant crashing. Oh and the ads suck. I'm fine with ads, but I don't want to have to click X on an ad 4 times.

The game itself is fine, but there are audio issues on my Galaxy S20 Ultra. I don't hear the all of the music in the game. Like it's only playing part of the music, but other parts are missing that I've heard playing on other phones. No musical sounds when swapping special jewels, just the explosive sound they make. Sometimes the audio cuts out after ads. Doesn't hurt the game, it just takes away from it a bit.

I haven't been able to play for a week or so. The App keeps crashing each time I open it ! I wish the developers would send out a word or two saying what's going on with App. I really want to play but unable to ! This is Unusual ! This usually doesn't happen. When fixed, once you start you won't want to stop. Fun & Challenging ! My favorite game !

Edit 4/2019 Bug returned that won't let you spin for a new emoji chest. Also very disappointed in the new ads that sneakily pop up when you're just pressing a button to start a new game. I've had to cancel purchases repeatedly and it's a mean trick. Still really great graphics, sounds and gameplay. Keeps me coming back despite problems.

Game is fun up to around level 1100 or so, currently on 1282. Becomes obnoxiously difficult, requiring multiple powerups to win. Not sure if they realize that there is no fun when there is no puzzle to solve. Using anywhere from 5 to 10 powerups to clear a level is not "solving" a puzzle. It's just boring. 4 stars for 1st 1000 levels. 1 star for the rest.

I love this game, it's great for strategy and killing time. However, the extremely loud talking ads that come up are why I gave four stars. Especially after midnight EST, they'll come blaring out without warning, and often don't have a mute, and do NOT respond to game sound level settings. No talking ads! Edit: Also, now the ads glitch out near constantly late at night, forcing me to close out the app, often in the middle of the game. Your ads make it very difficult to play.

The game freezes and crashes, causing you to lose lives, and causes you to have to wait longer to play again! Update: I've lost over a dozen lives (or hearts) due to these crashes and sometimes 2 at a time! It also does not give special gems such as when you align 4 in a row, 6 together to make the star, and 6 in a row to make the sphere. It has a lot of bugs. Also, I have been able to answer the question of the day many times, but I didn't have the proper emoji to use.

Love this game, but it is constantly freezing up and interrupts my game play. I have to completely close out and restart. Progress isn't saved and it takes away hearts but I don't have a choice but to close out. Hard to enjoy a game you can't play. Snowman challenge doesn't work, missing out on that. If I use one of my extras to help beat a level I don't get that back once it freezes. If I use coins for additional moves, I lose those as well and sometimes I purchase... what a waste! Might delete

First things first, not the biggest fan of the sound design in this game. Can't compare to Peggle's Ode to Joy, but oh well. On to gameplay. At first I thought the gaps and differently shaped maps were a neat addition, but quickly I realized they just over-complicate gameplay and don't add much substance. The rivers are cool, though. Finally, I despise that you cannot turn off automatic hints. What a terrible decision. As an avid Popcap fan, not sure if I can recommend this game. Play Classic.

Really slow. At the end of each level you can't tap to end the animation. Have to push three times on the next level to start another level. Just makes it really slow and boring. Other games are more responsive and don't force you to watch silly things after finishing a level. I only got to level 14 before I was so annoyed at tapping trying to move on and having to wait.

Edit: 12/22/23. another update, another change in review. I am now unable to open the game at all. After clicking on the game to start, it throws me back to my home screen games folder. Tried restarting the phone, but still nothing. Finally got so frustrated that I uninstalled/reinstalled. Worked long enough to prove I lost most of my boosters, but stopped again when I tried to open the game later. I love playing this game when I can actually play it! Fix the stupid glitches already! THIS SUCKS

Game is super fun and mindless, great for unwinding. Would be 5 stars but in the last week or so, after a month or more of the app performing well, it hasn't been able to load past the start menu. I've uninstalled/re-installed, cleared cache and data, reported the bugs, but to no avail. Hope it gets fixed before I find another app to use as a distraction and to throw disposable income into. Update: started working again ~early October, has been good until 1/3/24. Stopped working again!

I enjoyed playing bejeweled on the PC when I was younger and was happy to see the game in the app store. This is a fun way to pass the time. My only complaint is that the corvus' challenge seems impossible to win. Would like to see it work the same as other challenges instead of it sending me all the way back to level one if I lose a level. Otherwise, it's an awesome app and game!
