When the app works it's great. But as of late if i click on an item it just processes and processes and never opens that item. As of right now i can's even sign into my account! I changed my password and still cannot sign in via the app. Also, i ordered a rod that "ships from the manufacturer" and since i ordered it i have not gotten one bit of info from BPS. Maybe i need to just start ordering from Amazon.

I have to say this app has really gone downhill. Most everything you try to do it just says sorry something went wrong. So frustrating. I will just use my computer from now on or call and order. Please fix this app. Edit; Dec 2023, the app is better. Very rarely does it shut down on its own. I have been able to use it pretty regularly. It is still kinda slow but it works good.

Decent app. Better than the Dick's or Academy Sports apps. Larger inventory and able to view most items. Main issues are that the apps lags alot, glitches during checkout, and occasionally randomly crashes out of the blue. There are improvements that need to be made but overall it's better than other sporting goods apps.

The app literally steals your money. I had two gift cards I wanted to use. I added alot of fishing lures. The cost went over the total of the gift cards, so I added my credit card. As soon as I hit purchase at the final step. I get prompted to reenter the gift cards just to be told they are now empty. Prior they showed the correct amount for each of the cards. Yet I didn't recieve any order confirmation or anything. My bank also shows a charge for the remaining balance. No help from CS

So many bugs and poor shopping experience. Check out as guest, then it makes you make an accout. It lost the entire shopping cart. Then try to chrck out I get a programing error "items are not locked that should be locked" a Google search shows this as an error back in 2011. 10 years ago. Then fishing reel arrives missing the reel handle. You, the customer are charged $7.50 for their defective items shipped out. Was never offered an exchange. I'll stick with Amazon for better experience.

After finding Cabela's app to be useless, I've tried this one. It's just as bad for all the same reasons. Both companies must be losing a ton of customers. I guess they can blame it on Covid. Don't bother downloading either app. There are many places to buy sporting goods that appreciate their customers. Uninstalled.

Good app except there is a menu at the bottom of the screen right next to 'load more' button. So if you have a smaller screen and aren't careful and hit the edge, you will be back at the home page and have to start all over again. Or it goes back to home page for no reason. Frustrating. Other than that, it's user friendly.

It's an improvement over the old version. It is easier to navigate now that it has more options. (Update) The app needs improvement. Bass Pro needs to look at Tacklewarehouse app. The selection needs to get better. Remember, if Bass Pro doesn't have it, the other guys will. Again! Had to call customer service. They were very nice and helpful. Bass Pro, you at least have that going for you.

Absolutely a shame it's been here for a download. All you get is error messages and try again later..... Should have Never got of rid of my Cabelas's app. That was the quickest and easiest app. Capital One bank sucks!!! Have had nothing but problems with this bank on other apps as well. They just keep declining the card yet when I spend an hour on the phone with them 3x they tell me it's fine now !!!!!!! NOT TRUE

For the most part this app is ok. But does crash more often than most, and the search and sort functions are pretty dated. I have found several instances where the web page will have an item onsale or in stock and the app does not. But if I order online, the item is shipped and I do recive it at the correct price. So check the website before you give up. That being said it is usable a fair amout of the time.

New app looks great but still plenty room for improvement. Might I suggest to add a simple "favorite list" or "wish list" or "save for later" options when viewing items to save particular things we may not be able to buy at that very moment. I tend to use the app to find something specific to buy and find other related items I want to buy later but have to write a note to myself somewhere what the name was to search for it later. It would also be great if we could load gift card balances.

I love, love, love Bass Pro Shops. However, my experience with this app has been downright awful. Somewhete between half to three-quarters of the time I try to open or login to the app, it won't open. I just get the swishy fish until I lose interest and go to Karl's, Academy, Tackle Warehouse, or somewhere I don't have problems almost all the time. The app won't let me build a wishlist anymore either. It won't add items to the wishlist I built on the mobile site. It's really frustrating.

This app is garbage. Every time I've used this app (over a period of about 3 years) I had issues. Ive tried so many times to place my order and it will not let me use a gift card. It has also glitched out multiple times and cleared out everything that was in my cart. Very disappointing app, Bass pro should be ashamed of this. I hate to say it but scheels is truly making a jump on bass pro. I used to really enjoy bass pro but they simply continue to disappoint.

Very buggy, and glitchy. 1. I searched for knives with fixed blades, and then sorted from $ to $$. The very first knife, in the search results, was a knife with a folding blade. 2. The search filters automatically reset every time you back out to the filters. 3. I saw "We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again". I'll keep the app for a month. Hopefully, these issues will be fixed. I'll be spending a lot of money through this app. Fix these issues. Please. If you 4 more stars.

Went to check my order status and the app conveniently opens up to a checkout page for the lithium battery I was checking for an update on( like they were trying to trick me into thinking I didn't purchase it yet). Went to order history and it was unable to display any details at all about any of my orders, the items or the amount total. Went to Google and the website works perfectly. Get rid of the app lol your not doing anyone any favors. Uninstalled

I love bass pro. I love their stores. They have great customer service. They sell quality products at fair prices, and have a great variety of any stuff I shop there for. But their app is extremely frustrating. It bugs out on me constantly while loading pages and at check out. I just expect better from bass pro.

Useless, doesnt work, and slow when it works. Cant search or browse anything. All searches or attempts to browse result in a endless loop of their little splashing wave graphic. Both the Cabela and BPS apps do the same. Garbage. You'd think in this day and age when online ordering is so key, especially when your stores are limited and spread out like they are you would make sure your app user experience is on point. Heading to Academy or Dicks because at least I can shop online with them.

Ive been a big time buyer from Bass Pro. However, since the last update, I have been entirely unable to use the app. It freezes on the main screen logo. And I have not been able to get onin almost a week. Please fix asap as I have tried everything to fix it. Deleted and reinstalled and cleared cache. :( Will rate higher if it begins to work.

This app seems to have issues. Most times I attempt to look up items or access my account, I get a message, "Something went wrong", then I get redirected to the home screen. This is very annoying as I would think that Bass Pro Shops would have a more reliable app since they are one of, if not the top, outdoor outfitter. I've tried to update the app, but I'm up to date. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but that didn't work either. Very frustrating and I wish they'd fix it.

Constantly doesn't work and gets stuck in a loop showing the fish animation. Refuses to show my order history and many products. How a major company in 2024 can have an app that only works half the time is pathetic. It's so unpredictable that I can't use it and have to use the website. I'm a long time customer that's very close to just using Amazon.
