The products on the Bbdaily app are outrageously expensive, while other apps like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart offer far superior deals. Items on Bbdaily are priced at least 10% higher than in retail stores and other apps. A salesman came to our house, encouraging us to install the app and promising free deliveries if we added 1500 to its wallet. It feels like a scam. The experience was terrible and felt like daylight robbery. I will never use this app for grocery shopping again.

Loves what they have done for the elders, floating population, working parent's and most importantly of all benefiting the society with standard of living. Posted before Technical team is not fixing the bug, subscription once paused are not visible in the list of items only from the backend the fixes are done by customer care which is really bad. Once a great application is now becoming worst and very uncomfortable to continue

Worst service. BB daily has delivey issues daily and they dont gurantee delivery between 5-7am . worthless to spend money on bb daily. I would prefer giving 0 rating but unfortunately there is no such option. For a pouch of milk i had to call customet care and waste my 17 min. I have finally decided to cancel the subscription.

Going by the way their service has deteriorated, it definitely feels like a tata company now. Orders are consistently not delivered even despite multiple follow-ups and promises. The charges are super high for milk delivery compared to other apps. Deliveries are made at around 9-10 am, which is too kate for milk delivery.

I am not able to place order even before 10am when tried to place order, and its continue from last 12 Days. When approched Customer care, got lame excuses. Seems Big basket came to end. I hope big basket is stop working atleast in Pune. Some time when i had compare the price with other portal Price is High also. and Sometime Rubbish delivery. Please do not prefer. 19 Aug -I place order using your app, from last 4 Continue times order not been delivered so 1 Rating is perfect for your service

App has problems.Subscribed milk delivery from 2nd August but not single day delivery happened till date. Since 2nd August complaining but no resolution. They register and give new complaint number everyday saying this is technical problem.Raised may complaint number and tickets in last 8 days No resolution. Useless service from BB.

There is a bug, wallet amount does not not get updated on homescreen. It only gets updated upon opening the wallet screen. I am sure after resolving this problem you will get timely recharge from members

Much better delivery now. Product delivery not reliable. Often late or cancelled. Good idea but execution must improve. In the app, the item detail can be improved.

On 9th August 24 order was not delivered, my amount was refunded in my wallet. Today i. e.on 10th August 24 order was not delivered till 9A.M. and when I sent mail to Bbdailysupport, they asked me to send the mail through registered mail I'd. So I went for profile updation which took a long process of filling fresh details. After this system has created a new account which shows zero balance. My old account is now not there, I reffered the issue through mail & call but the issue is pending.

Delivery service used to be very reliable but since last 3-4 weeks service is highly unreliable. At times milk is getting delivered at 11 am when nobody is at home. Groceries are out of stock in the morning for the next day. Not sure when a user should order.

Excellent experience with bbdaily. It has provided almost all things whether it is grocery items, stationery, cleaning, dairy products etc. Etc. It is more appreciable that same continues also in lockdown period last year 2020 and this year 2021 as well. Little minor issues like date of product or less quantity happened but these issues are likely to happen in the process. Very good delivery experience. Also salute to delivery persons. Welldone Thank you 👍🌹

Horrible experiences day by day. Previous I had to take a screenshot to recharge my wallet , even though I had recharged it by Rs 360, and whenever I'm trying to purchase something it says, wallet balance is low. Last night I ordered for 3 milk packs and bread . They gave me only two packs of milk instead of three, saying they will bring it soon as one pack is having a leakage. They did not arrive as I waited for 2 hrs. Even I did not get the money back in my wallet. Don't know what to say or do

Cart always gets updated with higher prices after ordering items. This is trust buster. If you don't provide items on the listed price, then what is the point to show price in the app..

Bb daily is of great help for my routine purchases. In case of delay or non-availability of products, bb daily will promptly send a message and refund amount will be credited to the wallet. Hassle free app with efficient system in place. Thanks to bbdaily for your support and help.

App is about to ok but service not good. I ordered some vegetables and some groceries and hanged beg on my dore but they scattered all items in the floor did not put in the beg. And also sales executive promised to be 6 time milk free if you become a user and add money in wallet and subscribe for milk. But when I did it. They charged for milk as well. Such a propaganda to add users. Really i thought it's a big brand but everywhere same thing they are looting peoples.

Extremely poor service. Items are frequently not delivered, leading to long waits and the need to find alternatives. Customer service simply cites operational issues and promises improvements, but the problems persist

Thought on services and not so much on app. Services are terrible and poor. They missed delivery just in day 3 of my month long subscription. Talking to customer care, they assured that it will be delivered in 60mins. They did not. They were just happy to refund and no explanation on the issue. Advice to exit this service and stick to regular deliveries.

Clunky interface. Doesn't warn you if # of items maxed out. If # of items maxed, it doesn't have feature to save some of them for later. Need to delete and once again add items later by searching through all items. Product description is not user friendly. Product images are tiny and hardly legible.

Very bad experience. No COD option and if deivery are missed, they will not deliver the items at all...always demands are high, difficult to get slots. Absolutely not recommended. Edit: I have better things to do rather than wasting time with app support team. For your information, I already discussed details with the support team. It doesn't solve anything other than empty assurance.

Quick customer care resolution. But, it's inconvenient that you have to contact customer care everytime there's missing delivery items. The delivery person should update in their app on the actual delivery done. It's very inconvenient for the consumer to check and report missing items, which happens every other day and then the cycle of payment and refunds continues... Disappointed after we subscribed to it for a month or so.
