Only the welcome screen is visible. A blue screen is seen when entering as a bank customer.

The phone BBVA app doesnt work properly. Either gets frozen or requests you to run the request later. This app needs reshaping.

Month ago, mainly in the evening time, it has started showing me the CVV error and denies online payments. It appears message : "Wrong CVV, enter the dynamic CVV found in your BBVA app", even when I use only dynamic CVV generated each time by BBVA app.

App keeps insisting to set up biometric auth even though there are security concerns. Attempting to use the app before this setup screen appears blocks the app from any interaction until restart.

I love the app. It's user-friendly and has all the operations I need to do. It's also very safe, so I give the app 5 stars. Of course, it can still be improved according to the necessities of the users. 🙂👏🏻

The app sucks, I can't send money overseas through the app, even though it says you can. I cannot withdraw dollars outside of Peru. If I knew it would be this much of a hassle I would've closed my bank with BBVA and gone to Scotia Bank.

The app does not work. Token fails, app crashes constantly. Phone support does not provide assistance, and they have hidden charges.

I don't get what you guys are doing with the app. It was working fine yesterday but now I can't do anything at all, can't even log into my account. Really bad app, seriously considering changing banks

kind of bloatware with videos and animations. but fulfills the requirements. though some processes aren't easy to find in the webapp.

Describe my experience it says hmmm. Well, it's a bit like all the other Peruvian banks and apps, useless!!! Compared with BCP the interface is nice but, again it's not very functional when trying to pay something and it seems to take ages to log in. The fingerprint doesn't work so...and the stupidity of can't set up an account if you don't have DNI, which is completely irrelevant as I did it for my wife anyway so where's the security there? Compared to other apps in other countries, well..

The app was very useful but unfortunately after last update, is not working correctly. Currently the option related to the management of the cards disappear. Also when entering is blocked and need to launch couple of times. Shame of you. I received developer response on Spanish. Normally customer's support, need to respond on the language of review. Probably (I guess) international company needs to offer international support on English as well... Or is very difficult...

The app is very slow and completely breaks if you happen to lose connection at any point while it is loading something. You have to completely kill the process and open the app again. It finally fixed the contact selection and uses the phone's main contact registry so at least that part is not as annoying as it was.
