Error solved, the app is back to normal and working like a charm. Current funcionality is good: quick payments and transfers, sign in with fingerprint, two factor authentication.

It fails very often.... I can't create BBAV mobile account. After the verification, it just crashes without finish the process.

Just changed my phone and even though I have the same number and entered my username and password, I can't turn on my cards! I can see all my products but I can't use them and nobody knows how to solve it. Worst thing ever!!

Either crashes from time to time, or updates every time they want or just gets too slow. Falla cada vez, sobretodo cuando más se le necesita.

Please, fix the App, it's not working for over a week already and the BBVA Net website doesn't work either, the bank doesn't answer phone calls or respond emails or messages, it is impossible to contact them.

the application works but only to check the status. to do transference or to to pay bills you need to scan your identification card, and it is not working I tried with three different cell phones ....2 huawei, 2 motorola.

Positively useless. Can't activate the digital token (as in it returns an error). And the very nice support staff calls twice a day (for a week already) with no change. They keep "escalating". The case should be at the Pearly gates by now...

Even worst now, there's no one alive in the phone number, I sent an email no answer, I don't have a working tool, what's a is this crappy service or tool for, if you call your selves developers, well there needs to hire competent people that build a proper app for cellphones but this trash is useless, really disappointed.

Why did they delimit the other app. The new app is absolutely useless, you can't do any form of transfer even to pay my bills, it keeps saying operation failed. What happened to the former app, and why do my friends still have the former app. I didn't request for this new app. When I went to the bank the guy was asking me where I got this new app from, like I manufactured it. Ease can we go back to the former app? Or at least give me back the former app.

The app is extremely slow, whatever thing that you want to do, the app reload, when open the app, reload, when someone add money to my account, reload, and never I had receive a notification on line. I can do everything here, but is too slow.

It sucks, it simply sucks. Is awful, every single time it has to load I don't know what or why, is incredibly slow, sometimes it crashes without a reason and anyway I need to go to the bank to do a simple transaction. I hate it, specifically the thing it has to load everything time for every single action

Although sometimes it takes time to load some pages, I think the app it's wonderful in terms of security, it requires you to enter your credentials every time and supports the option of two-factor authentication. Also it is really full of helpful features, I think given the advantages it takes the disadvantages out of the plate.

Clumsey... New app is horrible. Will not accept 2 step verification,amongst other abilities., Even at BBVA branch with mgr on phone with support did not work. Ended up deleting app and installing old app (which worked perfect). Now 1 week later this new trash is on my phone again with same problems!! Delete again and reinstall old. You guys are not getting the message!

The old one version was much better, this app is absolutely useless , the option "RETIRA" is missing, also it is not possible to find the option "TOKEN DIGITAL CAJERO BBVA" nor "RETIRO SIN TARJETA " letters are too big and disorganized. Additionally it's not available to set it. You should improve this interface soon,it's really unpleasant to use this version.

The UX on this app is horrible. It literally needs to load every single option you choose, it takes ages and It's so annoying. Login is hard, transactions never get completed. Options in the bank portafolio are limited. I can't see my transactions. Information is different from the website to the app. To activate things that are digital I need to go to physical place like the ATM to active the token option. Worst app ever. I was a client around 5 years ago and the app was descent. It sucks now

Often fails to function on laptops, tablets, computers as it repeatedly blocks. Clearing cache is unsuccessful in correcting this BBVA repeat, identical security error. Very much unreliable in this manner. I find, however, I can succeed via my smartphone as my workaround. This problem has been repeatedly brought to the attention of BBVA Bank staff to resolve. The reality is, even with their entering notes into the system, this App reverts to repeat blocking my access. Troublesome & Unreliable
