The app is pretty and mostly is easy to use however the filter setting is quite confusing. Most websites use a filter which narrows down to only products with the filters you chose: so if I chose only red items, + cruelty free, it only shows ones which are red AND cruelty free. But Beauty Bay's filter would show all red items, and also all cruelty free items, so I don't have a way of finding the ones which match my requirements, if that makes sense. I would find it easier if this changes.

Massive and wide range on hight quality products. Love Beauty Bay but... giving 3* as app keeps crashing constantly, can't see all shades of products and scrolling through products is a nightmare. Very annoying. It use to work perfectly fine... Better/easier to use website then the app now (which I do). Shame as I'd defo would have a look (and prob made a purchase!) more often through app then website. I just can't be bothered with it. Please please please... fix it! lol x

I'm am finding a problem when scrolling through a brands products that after about half of the list the pictures are not loading, and also that there are multiples of the same product for different shades which I don't find makes navigation of the search page as user friendly as it used to be.. Apart from these issues I love beauty bay and will continue to be an avid customer 😍😍

I love beauty bay but the app stresses me out! It constantly jumps when looking at products so you have to keep scrolling up to find your place again.

Beauty Pie is amazing but too many times I have tried to open the app and it wont go past the logo screen. I know your team is working hard on new versions but this is a real problem.

Lately this has become one of the worst apps I've ever used. I can never scroll through without it refreshing and showing different things. I can't even see my wishlist in full anymore.

Cannot sign in no matter how many times I try. I am definitely using the correct email and password, the error is not my own. I went to try on my secondary phone, which is not old, but I can't even install it as the play store says it will not work on my device. Ridiculous.

"you get a discount if you install the app" discount hardly to be found. then finally found it, then changed the country to Belgium in the app, was on UK, and suddenly couldnt enter a discount anymore. finally gave up cause i wanna go to bed. be better

"Free gift if you use the app". Well, it was not possible to submit the order using the app, after multiple rounds of paypal verification and redirecting to the shopping bag the submit order button does not exist 🤡 The app is garbage, deleting it. Didn't receive the gift as I had to order from the website due to technical problems with the app even though I tried it 🤷‍♀️

Great app with lots of options, offers and brands. The biggest downside is that after a while, the app tends to seize up and become slow and unresponsive. Adding things to your wishlist doesn't work 100% of the time. Usually resolvable with a restart though.

website and app are annoying as hell. set up account and then couldn't log in. contacted supposed and got the most pointless advice. set up a different account, same happened again. had to purchase as a guest. app just jumps about even after clicking next, next, next... it's such a shame as it has cracking products at great prices but I got that narked with the functioning of the app I just couldn't be bothered continuing with it.

when scrolling through lots of products, I'll reach a certain part of the page and suddenly, it will jump to the very bottom of the product list! I then have to scroll upwards but I won't be able to view any of the things I had seen before the page jumped, and I will not be able to view about a third of the products at all. this has been happening for months now, but the app didn't use to do this. fix it please, it makes the app almost unusable as I can't see everything I search for!!

Great except for the most important part: the payment page. Doesn't allow you to enter promo codes most of the time, and outright rejected (somehow can't verify) my payment method several times, had to use paypal to get it to go through. Honestly considering uninstalling and finding a similar platform to make my makeup purchases.

The app will display items on discount but not when in checkout. I contacted their customer service and they told me they don't control the prices. I then sent screenshots to clarify what I meant and they told me to use desktop browser instead. Also they reiterated they don't control the prices. So that's what I do. Thanks BeautyBay CS!

Keeps jumping back to the top while I'm scolling but it's not actually the top because everything I scrolled through is gone along with a good chuck after it *updated to add* actually checking out was a nightmare, I would select my payment method and nothing would happen. Tried several different methods and cards before it acknowledged I paid. Probably won't be purchasing again, especially through the app. Applied a discount to my order, only for it to disappear after payment, charged full price

I adore this app!! The app itself is easy to navigate, and there is a description of each item, what it is and its function, which is super helpful when you arent familiar with a certain product. They have a wide selection of k-beauty and skincare brands. The prices range from super cheap to high so there's something for everyone!! I ordered from them and got my haul in less than 2 weeks to the States. The shipping isnt cheap, but it is worth it! Better than Ulta & Sephora!!
