The application is available in Spanish, Catalan, English, Portuguese, Italian and French.
Permissions required:
• View your contacts: select contacts from the agenda to carry out cell phone top ups, send cash through the Mobile Cash service, send notifications of transfers made, etc.
• Location: search the nearest services in the ATM and branch locator
• Receive SMS: automatically capture the SMS codes during the authorization of transactions (setting available in "Settings/automatic SMS code")
• Make telephone calls: Get in touch with Contact BBVA or with your remote bank adviser, notify the insurance company of incidents, etc.
• Multimedia files: store documents in the device's memory such as bills, documents associated with transactions, etc.
• Take photographs: scan bar codes to pay bills
• Other permissions requested enable the status of your internet connection to be checked and enable it to be used to exchange data with BBVA, to use Google Maps services...

Such a stupid app ever I use I give you one star because they're not allow me less every time when I want to use this application whenever I try to open a message appear on it service is temporary unable please try again over and over again and again what the hell is this

I like the bbva app for business users, it's easy to use and very secure. 1 thing i don't like is, it block you if miss the credentials at login.

Cannot load update. All banks have lost their minds with this new security nonsense. I hope they all lose their damn jobs. Mandated by who? The customers demanded this extra level of security? Who made this decision? Where does the bank get its money from? Was any bank client ever asked if they felt this was needed? This is not an increase to security because if someone has access to your phone, security will be irrelevant. My job is online banking with multiple accounts and banks. No time!!!

A couple of months ago. App is working fine but after the last update app did not work.when i open the app the Screen completely Turn blue.And If app is open is turn back automatically.I have reinstall the app but the same result.But know i am thinking of changing from bbva to La caixa worst app service Did not deserve even 0 star....😷😷😷

Had to downgrade to 1 star: Making transfers results in an HTTP error. Even trying to rate the app from within the app results in an HTTP error (that's karma, I gues...). And paying taxes with the scan codes still does not work properly or not all all. I use this app only for signing otherwise created transactions, otherwise it's quite useless.

Poor design and optimization. It looks like from 10 years ago. Very slow login. There's a bug and you can't sign multiple operations. So if you need to sign 3 transactions you have to shut down the app before signing each transaction, otherwise it will tell you that the phone you're using doesn't have a security token and after 5 trials the account will be locked. Of course if you close the app and sign the order transaction everything works. 1 at a time...
