The original Battle Run was much more polished and felt a lot less commercialised than this one. The core gameplay of the original Battle Run is here but it's unfortunately missing the same content right now, as the game is in beta. It's probably a bit too late to change the art style, but I think it'll be a good game if they manage to bring back all of the content that the previous Battle Run had, maybe with some more interesting race tracks too.

Changing prices every week... I've worked so hard to reach 12000 trophies, a few days ago i would've gotten around 6500 crystals for that - now i've taken a look and it's only 500 coins and that every 2k trophies from now on??? I've noticed stupid price changes everywhere all the time but this just beats me - now I don't get the crystals to buy loot packs so now I've got no more goals to work for. Sadly this will be the last time I've played this good old game... Change it back and I'll be back.

the developer whoever made this game i was so so far ahead on this game man it froze up on me and i could not get back into the game and i had to start the game over again the game always glitches too much and it makes me mess up and fall down in the plant vines on purpose please fix this issue with the game 😡

You should change the UI around, it's complicated for (if new players) and try to change it to the UI, more like the original battle run, also please add different mounts and eggs (like the original battle run), it will make the game 10x more fun, also add a leaderboard and different rankings (like the original). I know I'm referring to the original, and this is a remake of the game, but it will make it alot more enjoyable and worth investing time into it. -Thanks :)

Unable to play the game. I keep getting an exceptiononconnect error when trying to play either game mode that is offered. Update: not receiving error any longer but still unable to play game. No other players, or bots, ever join the game. I'm stuck in a wait screen for 11 others to join but no one ever does....

Fun at first until you realize once you get in a game with actual players all you get is connection issues meaning almost all games are with bots. Also extremely rng based and hitboxes of some of the stuff like the cannons, mines, and a couple other items aren't great. Bring back the old battle run, the grind to get the best gear was so much better than whatever this is. I also experienced horrible frames and lag with survival mode. Also balance the one witch lady, her ability is ANNOYING ASF

Not sure how to say this..., it's just doesn't have that same feelings as the original and ik its a remake so they can change about anything (even if its removing pets), most people who proboly downloaded this game again was hoping for it to be like how it was a while back but many came back disappointed with the result of the remake with what everyone says, the art style, removal of pets, and anything the original had better than the remake. New players who didn't play the original might enjoy.

Good start for a remake. Im wishing for 3 things. 1. there's a team mode like 3v3 or 2v2 or maybe 6v6 2. The upgrade system is useful and fair, like level 1 throw 1 axe and at level 6 throw 3 axe. Just like the old days. It also helps level balancing. 3. The loading screen into a game, you have the choice to cancel and back out into menu

The first one felt way better to play. There are runners that feel like an automatic win given how dominate their stats and slecials are. I miss when a the first ones pet mechanics and cosmetic/character grind. I felt more accomplished having saved up for a character that had a special item or getting an expensive or rare cosmetic through playing the game. The way characters are given abilities that (in some cases) can gyrantee a win really ruins the experience.

i remember the first version of this game YEARS back and absolutely loving it before it got deleted off the playstore, but personally, it doesn't have that same vibe to it anymore. the art style has changed, the original UI in the menu is drastically altered (probably inspired by brawl stars and other similar games), along with the modernization of adding a gatcha and battle pass. it might be appealing to new, younger players, but for an OG player like me, this isn't really my cup of tea.

Please bring the old battle run back.. I've waited years to play this game again, this was my #1 favorite mobile game to play. I was so sad to see it gone. Now, it just feels like a basic multi-player game with just simplistic controls with unfair disadvantages to items or characters. I loved the addicting grind to unlock special characters, cosmetics, and have a fair race. I will change my review once this game feels anything like the original..

I played the original and had a blast, but this doesn't feel quite the same. Some characters are an automatic disadvantage or advantage regardless of what level you are or map it is. I loved playing as Joe due to my love for beat the boss 2 and 3, but he's arguably the worst here. But as for plain gameplay, it feels so basic. In the original, there was a grind, but it always paid off big time. Here it's only "Play the dog, pick a pet, win." All in all, they should bring it back to the original..

So, deleted after 1 play. I was fairly frustrated just trying to play it. Maybe if you have the newest device it might be ok. But, just downloading it crashed my phone. The video and gameplay was so laggy and choppy, it made it impossible to even compete against anyone. Plus, the main menu button layout were so far on the sides i had to keep flipping my phone to even get to them without it clashing with my phones buttons. Like, trying to look at my runners i kept hitting the close app button.

I do enjoy this game very much because its battle run. But how much I miss the original game is crazy the old play style was just superior over this one I loved how you were able to ride pets and before a game with your friends you were standing on a pedestal. Also the cosmetics in the original were way more flexible with everything you could choose from. I miss old BR.

It's OK. The lack of accessories, maps, mechanics, and items all come together to lower the player creativity, and raise the skill cap with also lower return for playing well. On top of being an overall less good game than it was as a kid, for no reason that I can see the game keeps starting me in the last place slot. It's not helpful when the other people's characters already arbitrarily run faster than mine. And you can't even buy the characters anymore, you need to roll the dice.

I'm super happy to see Battle Run make a return after all these years. While this version of BR is fun, I'm gonna have to say I prefer the original more. The original was more balanced (character wise), had more character customization, the rideable pets, a more charming art style and it didn't lag as much. I DO miss the original BR, but I prefer this over NO BR. I do have an idea for the lag issues, maybe try adding a "low graphics" setting for the lower end devices. Old BR will remain in my ❤

as an OG BR player, i miss the old version. if it was similar to the original, it'd be great (while keeping the new characters). i do miss the way the old models looked, the ranking system and gameplay was fairly better too. you had a goal in that version to grind for accessories even. used to play and pay because it was just that great. absolutely adore the old game. please do bring it back to an extent if it's possible. hoping someone sees this, i'd love to have both games merged.
