keeps crashing constantly. doesn't show the full range of products identical to website. reference articles (know more) aren't hyperlinked. this app seems to be in it's infancy. I am new to beauty bay. if the developers don't work on fixing this issues soon, I would be forced to uninstall it. that would be a shame!

Love the stuff but two stars knocked off for the awful advertising spam all the time. I know I can turn notifications/ emails off but they are helpful when you do want to buy something. But I don't want to buy something 8 times a day or place an order the day after I've made one. They use alarming messages to get your attention too. Not impressed.

App is ok. The website is easier though. I find the app easy to navigate however I find that it lags sometimes, especially if I have a few items in my cart. The other issue I have is that it asks me to log in every time I use the app. I only use apps because of the convenience of not having to log in every time and this one ruins that for me.
