(Note: I've just recently contacted support so I may be able to resolve this issue.) Usually, this app works amazingly. It works as its designed for. However, recently I opened a project on the app that I had been working on when my phone stopped responding. I was, by sheer luck, close and open the phone using my fingerprint and then I decided to reopen the project, as it had deleted the majority of my work. Instead, it has left my phone unresponsive, including restarts, so I can't use anything.

I really loved this app when I had Apple devices. It made beautiful art with me. and this app and Android do not seem to get along at all. It lags. It freezes and crashes alot to the point I have to constantly restart my device. I paid for the full subscription and I don't enjoy it anymore. I have saved what I with it. I am breaking up. It really is you and not me. Also, The Avatar feature wants you pay for the Avatar even if you paid for full subscription.

The one thing I downloaded this app is LOCKED! The background remover. That should have been mentioned before you download. This makes this app useless. There's tons of apps that offer the same features without locking it up. Here's an idea: have an ad for the app in the corner of the saved image that can be removed if you buy the full version. Deleted before I was able to use. GARBAGE!

Edit: What he says isn't true. Clicking on premium feature only shows the purchase page, no tutorial This app is terrible in many ways. First, there is a small icon that denotes a premium feature, but it doesn't tell you what this feature does or explain it in any way. "Magic"...premium feature, but I have no idea what it does. Same thing for "remove". Then, there is AI replace, which does not have a premium icon but you still cannot use it unless you pay or put in cc for free trial. Awful app.

Resolved!! I happily used this app for a year. Then I was asked to upgrade. The upgraded app freezes every time I try to load a photo. I have done everything suggested on the Customer Support page. Subsequently I wrote twice to Customer Support with no reply. On the Customer Support page, there is a suggestion to send a screen recording, but where should it be sent? There are no instructions. I have reinstalled this app at least 5 times. It ALWAYS freezes. I have suspended my subscription.

as long as everything works, it's awesome. I run into a lot of glitches and freezing. Sometimes, I lose whole projects to freezing. it works better on my phone. On the tablet, the magic feature never works, which is really the only reason I pay for the app. If I didn't have the mobile, I probably would only use the free version.

2nd Update...I cannot get Bazaart to fix the issue after several emails. Magic doesn't work properly. It looks like I'm going to have to cancel my subscription. Update... Bazaart used to be amazing but now I'm having so many problems with the magic option and also using certain words in the app. Very disappointing and I hope that I am able to get some sort of resolution because I'm paying monthly to use the app... I absolutely love this app! Great for making memes and editing!

The interface is VERY user-friendly. If took me about 10 minutes to get the gist of how to navigate the tools. I like that there aren't SO many tools. A few photo editing apps have an overwhelming number of options. For filter apps and makeup apps that's fine and dandy, but for the slightly more technical side of photo editing, like removing backgrounds for example, the fewer buttons and the easier it is, the better! Great job, 5/5 ⭐

I love this app! I use it all the time to make the pictures I need transparent. Since I've had the app there's been several things added that have made this app really great. You can add a great variety of backgrounds & stickers, opacity, editing adjustments such as vibrancy, exposure, temperature etc. You can even set your final picture resolution! Thus app continues to get better w/every update I recommend this to anyone, the possibilities are endless!!

The app removed half of it's features, including the "stretch" tool, which was arguably the best feature and broke all the limits to creativity, and the last time I tried it on my IPhone and the frame rate was really bad, but there was plenty of features, long after the app starting glitching out with the "select" tool, when I was moving the graphic, it started jittering and teleporting across the screen.. I will have to find a different one.

love the app. it's missing a few things for us android users though. apple- I loved that I didn't have to go outside the app to search for a photo. please bring that feature back to search web photos right from the app. android- we like to curve text too. background our text. but we can't because we use android. make the app the same for both softwares to enjoy the same benefits.

I love the end results. It's awesome for product photography and making posts for my store but it's sooooo slow and seems to only work a quarter of the time. So frustrating I end up giving up and trying to run it through a different app for all the finishing touches. Please fix it because it would be an awesome tool for sellers like me if it worked all the time like it's supposed to.

I have an Android and I don't think all the features on iPhone are available. For instance, I can't even outline a pic once I've removed the background. And every time I zoom in to clean up some edges, the pic saves poorly and the quality goes down. I just wanted to try the product and they just charged me 6 bucks because my trial ended. No warning, no message. Just collected their 6 bucks. I tried the app once and got charged. Overall, a pretty bad experience with this app...

I love the potential of this app. But the text colors are inconsistent. Sometimes the colors with change, aa desired. But other times, only the black and white will work. Also, the tutorials go so fast that they are almost impossible to follow. The function icons are so small that it is hard to tell which ones are being chosen. Finally, there are new functions, such bending text, but no instructions how to find them.

During the trial, I find it easy to use. After days of finally deciding to subscribe and paying the monthly subscription, I find the App very time consuming that I have to take a lot of pictures again and again because everytime I do the "Magic" for the background purposes, most of the time, parts of the "Subject" are "Erased". I tried a lot of tricks to avoid it, but that is not what I pay for. I am paying for convenient in doing the background clarity.

This photo app is okay but not enough free stickers. Just so & so anyways. Also not much romantic looking stickers. Not inspiring enough. I'm just not happy about it. Not enough free romantic stickers to express love that much. I only saw a little bit,not a lot.Out of all of them,only a little bit. It's not meant for me of this photo editor app.

So not worth $11.99 weekly! The format is something to be desired. The "Eraser"tool fails to fill in the area that's been erased. Instead, it just removes the object & leaves a cutout with mosaic checkerboard remaining. Also, the replace tool didn't replace. I've used several apps that have far more effective tools for a fraction of this apps price.$71.99 a year is price gouging at it's best. It's as if the creators didn't even bother to test the app themselves before launching it.
