Couldn't send money to other BDO account.I uninstalled the app to refresh it but same problem.Total balance updating but doesn't show new transaction history, need to go to the bank to update my passbook before it will show updated transactions in the BDO online application. Very frustrating app! Asked the bank but they don't know what's the problem, they said many clients are also having problems with this new app.The old app is much much better functionality.No need to migrate to this new app.

This app used to be the best... And very smooth. But recently. lt's been really complicated and starting to become a pain. A lot of system maintenance. App always unable to refresh when I was just trying to see my balance, and this happens almost everyday...

The app system is always on maintenance. This app is very slow in all activities balance inquery money transfer and other activities. There are some times that the atm balance is not the same with the current app balance. Please make your app a more useful and fast in processing. There are a lot of loading or buffing time.

Its working fine but sometimes my account balance wont show even if I refresh it.. I could still transfer though cause it shows up when I choose which account to debit from but its not real time.. When you go back after the transaction, the balance is still the same which makes u doubt if the transfer was successful.

Using the Need help logging in feature and getting back your account details via email fails to work in the app it'd be much better to let that feature be on websites instead. Using the website to promote the app by excluding important features may leave its users frustrated due to the apps bad functionality. Ive been trying to retrieve my details several times over the past few weeks as a new user this is quite frustrating

All the money transfers were unsuccessful. I tried BDO to Gcash and BDO to other banks, and all of them were unsuccessful. Unable to do successful transaction even once and this is almost my 2 months using BDO Online app. It's my first time experiencing this inconvenience while using the BDO Online app. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the same issue persists. Is there any advice regarding this issue? Any response will be appreciated. Thank you!!!

This is totally not helpful, not only the app that is useless but the whole bank itself. The customer service is not helpful; you have to wait for an hour in the queue, and when you're in, they cannot provide you with a resolution to your problem. Unlike other banks, they have chat, email, and easy-to-connect customer service. This bank is not a friendly-user bank. The rate should be zero.

This application is not getting any better and not reliable at all. When you purchase a load, it will give you an error message that it was unsuccessful; however, the amount will be deducted. Most of the time, the process is completed even though it is showing that it was unsucessful. Sometimes, you'll just have to wait for 3 business days for them to revert the deducted amount of unsuccessful transaction.

Very poor app. My online web password cannot be detected in the app. I have to make a different password in the app. Now I have 2 passwords to remember, one for the web and another for the app. Just today, i was logged out and asked to login. Now my credentials dont work and I got locked. Tried to reset and now my username and password "does not match our records". What a stupid app. Whoever is maintaining this app needs to get cancer and die immediately.

APP does not work as expected, at all... why we need to migrate to a new App when we are losing functionality and features, i cannot even make a bank transfer. If you are launching a new App expectations are higher and I do assume, it has been througly tested which in this case i doubt it as it has more bugs that anything else. Have this fix once and for all... bcoz its dissapointed to have a new App which does not work as expecting. The APP Its useless, shame on you ... developers.

As of the moment, the app does not really do much to live up with the purpose it had been entitled to do as expected. It always had posed difficulties for me in sending dollars to another dollar account. Says that either check the internet (even if its okay) and almost all were unsuccessful attempts to transfer money. Hope this gets fixed, and to provide users with convenient usage . Not the other way around.

This app sucks. **It won't allow me to transfer funds from my dollar account to my peso account. **Can't pay credit card balance. **Arbitrarily fails to process payments. **Delays GCash payments randomly without notice for days after it debits the funds. **Fails to show the running balance on individual transactions. **Notifications apper only after signing into the app, not in real time.

Terrible. I was able to transact 2x 5-digit amount for a suppose single payment because the balance did not change real-time, and all 2 transactions did not reflect a successful 'send money transaction' notification. The 2nd was just a 'send money in progress' only. I can't even check it at the app transaction notification itself. Only transactions from the day before were the ones posted. No email confirming my transaction and as mentioned, my balance is the same. Posted debited after 3 hrs

Terrible app and service experience. There's not much to offer compared to other bank apps and real time transfer is horrendous. For 3 straight days I couldn't transfer to my other banks because of an unknown error and always incurring fees whereas others are free or have limits at least. Payment using the app is such a hassle for the same reason as well. All in all, using the app is terrible beyond belief.

I rarely review any app here but this app is so bad. Forced to download this from their previous app, expecting an upgrade but I can't even use this properly. So slow, always in maintenance, and all the important and basic features (that were actually useful) from their previous app were gone. Might as well go to the physical bank and transact there. I only exposed my bank to the dangers of connecting to the internet because of this app.

I'm unable to access my BDO Online account through the app. Even though I'm entering the correct username and password, the app prompts me that my account is locked. When I try to reset my password, I don't receive the One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS. This makes it difficult to regain access to my account. It would be helpful if the app provided alternative methods for resetting passwords in case OTP delivery fails.

App is clunky despite looking prettier that it's predecessor. User experience is also bad as it tries to differentiate itself from the old one (ex the 'send to' is to be filled out first before the 'send from' on own accounts), should've left it as is. On top of this, the credentials are different from the one used in the website. Now I have to remember a different password for the same app.

Please fix the app. It always say it's experiencing downtime, like that is all it does all the time. I've been trying to send money since 10hrs ago and nothing has changed. At least fix it because not everyone can go to the actual bank all the time or at least make another platform for us to use. This app is so tiring, it doesn't work 90% of the time. Upgrade it please, because it's causing problems and inconvenience.

App always encounters different kinds of errors and their maintenance teams and developers do not a good job of maintaining the stability of their app. There is always a downtime. This makes their app very unreliable. There is always a fear that your transfers would not go through. Also transfers to other banks cost 10 pesos and they do not have it work so that you can have a few free transfers for a certain amount only.

This is such a terrible app. You can't even look up any previous transactions on your account. Just gives you your balance. That is it! If I can give a zero star review I would. I preferred the old app way better. I had my account, mortgage and credit card listed and I had more control or features over it. With the new one it is just showing my local account. And I live overseas so online banking is a must for me. BDO listen to your bad reviews!
