The listings are not up to date. When I contacted the agents they all said the properties are gone ages ago and they should have taken down the listing, however I am still getting notifications that the property is available. Or the agent wants to show property outside of your budget.

The app uses to work well for me before however the last couple of months its not opening and it crashes everytime I open. I have uninstalled and installed again, updated the app but it's the same. I have even sent a report to customer care but no reply. Please advise.

Photos and description are not always the same as shown. Photos of one flat may contain photos of other similar flat. For example, kitchen photo shown in one property may not belong to the same, buy from a similar, good looking, other flat. So instead of believing the photos, visit personally. Never believe the map! They just add a random location!

Excellent application very easy to use, clean interface, much better experience in searching, providing valuable search settings such as save seach and search on maps directly. Other other competitor's lacking behind. Dubizzle interface looks very old, and no option to save seaches or maps searching directly. Well done Bayut team.

I like Bayut especially for their TruCheck. Their posts are more reliable and current than other websites. They also have great insights into layouts, plans, areas, etc. I'm using them on Android but I just wish they would fix their iPad app. (Can't scroll photos and share listings).

Recently you have degraded some options which seems very bad impact, Bayut Apps. What you promised while signing contract with Client for a yearly Contract quoting more dreams, Sir.. you can do lot of things and ads using your smartphone devices through our bayut apps etc.Once we signed contract then paid, changing or degrading those options without Client's concerns or even without information, which is not good and totally unacceptable. Hope you bring back all previous options, Add Prop..

Fake adds Most of adds became fake , most of agents fake and not responding And if they answer they offer some other property for double price And if you ask about the property you want they are not responding any more as its fake and not exist

I used to use bayut to look for properties to rent and to buy. however lately it's been full of fake advertisements. fake prices and fake pictures just to lure in customers to contact real estate agents. the app is now full of wrong advertisements in the wrong category with wrong information that is just unbearable and unhelpful at all. Adding to that tried to report this issue within the app but it gives error and tried to call bayut on the contact no. But no answer.

This app needs regular updates of the properties. When a property is rented or sold it should be removed immediately. When seekers call they find the property either sold or rented. Otherwise the APP is superb. ❤️❤️❤️

It used to work reasonably fine, but now the app seems mostly unusable. When scrolling down it keeps stoping, like it"s taking time to load, but even in the middle of the list, after some seconds you can continue. When you enter an ad, and then you go back, instead of continuing in the list of apartments as expected, you are taken to the home and start over. There are also obvious filters missing, like filtering by vacant or tenanted properties.

Fake ads, wasting time, once you pick any ad to check for viewing, someone will contact you 95% of the reply (sorry this apartment is not available )

Agents are slow, unresponsive and overpricing the properties (increasing property price more than usual and increased commission) making the renters hating the process of looking for a property harder which was your app only reason it was made to find properties easier and because I am looking for a property for a long time I keep seeing different agents sending me the same property all the time I do not recommend try to find the owner direct and owner changes his mind after negotiation also bad

Most of the ads are fake, even when I used Trucheck. I have reported many fake ads in the past, but the same ads are still on the list. It seems like Bayut is part of this scam

Good app for searching for rental accomodation. Gives you extra information of amenities, schools and the community where the property is. However, some of the rented properties are not quickly shown if they have been rented out. Also there is need to show that above the rent you will pay extra things like Ijari, DEWA, commission etc.

Very useful app. Thanks I would suggest having more filters in the house search function and more options in the sorting of results. For instance, 1. In "minimum area" and"maximum area," there could be options to define internal space and balcony sizes. This makes comparisons between two houses more reliable. 2. The sorting feature could include sorting by distance or driving time from a given point. This will be helpful for families looking to decide about school run etc
