Why now asking for Location every time I open this app? And why I MUST TURN ON LOCATION? Nope nah, if you want to collect and sell my data, don't bother, I'm just poor citizen with bank account less than a million in it.

The app work just fine now. Keep up the good work! ed: If I have to describe with 2 words: simple and reliable. Simple doesn't mean it's not good; older and younger generation could easily understand its navigation because of the simplicity. Reliable here because you could count on this app for most of the time. Even though the features are not as fancy as other newer banking apps, m-bca very rarely down. Kudos to the team!

the top up flazz card feature always becoming the trouble in my case for years now, it says the card cant be read (i scanned 3 cards with the "wifi logo") even with a different phone. I'm hoping this could be fixed sooner or later. Thankyou

fast, smooth, reliable, but the UI is just ancient. the app doesn't support English and biometric login. what worries me the most is it doesn't have PUSH NOTIFICATION, which is a very urgent feature nowadays since someone might breach into our account without us being notified. we must add the recipient's account into our contact first before we can make any transfer and this is super annoying. plus, in credit card menu, we can't even distinguish between debit and credit transactions.

It will be better if there's an option to create an alias for the transfer accounts name since sometime we only remember the shop name but their account name not like the shop name...so it's sometime make me confuse to find what the shop account is... Thank you...

I can't use my BCA mobile because it always show red light even though my signals was great. Please fix it ASAP I need to do transactions. I already use the internet connection from the SIM card used for the BCA Mobile application, and my internet connection is strong and stable but still can't connected to the apps.

Why can't i do transaction in time of needs? It doesnt event make sense you just said "gagal transaksi (01)" but no reason at all. Is the application in maintance?

Though functional, the app looks like it was made in the 1990s with ATM like interface. Overall banking experience is not smooth, because some processes (ie verification) are very rigid. I was once logged out overseas and unable to log back in. Customer service was not able to help. Difficult to use this app if you're overseas, especially if you encounter any issues/ errors - basically troubleshooting solutions are not made with overseas customers in mind.

Bad experience when trying to move device. When you failed verification on the new device, it will block the account altogether. So, in summary, in terms of security, if someone else tries to verify your account in another device, you will also suffer. Genius design.

what is your problem truly to ask a customer to enable their GPS location? is there a security breach that you need to implement these new measures to minimize threats? i just want to pay with ease, why not make it optional? please fix.

The worst banking app I ever seen. It will not cost you too much to renew the UI. So confusing, So complicated, like browsing a website from 90's

The single most useful feature of this app is QRIS, but it does 't work. It is still a handy app, but it only has one hand now. BCA tech - Stop messing around and get it working. Samsung S22 - Uninstall, reinstalled, and the phone works with QRIS from another bank.

Overall a very good service app. But, I found a problem that bother me so much. It's the name display system. In account number, e-statement, and card info. Why can this app provide to show full name instead of truncated name. It's bothering me so much that I've must able to show full name in this app to provide proof of bank account ownership (but it can't). Thanks in advance!.

Slow startup after updating. It takes 5-10 seconds to open, so much time consuming for a bank application. Never been like this before updating the app.

Clear and simple, but the look is so old. Make it more modern & fresh doesn't mean it'll make it difficult to use. Also, I think it's safer if you hide the letters and numbers when we type the access code so, people don't see it.

The latest version not available delete menu of past transactions listing please restore the menu to make it easier for customers to manage transactions, also every time to log in it's have to turn on the location and this is quite troublesome, the update should make it easier and not make use more difficult.

5 stars before adding location featurr, but I gave 1 now. need to turn on location is silly and annoying. I don't know what kind of security measure do you implement, but it is silly indeed. this app is for mobile banking not for other fields such as delivery, food, etc.

Why you need to access user location to be able to use the app? Also, it's getting harder to get the green status even though my connection is more than 30 Mbps with pretty much stable ping around 30ms (update-1: why you need user location to even login to the app? If user doesn't allow it, user cannot use the app at all, why?)(update-2: so this is mandatory. Will not change my rating until you remove the mandatory user location & will use the atm and cash often rather use the app. Thanks.)
