I am new to online shopping and Overstock has made the transition a whole lot easier then some of the others. They have a customer service phone number where a decent human actually answers & is ready & willing to help you!!! They know what they're talking about & if they can't help you then they make sure that they get you to the right person/department. I'm very impressed by, the app, it's pretty understandable, the quality of merchandise, and most certainly the cust.service & fraud dept.

The app is horrible. It won't let me sign in ever! For weeks I keep getting unknown error messages and their team is of no help. It's like they can't clear their data. It worked once on my laptop but once I reloaded and tried the app on my phone again, I can't log into the website on my laptop again. Poor app and low tech support. And yes? I've rebooted, reloaded, cleared caches and all.the good stuff. I'm an android user.

Only reason I need the app is to track an order. The ads and offers and suggestions are invasive of every screen is move to. It overwhelms whatever i try to do. Can't view anything about my current order without suggestions overwhelming the screen. Can't review my previous order (area Rug) but there are several recommendations for other rugs that I can view in great detail. Will delete and shop elsewhere after my delivery. I get that this is the app of a retail outlet. But this is obnoxious.

SECURITY NIGHTMARE "Overstock pasted your clipboard", every time I open the app. Last time I had sensitive information in my clipboard and I forgot about it until I opened overstock. It doesn't even give you a chance to try to paste, it automatically pastes. I quickly checked, sure enough, they now had the NAP of one of someone they had no business having. They trick you into opening the app with constant sale notifications And then paste whatever's on your clipboard. I'm uninstalling

This app is STILL NOT Working right. It is slow & freezes when opening 'save for later'. I am having difficulty editing the quantity & removing items from my cart. It says that I have 4 items but only 3 are actually visible in my cart. Therefore, I can not check out. Still can't edit my lists that I have been saving to plan remodeling , gifts and decorating which renders them useless. Very frustrating. This app has had functional problems for well over a month. Why haven't they been resolved?

The Overstock App is the best way for me to have easy access to ALL of my favorite things! It's difficult to find quality items (brand names), offering the lowest prices in one place. The vast array of selections, in every category, always amazes me. I've even discovered hard to find items within Overstock's inventory. This App is user-friendly and full of daily surprises.

I've never used Overstock before. When prompted to get the app I did. I find it unappealing that a screen name has already been picked for you at random. Or the fact that I can't just simply look add to favorites without creating an account first. The pictures don't show what the product size is. So, let's say you're looking at purchasing an area rug, that has many sizes. Well the picture doesn't change to depict the correct size making it very misleading. App deleted!

Pros-great app. simple to use. well designed and user friendly interface. Cons-vague/broad product categorization and doesn't show a large quantity of the products that are available, needing an specific search to made to browse products not noticeably listed in the drop down category sections. But overall, 8ts a good app with decent prices. Definitely my number 2 go to shopping app, after Amazon!

I can always find what I am looking for. Depending on the item I want they can have a few options to almost too many options. PRICES are fair and I think overall cheaper than most stores. No complaints with quality but you get what you pay for. For their shipping: I feel I just get done completing my order and the package is sitting on my front deck. I buy from Overstock a lot and do have Overstock credit card. I do recommend them.

My biggest issue is every time I tap to view an item and go back to the list, it takes me back to the top of the list. So annoying and time consuming. Also, I don't feel that you have as many departments available to choose. I have to search for products in the search bar rather than navigating with the app. Thinking im going to uninstall and just use the site through my browser.

App doesn't work on android. When the screen loads, and you have the option to sign in or sign up, it freezes. Tapping on anything doesn't work. The only thing you can do is exit the app. Love the site, but this is unacceptable for the app. And before someone says it, I am using the most updated app because I just downloaded it. I've also reinstalled it 4 times.

Updated to 4 stars because they company corrected the app and now it works great. I'm not sure why the previous update broke it up, at least the company listens and corrects things. It's appreciated since I do a lot of online shopping for my customers. Horrible. The app freezes everytime I try and use it. I thought it was a needed update, tried that, still freezes. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling just to be sure, freezes as soon as I open it.

The app is unusable. Navigating it is like a maze. There is no way to get to the home screen easily. You have to hit back multiple times to get to the home screen. When viewing product listings and changing color selection on items, the image does not get updated to reflect your selection, and with pictures not being labeled with color is impossible to tell which image corresponds to what color. Wayfair makes shopping so much easier!

I want to love this app, but it does a really poor job of enabling users to sift through their huge inventory of items. Scrolling through my search results, I get so many duplicates. And if I tap to look at the details of one and then return to the search results list, it takes me back to the top of the list. Also my favorites list always errors out the first time I try to open it. I have to close and restart the app to view my favorites.

The coupons DON'T work! It showed I got a 20% off coupon as a new member, but the coupon wouldn't apply, so I tried to remove and re-add it, and then it disappeared! I got a new coupon for 15% off, and this time it showed it applied and my price dropped to roughly $50. After checkout, $64, no coupon. Contacted customer service. They can't apply the coupon, they can't guarantee they can cancel the order, and I have to pay for the shipping if I receive it and want to return it. Terrible experience

App doesn't work on Android. Sign in screen is frozen and keeps loading forever. The issue is consistent with favorites and even through search results. The spinner keeps loading forever without fetching any results. I used to love this app and also ordered quiet few things before but looks like some recent update broke this app for Android. Please test the app for multiple android devices to reproduce the issue, this has been reported by other android users as well.

The problem with this app is... After you do a search you add all your filters you tap on an item. Discover it's not the item you want tap the back button to go to your list and you have to start at the beginning. So if you've just sorted through 20,000 items and you'd search through a couple of hundred you're now at the beginning again it does not take you back to the item just before. Terrible setup please fix it.
