My 9 year old daughter purchased this app not knowing what she was doing. For some reason it charged her €43.99 8 times. Totalling to €351.92 I tried to get a refund through Google play but it was refused so I tried emailing them but they said there is nothing they can do and only refund through Google play. When I tried to explain it wouldn't work, they repeated the same email again stating I can only get a refund through Google. Criminals! Avoid.

I installed the app may 7th, couldnt use it and so i tried to cancel the free trial. That didnt work. i sent an email to the apps support site and since then theyve been billing me $40, four times already since may 7th! Noone is responding to the emails, but someone is billing me. This is fraud! I want my money back Is there anyone that got their money back? There are so many bad teviews why is this app still even operating from google? The developers running a scam and do not engage customers!

In the app, they ask you to rate it , but unless you give it five stars it won't let you rate or say anyting. I don't like this app the ads won't let you X out. But most of all there's no way for me to unsubscribe My Credit Card payment, except to wait until it charges my account and then dispute it with my credit card company. I also wonder what they're doing with my credit card number cuz it sure doesn't l feel like an honest company.

Lots of bad reviews for this app, I'm happy that I didn't subscribe and didn't rush to put in it my credit card for "free trail" promised.

I dont reccomend this app. Its hard to find out how to cancel a subscription (press contact us on the app and they will send you an email on how). Using the 3 day trial and if you cant cancel it they just take your money without warning. If you arent careful this app can easily take you money and advantage of you. Not to mention almost 30 quid a week ?!?!

It's not free! IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE..! $29.99 + tax EVERY WEEK...! What a joke... It says in app purchases, generally when an app says that it's free, but you can purchase an upgrade, no adds version, toquens, etc. I open the app, it says 15 days trial then every second the counts goes down. I click it at 13 days and it only gave me 3 days, this is misleading. Even to get the 3 days trail, wants me to put my payment info, then that it will charge $29.99 + tax EVERY WEEK... That's crazy...

I cancelled this subscription on the same day that I decided to try the free trial period. And when I looked at my bank statement from Wells Fargo I noticed that they took money out. Even worse they also took money from my PayPal as well. I notified PayPal and they did absolutely nothing about it. But Wells Fargo Fraud Department filled a formal complaint against that company. I showed them where the money was taken from PayPal as well I hired a Lawyer I'm on disability and I'm tired of this.

This app is a scam I opted me to do the free trial but after I agreed to see if the app even really worked. It has me stuck on the 1st page to apply your number and IV tried many times. After I got tired of trying I wanted out and wanted to cancel my subscription. But there is no options to do so. What a total scam in trying to lock someone in to a trap. I do not suggest even downloading this app or you will be on a call with your bank trying to sort things out.

THEIEVES!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO USE THIS APP N THEY DID NOT REFUND ME. DO NOT INSTALL OR SUBSCRIBE!! I did contact developers. They STILL DID NOT REFUND!!

This qpp stole $400 from my account. I notice the weekly deductions of $45 a week and I didn't even get to use the app. I hope Google removes this app from the play store and banned the company from adding more future apps.

false advertising. it does not detect the location of the contacts from your phone unless the other party downloads the app. Defects the purpose of finding someone by surprise

WARNING! WARNING! I have no idea how these people got my credit card number. But they have been charging me every week for the past 4 weeks. You call their customer service. No one answers. They don't even identify themselves in the message. I am in the process of trying to dispute these charges but I have been told I may actually have to cancel my credit card.

This app is very good to track the location of any family member but there are two things I don't like about it one is that this app keeps running in background which consumes battery and secondly install this app in both mobiles, and icon should not show on status bar.
