The app is clunky (the home page is full with unnecessary promotions and "cards" that just make it hard to find the relevant information) and I'm very frustrated with the "Categorization" feature. First of all, it doesn't immediately categorize expenses but you have to wait for a while (usually until the next day). And then once it incorrectly categorizes an expense and you try to change the category, it doesn't actually pick up that change! This really renders the feature useless to me.

Interface is very unclear. Support chat history is deleted by itself, you can't copy info from it or attach images. Impossible to find English speaking support agent. Annoying pushes and ads EVERYWHERE

I was giving this IBAN DATAS to my Pension Bank in Switzerland to send it to BBVA in Spain. After 16 Days, my veryfied Transfer has STILL not been in my Account. I wrote several times the Customer Service, I made additionally Online Meetings and the Outcome was, that BBVA, and GOOGLE with that, CANCELLED my approved and registered Appointment without solving my Problems. Calling per Phone fell short too, as NON OF THEM SEEMS TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Still NO Money!! USELESS!!!

Unfortunatelly the worst banking app I ever saw... You can not find anything easily, and there is no chance that you can log in if you change your phone. Also there is no chance to change the password. Or you don't get any sms to confirm or it's says that it's an invalid user.

The worst app that I used. No, really. Do you want to do something through the app? Haha, call the support and they'll tell you to go to your local bank office. Want to send money instantly? Pay for it. Want to use your card outside of EU? Pay a commission for it. Did you choose English in settings? Haha, take these notifications in Spanish only. What, you don't want to see a lottery ad when you open the app? It's your problem. Just awful

Horrible app. No running totals. You can see prior deposits or charges. Just the current month. The app is not user friendly.

One of the best banking experiences, had no issues to connect other bank accounts, and also very clear expenses vs incomes comparisons for the month, maybe the only one thing to change here, as the nomina comes usually the last days of the month, to count it from there instead of 1st of the month. But good job overall!

Not a good app , looking to move a generic app or change my bank. Lots of adds and I feel i am the product, the app always shows credit offer and so on. Tired of dismissing them at every app log in :( Update: After devs response, Yes definitely there are things to be done immediately. As a QA software tester, several times I gave feedbacks with in the app. No response I got. I turned off all the notification but it made it less useful, I miss important updates as well :( etc

Definitely the best user experience I got so far. The app is fast, reliable and intuitive, and with a quite good look and feel. You literally cannot ask anything more out of it.

AVOID THIS BANK. BBVA ARE THIEVES. Twice Charged 21€ Commission to receive a SEPA € transfer, for which two other banks do not charge anything for this exact type of transfer. New BBVA account received a 23€ SEPA transfer in EUROS, not £, that's EUROS SEPA. BBVA charge 21€ so I only got 2€ !!. This 21€ seems to be invented by BBVA does not appear anywhere in the documentation. AVOID BBVA THEY ARE COMMON THIEVES.

The app is one of the most complicated I have ever encountered. It is deliberately made to NOT be user friendly. When you get through the sea of insignificant data, you are left with the most confusing interface which has no other purpose but to force you to allow them to handle everything in your name, leaving you with no personal agency. You are not allowed to know your card number, expiration date, nor CVC all in sake of "privacy." I will switch banks tomorrow - MONDAY!

Overall is good, BUT bizum payment experience is so painful every time. There is a stupid phone number validation. It requires to remove spaces, and any other symbols in phone number. So you cannot just copy and paste number from messanger. App clean it for me.

Easy and fast. I like this app and BBVA. But the Acqua card is a bit annoying, even though I understand it's for my safety that I need to check the number and CVV online every time I need to add my card to make a payment.

There are way too many ads about offers, promos, or loans! Can you just wait until I actually need them or put one at the time in places that are not on the way of the info that I actually need on my feed? The one who is in charge of the apps content come probably from a retail store, those that don't leave you alone as soon as you enter the store!!!

As much as I like the bank app because of its complete features and detailed information, I'm having a hard time transferring it to a new device. I've log in with the username and password that I know and says error. I tried to change password and it says error. I connect with customer service in English, also says error and when I speak to a Spanish customer service, language barrier is evident. I hope there's a better way to accommodate English speakers like me.

The app does what it should do. However, like many other responses, the amount of pop-ups just to get to our account information is very frustrating. Makes handling the virtual card a pain and I have to inform others before they open an account. To me, it is that annoying and we should have the option to prevent the unnecessary soliciting every time we open the app to do a quick transaction or check. I don't have this issue with my other banks.

This is a well designed app except for one major flaw: the virtual debit card. It works great until it doesn't, and it doesn't very often, because it's deactivated after a few uses and they require you to enter the application to reactivate it. I might be able to make 3 or 4 purchases, but then I find myself trying to purchase something and I can't. I have to enter the app and spend at least 2 minutes to get it working again. I've contact BBVA 3x on this issue, they are without any solution.
